Nel complesso il nostro viaggio è stato fantastico. L'hotel era molto bello e pulito. Non abbiamo mangiato nel ristorante ma abbiamo usato la piscina ed è stato bello, anche se stava cadendo a pezzi, le piastrelle si stavano sollevando e l'area della terrazza era scivolosa, a parte questo era molto bella.

È un buon servizio, grazie a tutto il personale

1. Hotel indiano, la stanza ha un ottimo odore 2. Il servizio è scadente, la reception non risponde deliberatamente al telefono 3. Devi andare alla reception per far scorrere la carta una volta al giorno per prendere l'ascensore

A good, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff like to provide assistance. The food at breakfast was good, the hotel is situated 5 minutes walk from the corniche promenade which is nice. The negative was that the rooftop swimming pool was closed which was a frustration.

I book room with sea view when i arrived i explain that and show my booking i chocked that they give me room with town view i call them they said will call me back which is not done from reception i came down and check the receptionist try to tell me thats my room i book i explain to him and i show him the booking then he advise me to have room but there is adoor shared with other room i tell him i book one room here i choose what i like if you give my room to other person cancell my booking just i will go to another hotel thank god that there is one young man he solve my problem he tell the recepionist that its not the room i booked on the app . Really i want to thank Mr. Shan he help me and solve the problem i like the hotel🌸🌸🌸 but idont like the way of service from the reception he play rock and roll with me i hope the managment take care of what happen and thank Mr. Shan🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

Good Location and clean rooms

Fairly centrally located hotel. Looks and feels dated. I booked it as it has a pool but it was closed which I only learned when I arrived, and it’s too small to swim and the space is too cramped and windy to sit by. The advantages are a big room, fairly central and easy to get around by taxi, and service (starbucks) coffee in a lobby cafe.

The hotel is conveniently located as it is close to the main bus terminal of Abu Dhabi.The hotel is spotlessly clean and the details in the room are to die for. I only had a challenge with water low pressure otherwise everything was excellent.

Washroom need service door broke and water tap need to fix in sink it’s moving

It was a pleasant stay at Ramada Hotel Abudhabi everyone was very nice and friendly and booking price was so reasonable just one thing they should do mini bar a little bit cheap so that tourists should become more comfortable but other then that it’s so much convenient

Nice hotel in downtown Abu Dhabi, lots of restaurant nearby. The room is big and clean. Very good service

There was the water heavy leakage from 7:30am, we call the front desk, but no one comimg to check. We met a staff to let him see the video, then someone come to check but said it need to repair the pipe. When we check out, we showed the video to feont desk, but he said nothing. From when we report the water leakage to check out, we did not hear sorry for any inconvenience from any one of hotel staf.
