I am a Titanium Lifetime Bonvoy member, so this review is not without experience. My son contracted FLEAS at this hotel. He has since been on antibiotics, steroids, etc. not to mention the itching, rashes, etc. Normally, I would say that it happens and contact the hotel to let them know there is an issue and they should change their sheets. I contacted Bonvoy Customer Service and they sent me a nice email stating that the hotel would contact me. A week later - nothing! I called the hotel to let them know and the front desk clerk, Tony, completely dismissed and mocked me. When I asked to speak to a manager, Tony said there was none. Wouldn’t a decent hotel take this seriously? Would you want to stay here knowing that there are FLEAS and they don’t change the sheets? And, just because you have 30 year loyalty with Titanium Status (highest for Bonvoy), that you can be heard and at least, be acknowledge?
