Nice hotel with modern amenities. Restaurant overpriced considering the quality and depth of food choices. Balcony rooms facing highway can be a bit noisy.

Amazing hotel location with great staff started from the security Saudi man was so helpful then the front desk was so nice and they arrange early check in at around 11 am then Mr. Abdulfatah operation manger arranged great upgrade to big suite with 2 bedrooms and kitchen special thanks to him Rooms was big and very clean hotel and all what you need inside a kitchen are available plus washing machine and amazing COFE Machine The swimming pool area was so beautiful with great Mountain View Breakfast was nice at swimming pool view Sure if we come back to Abha our destination will be Citadines

Very bad customer service. I made a reservation with breakfast and they confirmed by email but after check-in they made me pay for the breakfast. I dont recommend this hotel....not trustworthy. Cheating customers.

Excellent hospitality and location. Spacious rooms, very clean and fresh. Staff is very friendly. Meting room was very effective with very nice furniture. Food was amazing. Highly recommended for business events and general stays of course.

I was unsure what to expect with citadines, I’ve had varied experiences in several countries over several decades. However, this was a very new and modern hotel. Check in was swift, though the concierge who took our bags was nowhere to be seen. We were given a room on a high floor. It was their standard studio room, so no upgrade, would have loved more space but it was really well appointed and incredibly clean. We didn’t have any breakfast included nor even used or found the restaurant during our stay, we opted for deliveries and even cooked on the small stove since there were plenty of utensils and pans. The fridge was a problem, it was small and didn’t keep things cold. The huge benefit of staying here was they have a lovely jacuzzi and pool open until late. We came back one evening and I was sure it would be closed. The lovely staff member just said no problem, it’s open, enjoy. The water was really warm in the jacuzzi, less so in the pool but it was still heated. It was relaxing against the cool air of Abha and a really nice place to hang out and catch up with people. We ended up talking with some Saudi guys for a few hours and had a lovely relaxed evening. There is also a Sauna and a gym. This impressed me a lot about the hotel. No funny 7pm closing times I’ve seen in other hotels, just genuine hospitality in a very well appointed, clean and comfortable hotel. I don’t think there’s anywhere better to stay in Abha.

It was a business trip We enjoyed the stay (hotel new,room was good with small salon ,kichinette ,dinner table )there was welcome basket with delicious green apple !few biscuit and nuts!! Location is great on highway between asir and abha!!! The restaurant at third floor very delicious and good and the terrace outside also original!! Like it all 👍i recommend

It was pleasant stay and warm welcome by the front desk staff. Specially Hawazin and Sahar are always wearing smile and welcoming. Thank you for wonderful hospitality and warm welcome. It is one of the finest hotel and well equipped with advance furniture and looking forward to have opening of the bigger restaurant.
