I had the best time at the gym. And the hospitality was exquisite with so much smiles on faces that made it a cozy stay, and the food! Nice, the staffs were some of the most polite people I've ever met. I'll definitely be revisiting when next I'm in town.

The hotel is one of the amazing hotels I ever been at, so reminds me of a hotel I once stayed at Melbourne Australia. I was really wowed. The environment is so clean, the room was so neat and glamourous and full of sophistication. Don't even get me started with their meals, was really yummy the afang soup I had with semolina meal. I had to request for the chef to know how he made that so delicious I am so looking forward to visiting the hotel again with my fiance. He's gonna love it. Can't wait.

Excellent customer service and the rooms are so neat and beautiful. Food taste good. The staff are very friendly and they are professional. Kudos to the entire staff and management of the hotel. 5

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was very clean and always well maintained. The food was good as well. The staff was very friendly and our housekeeping needs were met promptly. I would highly recommend.

When I tried to pay for the room at the reception, their POS declined my credit card. Then I used another debit card to pay for the room and it was successful. When I checked my bank statements, I found that my both cards were charged! No refund!!

Horrible hotel.Poor reception.No concierge to carry luggage.Poorly cleaned toilet.The only (supposedly 4star) hotel I’ve been in with a toilet that didn’t flush.Slow service response.Food was lousy.NEVER EVER GOIING BACK!

The hotel is well located and the staff is quite interested in treating you in the best possible way. However, the facilities need urgently a renovation of the building, furniture and equipment. Very few power outlets. The menu in the restaurant is varied and the plates by order are very good. The hotel offers 3 buffets a day but these are expensive and the quality of the food below the standard of the place based on the quality of the plates I ordered from the menu. There was no iron nor iron board in my room and the safe had no batteries.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and standard of facilities at this hotel. Reception was courteous and friendly . Chris was especially helpful . Check in and checkout was seamless. The room was big and well furnished and super clean . The beddings were clean and fresh . The toilet had a jacuzzi as well as a rain shower closet. Toilet fittings were of the highest quality . The elevator was in good working condition and clean. The hotel was generally clean and had a good ambience. The breakfast was rich and tasty with a wide variety of Continetal and local options to choose from. I had stayed several times in this hotel but had lately ( over the last 2-3 years) gone elsewhere because the hotel quality and service standards had dropped. I was thus pleasantly surprised by not only the upgraded facilities but by the quality of service as well. I would definately comeback. Well done

- Food: they will tell you they don’t have it, you need to ask for the chef, unless you ask the nice guy , William, for pizza, burger or shawarma - Housekeeping: doesn’t clean room on time - Room maintenance: the shower does loud noise and maintenance never fixed - Diesel fume: every morning to your room, windows don’t properly shut -
