I hate the beaches of the Black Sea, irrespective of what country they may be located, and Adler/Sochi is no exception. Be as it may, and after this fist stay, this hotel has now become a destination for our family, as it nears quasi perfection on everything you except from a nice beachside family resort, particularly with younger (Russian-speaking) children. I would also strongly encourage you pick a room with a view, such as ours, and the comfort of superior rooms, which for instance gives you access to a privatised breakfast area that works until 12:00. Spa lovers will also be happy knowing the “Spa Sibo” is great, clean and perfectly serviced.

Good afternoon! I liked it all very much. Comfortable stay at the hotel, friendly staff. Great spa, only the water in the outdoor pool can be made a few degrees warmer, not very comfortable. Delicious, varied, healthy breakfast. The view from the business class room is amazing. I was satisfied and now I am looking at May promotions and discounts in your hotels in Russia. It is a pity that it is impossible to make a selection on the official website for all hotels of the chain at once. There is one more hotel on my list of favorite hotels. Thank you very much for your quality work, professionalism and high level of service and safety.

The hotel is great, would recommend to anyone apart from the pick season when the service and hotel is overpriced. We stayed in May and the prices were more or less reasonable. In September for example it is comparable to 10 days in Maldives which in my view is too much for the hotel in Sochi. Overall, great experience: clean modern rooms, fantastic view from the rooms, good service, great variety on the breakfast and the best spa I've been.

Best place to stay with family and spend vacation no matter short or long stay, special thank you to Suzanna. Rooms are cozy and very well furnished by modern style, service is high professional, spa just the best, personnel are very friendly and helpful, we felt vey welcomed and will visit this amazing place more

This is an excellent hotel and one that we will stay in again next time we visit Sochi. It has two outdoor pools, with one being heated, as well as one indoor poor. The spa is superb, there are lots of restaurants and it is in a superb location.

Это был действительно отдых на 5! Отличный номер с видом на море, мега удобная кровать, наличие всего необходимого в номере. Завтраки многообразные, вкусные, на любой вкус и желание. Народу было много, но открывали дополнительный зал, где можно было в тишине позавтракать. СПА-это отдельная любовь! прекрасный бассейн, Хамам, сауны, народа не много, все как-то рассредоточены по зоне релакса. Есть напиток из шиповника, с лимоном, яблоки. Яблоки, кстати, и на этаже тоже. Хоть отель и расположен далековато от центра, но нас это не смущало. При необходимости вызывали такси ( 300-400 руб)или гуляли пешком, так как погода позволяла. Еду можно заказать в номер. Все вкусное, горячее, свежее! Действительно, ресторанная еда, не уступающая ближайшим заведениям. Для детей есть детская комната, где ребенок найдет много интересного для себя. Выйти из отеля можно с двух сторон, через центральный вход и через калитку, сразу попадете на набережную. Это очень удобно! Огромное спасибо всему обслуживающему персоналу и отделу бронирования за наш прекрасный отдых!

Это конечно дно... Ездим с семьёй на отдых 5-6 раз в год. Выдалась классная погода 12-15.02.2024 сорвались именно в Сочи на погулять. Отель конечно денег своих не стоит но в России на побережье с таким спа конкурентов нет. Но РЕБЯТА! Впервые в жизни такое чувство как в лохотроне... У нас увели из номера: 1) контейнер!! Обнаружили когда в обратный путь ребёнку фрукты перекус хотели положить 2) две пары наушников сяоми и джибиэль, обнаружили в аэропорту. Номер в поисках КОНТЕЙНЕРА весь перерыли так что из серии сами забыли это не оно. В сейф такие вещи не убираем ну даже в Азии и никаких проблем а тут... Ну дно... 3) маникюрные ножницы хорошие за 1,5тр, обнаружили по прилёту домой. Мои "нежные" ногти другие не берут вот и беда. Но кому это может понадобиться. В общем, даты я написал номер 537. Увольте этих людей. Но к вам мы больше не приедем, вокруг куча мест в три раза дешевле и где видимо персонал испытывает совесть.

Начну с минусов: посредственный дизайн отеля. В холлах ковролин местами вздыбился, ванная выполнена из дешевых материалов, мебель в номерах тоже. Пол в номере из керамогранита, что не очень приятно. Мы жили в номере, который предполагает обьединение с соседним: через дверь мы слышали все, что делают соседи. На балконе никто никогда не убирал. Еще момент: идешь по длинному коридору(они очень длинные) в свой номер, и практически у каждой двери стоит поднос с грязной посудой. Территория отеля небольшая, ландшафтный дизайн посредственный, розы чахлые. Завтрак: на первый взгляд шикарно, но присмотревшись, понимаешь, что он просто берет масштабом. Большой зал, большие столы, а позиций очень мало. Например, не было красной рыбы, только ледяная. Из плюсов, конечно, расположение, пляж и комплекс бань с крытым бассейном.
