"Hotel in posizione perfetta. La mia camera al 26esimo piano aveva davvero una vista eccezionale, soprattutto con le luci la sera. In generale tutto molto confortevole, dal letto, al bagno. Ritornerei lì se dovessi andare di nuovo a Busan! L’hotel non serve colazione ma in zona ci sono talmente tanti posti dove farla che è meglio così, tante scoperte mattutine!"

"L'interno è lo stesso del Toyoko Inn in Giappone, dandoti un senso di sicurezza. La camera era piccola, ma pulita.
Convenientemente situato proprio accanto alla stazione di Busan.
La colazione gratuita era buona con un menu coreano. Tuttavia, è piuttosto affollato, quindi non puoi mangiare in pace.
Si prega di notare che non ci sono spazzolini da denti.

"A very clean and comfortable hotel, not too far from Busan station, so if you come on the train from Seoul, it’s easy to get to. Although I stayed alone, the room is easily big enough for two people. The view was pretty nice too. The staff were also very friendly, despite being busy. For the price, you can’t go wrong."

Definitely will come back again! The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable. The room was super clean, spacious, and luxurious — a real treat to relax in after a day out. The location is perfect, directly connected to the mall, with plenty of well-known eateries just a short walk away on the street behind. Everything was convenient, comfortable, and welcoming."

"Quella che ho prenotato prima è un po' piccola per il prezzo. Dovrebbero fare l'upgrade della stanza. Hanno una vista a 360 gradi, ma sfortunatamente il bagno è molto strano. Quindi devo fare l'upgrade di una nuova stanza, il che mi fa pagare 120 $. Anche se è una stanza grande, spaziosa e accogliente, dovrebbero farci uno sconto maggiore perché non eravamo contenti della prima stanza, eppure abbiamo pagato 450 $ solo per 2 notti. Eppure anche la loro TV deve essere aggiornata. Ora tutti usano una smart TV e hanno ancora la vecchia versione, per cui devi pagare un costo aggiuntivo solo per guardare Netflix. Immagina di pagare così tanto per la stanza e un pagamento aggiuntivo per il kit per Netflix per poterlo guardare? L'hotel dovrebbe fornirlo gratuitamente. Anche l'hotel più economico usava una smart TV, come mai usano ancora il vecchio modello, quello che guarda solo la TV al giorno d'oggi? Quindi in totale abbiamo pagato 590 $ solo per sentirci a nostro agio e solo per 36 ore. Sono un po' arrabbiato, ma sono contento di aver deciso di fare l'upgrade della stanza. questa è la vista che avevo dalla mia stanza

"Ho scelto questo alloggio per il mio esame di coreano a Busan. È in una posizione fantastica: lo si vede subito uscendo dall'uscita 6 della metropolitana di Busan Station, proprio di fronte e a destra, dietro la fermata degli autobus turistici. A sinistra c'è un minimarket GU e a destra uno Starbucks. Abbiamo prenotato una camera tripla con vasca da bagno e bidet, che era pulita e confortevole. Il letto e i cuscini erano molto comodi. Ci sono due cose che vorrei particolarmente elogiare: primo, le prese di corrente sono universali, quindi si possono usare i caricabatterie Apple direttamente, senza adattatori. Secondo, avevamo dimenticato di stampare il nostro pass per l'esame e la reception ci ha aiutato a farlo, salvandoci la situazione. Torneremo sicuramente."

"La stanza non era pulita a dovere. Quando mi sono fatta la doccia e stavo per andare a letto, ho trovato i capelli corti di un uomo sulle lenzuola! Ho chiamato subito la reception per far cambiare le lenzuola al cameriere. Per fortuna, il cameriere è arrivato nel cuore della notte, altrimenti non sarei riuscita a dormire. Che schifo!"

"È stato un soggiorno fantastico, l'ambiente era esattamente lo stesso delle foto mostrate sul sito! Molto pulito, la stanza era più che sufficiente per chi viaggia da solo ed è dotata anche di una smart TV!
Anche la posizione era perfetta, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Seomyeon, con un minimarket proprio accanto.
Inoltre, mi è stato permesso di fare il check-in un'ora prima gratuitamente, il che è stato inaspettato ma ne sono grato! Sicuramente prenderò in considerazione di tornarci la prossima volta!"

