Staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is great for coming in and out of Harrisburg city. Loved the breakfast and the dining room.

La stanza era pulita, ma dopo 10pm-12am c'era un rumore forte, che non era così grande per dormire. Quando ho prenotato la nostra stanza, ha detto che includeva 2 colazione ...il ”continuazione” è .....granola bar, una tazza di caffè e una tazza di succo d'arancia. Era molto deluso.

L'assegno è stato orribile, hanno detto che le mie prenotazioni erano state annullate e che non avevano più stanze. Ho dovuto chiamare trip. com per prove e prove da parte di persone con carta di credito e viaggio. Com ha telefonato con loro per dire che il pagamento è andato a buon fine, hanno detto che è stato rifiutato dopo aver parlato con trip. dietro di me che la loro carta non era rifiutata come persona precedente ma non lo sapevano era mio cugino con cui stavano parlando mi ha detto questo più tardi dopo che ho risolto la questione non tornerò in quell'hotel

L'ambiente non è male, l'hotel non è grande, la posizione è molto facile da trovare ed è vicino al fiume e al centro città, è sicuro di notte, ma vicino al ponte c'è un leggero rumore dei camion

Agevolmente, pulito e amichevole personale. Siamo stati delusi, dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio, che la piscina fosse chiusa per la pulizia. Inoltre, il colazione non è servito fino a 7 nei fine settimana, il che significa che anche noi abbiamo perso (comincia presto a continuare il nostro viaggio). Rimarremmo qui, ma solo se avessimo previsto un inizio più tardi.
