Sono rimasto per 2 notti. Era un buon momento di check-in. Mi hanno dato un check-out tardivo alle 2.00. Il bagno e il kit dentale su richiesta. Questo è 4**** hotel, credo, il bagno dovrebbe essere in una stanza. Quando parlavo con HSK (Housekeeping) sul bagno e lo shampoo/condizionatore, perché in una stanza 3 in una, era in fretta di andarsene, si era attenta. Ma poi fu fornita. Il giorno dopo, la notte ero morso da lettini. Ho chiesto a FO di cambiare il mio trucco, ma la receptionista Victoria mi ha detto che non c'era HSK, ma ti avrei portato - facendomi un favore. Le ho chiesto di rimuovere il trucco precedente, non potevo usarlo di nuovo. Mi chiesi perché? E dove metterei quel cappello - disse, non lo sapeva e se ne andò. Non mi offriva di andare in un altro locale o di cambiare il letto. Mi sorprendeva il servizio che mi aveva fornito, come un ospite. Buon giorno. È stato fermato in questo hotel 4 anni fa e ora. Seduto in camera 602. Pulizia, pulita bene. Perché siamo andati al primo freddo, la stanza era un riscaldamento, l'abbiamo usata. Ci sono raffreddatori sul pavimento con acqua. Gli amministratori di benvenuto, parlavano dove e cosa è vicino. La stanza è fornita all’ospite, anche una spugna per le scarpe.
