，服務更是沒得挑！前台小姑娘像小太陽一樣熱情，辦完入住想吃點燒烤，給我推薦了海棠天街小吃街，黃麪烤肉，涼皮，椒麻雞都有，瞬間對逛吃充滿期待。門口的小哥更不用誇，行李箱再沉都穩穩接過去，一路送到房間，最暖的是剛躺平沒多久，電話就來了：“房間還滿意不？有啥需要隨時説～” 這種被重視的感覺，
住得那叫一個舒坦！床墊子舒服到不想起，一覺睡到大天亮，解乏效果滿分。房間裏的小度簡直是懶人福音，喊一聲就能調窗簾、開燈光，省去動手的麻煩；就是偶爾喊它會鬧小脾氣，嘟囔着“網絡連接失敗”，倒也成了旅途中的小趣事，哈哈哈。高樓層的視野絕了，白天看雲捲雲舒，晚上看萬家燈火，旁邊就是公園，夜裡去散散步、跑跑步，晚風帶着草木香，煙火氣裏藏着滿滿的愜意。超大停車場免費停，開車黨完全不用愁，這點太“攢勁”；免費送機服務記得提前約，司機準時又靠譜，趕飛機再也不用慌；早餐雖不算奢華但夠實在，素菜清爽、肉菜入味，小涼菜尤其驚艷，點心、粥品、水果、豆漿全配齊，吃飽喝足一整天都元氣滿滿。退房時還收到了定製冰箱貼，工作人員笑着説“留個紀念呀”，小小的禮物卻讓人心裏暖暖的，總之，體驗感直接拉滿，下次來烏魯木齊，這家我鎖死了！"

Da quando entrai nel salone dell'hotel, sei attratto da un ambiente gentile e elegante. "第四次入住這個酒店，應該是老牌四星級酒店。房間很大，乾淨整齊。床上衹有一個枕頭，床頭不是軟包，看書斜靠不方便。水流量偏小。樓層服務員保潔員，態度很好，做事認真仔細，值得表揚。交通便利，進出城方便。周邊吃飯的店也多，門口就是公交站。有獨立院落停車場，這個很好。酒店就在環線高架旁，關窗後聽不到任何車聲，值得表揚。前台幾次接觸，不同的人，表現一致，很大牌啊，沒有笑容，回答語氣不耐煩。這個市場經濟時代，就算是國有企業酒店，不至於這樣坑自己的單位吧？算是西藏到新疆十幾天一路過來最**的前台了。估計第五次不會入住獨山子了。其他都還行。

HHelenI was travelling with friends but decided to stay on a hostel instead of a hotel with them to save a bit of money. This hostel is excellent value for money. The beds are comfortable and AC is available. The bedding was fresh and clean. You are provided with lockers to keep your belongings safe. The hostel provides toothbrushes & toothpaste as well as a small disposable towel, a bigger proper towel would be better but it does the job. A comb is also provided. Shower gel and shampoo are provided in the showers. The toilets are mostly squat toilets which are standard in China but there is one western style toilet available. There is laundry facilities and a water dispenser. The hostel also has its own bar. The WiFi is also good. The receptionists are very helpful and communication was a non-issue as they used a translator app when necessary. It’s a great way to meet new people while travelling. The hostel is in a good location, the area has a good atmosphere and it is very close to a metro station. I visited most of the tourist spots in Urumqi apart from 红山 because I didn’t have time. The Xinjiang Museum was one of the highlights. I also did a day trip to Turpan while in Urumqi. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

AAussie NikQuesto hotel è di alta qualità. Valore di 5 stelle standard. È stato costruito nel 2024, tutto era nuovo. I ricevitori del front desk erano tutti così professionali e ospiti. Ci sentivamo così a casa e confortevole che ci fermavamo per 6 notti. Abbiamo ricevuto un abbondante colazione, tè di sera e cena tardi. Avevamo una TV di 70 pollici con canali cinematografici. Ci è una lavanderia complementare. Il bagno di stile giapponese è un bonus. La fermata di autobus è lungo la strada. A piedi di Hong Shan Park, Peoples Park, Xinjiang Museum e Saybad Shopping District. Molto consiglia a tutti i visitatori di Urumqi di questo meraviglioso hotel.

Need to reserve the airport pick-up a day before arrival and clarify regarding the location for pick-up in the airport. Urumqi airport is huge. I was confused with pick-up location, went to arrival gates instead of departure gate where the hotel pick-up was. Otherwise, the breakfast was great with many choices. There are lots of restaurants and small night market around hotel for meals

There are no spoons for the towels inside the bathroom, as you go out to use the towels, which exposes you to slipping. 3. Shaving tools are poor and not commensurate with the luxury of the equipment.4. Taxis don't know the hotel because there are bigger hotels and better locations with the same name. The room I stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere made for a relaxing and restful night's sleep. The hotel's soundproofing ensured a peaceful environment despite its proximity to the railway station.
One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast offered at the hotel. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. It provided a great start to the day and helped me fuel up for my activities.
The hotel's location near Urumqi Railway Station was incredibly convenient, especially for travelers like myself. It made it easy to explore the city or catch a train to further destinations. The surrounding area had a variety of dining options and shops, adding to the convenience of the location.
To top it off, the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols during my stay reassured me of their dedication to guest well-being, especially during these challenging times.

KKevan KeeganAlthough from outside the hotel does not present an attractive face, the room was very nice and the very plain small lobby very friendly and efficient.
Hotel location is however excellent being less than ten minutes from metro station and one stop from Grand Bazaar, where there is so much to see, do and eat. I went there every night!
Unfortunately the metro does not yet go to the main Urumqi fast train station (I arrived from Turpan) even though station signs point to the metro station it is not yet open. It was though very easy to reach the airport by metro in 45 minutes.
I found that the best way to get to the excellent Xinjiang Museum is to take metro four stops to Nanhu Square, and after enjoying Nanhu Lake Park, get a taxi / Didi to the Museum. It takes 15 minutes and costs about ¥20/25. The museum is free and I did not need to queue or pre-book for a ticket.
There is no power switch inside the door where usually you place your key card. So not clear how to cut off room electricity when leaving unless firmest switch off in more than ten switches around the room!
Bed was very large and comfortable and huge TV had all the channels…once you discover that - among the many light switches on both sides of the bed - there is one labelled TV and without this neither of the two remotes will switch on the TV!
The shower was a little out of date but effective, though the hot water was not really that hot.
The breakfast on the top floor was a really good Chinese buffet although coffee was from a machine and very average. One morning fresh wanton were prepared by a chef.

酒店坐落於人民廣場商圈的文化路，步行即可抵達百年文化老街。午後漫步至南門，三座文物保護建築靜靜矗立，磚瓦間沉澱的時光與街巷裡飄散的烤包子香氣，構成獨特的城市韻律。若想探索更遠，打車十分鐘內便能抵達國際大巴扎和紅山公園，登高遠眺博格達峯的雪頂與晚霞相映，心境也隨之開闊。
最難忘的是這裏的“人情味”。入住時前台姑娘遞上兩瓶礦泉水，一句“旅途辛苦了”彷彿歸家般的温暖;離店那時，服務員揮手道別時眼底的真誠，讓這場短暫停留染上了友情的底色。

CC the worldLocation is good, just a couple of hundred meters from the Sports centre metro station which is a direct line from Urumqi airport. The building has a security officer, register with passport to gain access to the 10th floor. The hostel receptionist is helpful and there's a lounge to chill. The10 people's room is spacious but the bathroom needs some cleaning.
