I travel extensively for business and stay in many hotels. This Residence Inn was exceptional. Matt and all the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a room on the third floor. It was very clean and quiet and it had a fireplace!!! That made the room very cozy. The hotel is convenient to town and a number of amazing restaurants and is close to the airport. Ft. Wayne is a beautiful city, especially in early spring with all the flowering trees, tulips, daffodils and lovely parks.

My sister and I came to town to spend time with our father receiving hospice care. We had reserved an extended stay suite at another hotel where we had had a good experience several years ago, but when we checked in there during a downpour discovered it was awful now. We came to Holiday Inn Express and they gave us a discounted rate for Parkview, which was greatly helpful since we wound up staying for two weeks. Everyone treated us with incredible kindness and respect and made this difficult situation much easier. From Bobbie’s tasty breakfasts to Amanda, Nate and Katori giving us a great rate and answering our questions to kind and efficient housekeeping by Rock and the rest of the 4th floor team—everyone on staff was very kind. They even gave us a sympathy card and flowers when our dad passed away. We’re incredibly appreciative of how much they eased a couple of very difficult weeks.

I arrived here after a very long drive and received a super nice welcome from the night clerk. I need a pet friendly hotel and this one fit my needs - though their pet fee is steep at $75. Location wise it is pretty good. It is next to a large hospital complex so if you are in the area for medical needs this is a good choice. It has easy access to a major interstate yet is pretty quiet and without road noise. All the common areas of this hotel are under construction. So it is not exactly attractive on the inside. Walking to your room means navigating equipment, bare floors, and dust. The rooms itself are done and look pretty new inside. They are relatively comfortable though things have that ”cheap” feeling about them. I had a one bedroom room which certainly provided plenty of space. A small kitchen is in the room so if you need to be there for a longer stay it is very helpful. My complaints are small but it's things like lack of garbage cans. There was one tiny can in the main area of the room. With the limited/no housekeeping provided that can won't even hold one meal's worth of paper plates. No garbage can in the bathroom area is inexplicable. Shower water pressure was weak. And walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors and walking in the hallways. Despite my little whining complaints I would still come back. The service was just ridiculously nice and everyone I talked to was very pleasant and helpful. I did not try the breakfast since they are still using grab and go bags and I have yet to ever have a decent breakfast from something like that.

Stato per 3 notti a prezzi ragionevoli. Bella camera con cucina e frigorifero di dimensioni piene. Poti, pranzi e caffè disponibile dal desk front, su richiesta. Piccolo bagno ma era pulito con sufficienti asciugamani. Lettini da letto più carini e letti/soffi confortevoli. La moneta sul lavandino era pulita e tutto funzionava bene. Nessun colazione a causa di Covid19, ma caffè e colazione muffin/granola bar per andare dal desk front. Parcheggio e terrazza erano puliti e sicuri. In generale, un piacevole soggiorno e buon valore. Rimango qui di nuovo.