"Le cose mi hanno mantenuto male durante il mio soggiorno. In primo luogo, questa donna al dipartimento frontale di Yangji aveva un atteggiamento brutto e non chiedeva la mia adesione, quindi il soggiorno non è stato salvato al mio conto. KKristina_MinThe service was great — we got a check-in without any problems, the video instructions on how to get to the hotel from KTX and how to store luggage in the storage were helpful, and the hotel itself is located in a very convenient manner. It took us about an hour to get to the main spots of out interests — Gwangnalli Beach, Songdo Beach, Gamcheon Culture Village and so on. Also the room itself was amazing — really comfortable beds, shower with all amenities, nice massage chair. Amazing view from the windows! Great place to stay for a couple of nights in Busan.

MMirantiThe room’s always clean. The shower is just right. The towels are always change. The Hairdryer is a good quality one. The room’s interior is bright. Also the room corridors, I feel safe as a solo traveler. Location is perfect. Meals, metro stasiun, tour’s meeting point, are near by.
I did morning jog. I did evening jog. Along the beach. Because it’s just there - 100 meters away.
Actually this’s my second time staying here.

We saw a comment that mentioned a complimentary cleaning service for stays over three days. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. We stayed for four nights and no cleaning was provided. We found out you have to pay 20,000 KRW for it. We did pay for the cleaning service on one day, but due to a mistake at the front desk, no one ever showed up. When we tried to reschedule, we were told the service was fully booked for the rest of our stay with no available time slots. We eventually had to just get a refund. A bigger issue was the bathroom. There's no shower curtain, so the entire floor gets soaked every time you shower. When we asked about it, the staff cited safety concerns as the reason. This was confusing, as my friend nearly slipped on the wet floor, which seems like a much bigger safety risk. There are only two lifts servicing all the higher floors, and because they cover so many levels, the wait times are long. It was often so crowded that we couldn't even get on when one finally arrived.
The room is well-equipped for longer stays (microwave, cookingware, washing machine, clothesline), but it misses some details. There are no hangers for your clothes and no extra trash bags. Since the cleaning isn't complimentary, our trash bins overflowed by the second day.
On the positive side, the staff were very polite and tried to be helpful. The room itself is huge, we could easily lay out two large 28-inch suitcases. There are two spacious balconies and tons of storage. It's perfect if you want to cook and relax in a big living area. The location is fantastic. It's right near the main streets, packed with restaurants and shopping. It's convenient to be able to drop your heavy bags and just head out to explore without lugging everything around.
Overall, the space is fantastic for the price, but a few practical issues like the flooded bathroom and lack of basic supplies really need to be addressed.

Alla reception c'erano due zii: uno sorrideva a tutto quello che diceva, l'altro era più serio ma comunque entusiasta e rispondeva pazientemente a tutte le mie domande.
A 5 minuti a piedi troverete un minimarket aperto 24 ore su 24, diversi punti ristoro e una stazione della metropolitana. Dista circa 3 chilometri dalla stazione di Busan. Nel complesso il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è molto alto

IIanFantastic location. Hotel is located right behind the main shopping street is a quiet area. Basic amenities like auto refilling drinking water machine and coffee machine. There is also a small 'hole in the wall' shop just outside the hotel selling fabulous French crepes.
Only complaint is the lousy attitude shown by the manager. I booked for 3 nights with another extension for 4 nights (7 nights in total). I stated that I use a mobility device because of my disability in the booking. During check in, upon seeing me, he made feel very unwelcome. He told me to find other hotels and asked me to cancel my booking, claiming that my mobility device will spoil the room. Such a ludicrous remark to make. We had a heated argument eventually as I was very upset a him for being discriminatory. i insisted in staying as it was fully paid. It was my first time in Busan, thus I don't wish to spend my holiday looking for hotels. Btw, the room was perfectly fine. Never felt so unwelcome in my life.
Location is its only saving grace. However there are numerous hotels around the area after we got to know the place better.

From check-in to check-out, my stay was smooth, and I found the hotel to be a solid mix of comfort, cleanliness, and character.
Check-in & First Impressions:
Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel.
Room:
I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area.
The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value.

While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There’s a vending machine area, complimentary bottled water, and in-room amenities like a kettle, coffee, and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even during peak hours. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it.
Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything.
Location:
This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night.
Staff & Hospitality:
Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected.
Overall Impression:
Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.
