Very clean and very comfortable bed. If the room has spare blanket for someone to add on. It will be the best. Also, I do not have extraordinary expectation so breakfast is so far acceptable.

Great stop over location, convinient location for dining and easy to find off highway, US border. Clean, nice staff, this is not the Ritz Carlton, and is priced accordingly.

There is an odour in the room, the management can pay more attention to the cleaning and updating the coffee makers, mattresses and the tv’s. I wasn’t dare to use the swimming pool.

It's a good place with excellent accommodation and breakfast. Finding parking later in evening is a bit of an issue. Hard to find a parking spot.
Being a bit older finding it not very safe in the Tub. It's very slippery and have to be very careful not to slip. Thanks

Room wasn’t ready at check in time. Rooms were very dusty. Thin walls and noisy plumbing. Won’t stay here again.

Staff argued about prices as booked on ******* and was for 3 but 3 rd person was able to stay at a friend’s place … said they couldn’t alter the price to reflect two people staying in room.
Everything else just fine . No refund on credit card either.. so I assume they never called to change anything.. because they got my money

Tons of good restaurant choices close. Underground parking. They were very accommodating when I arrived several hours early for check-in.

Elevator didnt work, air conditioner/heater was broken and extremely loud we were told theres nothing they could do. My husband went home, my daughter and i stayed with no heat. It was -15 that night.
Also the hot tub was working as well
The worst stay ever in a hotel to be honest
