The hotel's location and cleanliness were excellent. The rooms were very large. The staff were helpful and friendly. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but a hotel this nice definitely has a good breakfast. If I were to go back, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It's about a six-minute walk to the center. I look forward to returning. The only thing I didn't like was that we specifically requested a quiet location, away from the elevator. However, they had assigned it directly across from the staff room, and almost every 10 minutes, someone would come in and out, and the door would slam, which started early in the morning. That was the only downside. A hotel I can definitely recommend. Best regards.

Ottimo ubicazione, proprio nel centro. Molto pulito e moderno hotel, bella zona seduto nel lobby. La camera era comoda e moderna con una grande TV. Il letto era comodo ma le mutandine erano troppo morbide. La doccia era potente. Il colazione era adeguata. Abbiamo parcheggiato nel parcheggio vicino che era di 20 sterline.

Molto bel appartamento. Nuovo e ben progettato. Escluso l'ambiente sonoro dovuto a molti punti notturni in prossimità. Non mi sono colpito, ma la moglie ha condiviso quel rumore fino a circa le 3.

La posizione è davvero buona, ma non c'è asciugamano. Solo un bagno e un apparecchio di scarico non sono buoni. Il suono del riscaldatore di notte è molto alto. Il cibo è troppo piccolo per le cinque.
Il panorama mattinale al piano superiore è davvero bello, che è molto attraente.

Great stay at The Z Hotel Bath! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—right in the city centre, close to everything. Excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed there only for one night during Easter holidays and spent around £150 one night without breakfast. The room allocated was at the bottom of the townhouse; we are not sure if the air conditioning was working or not. A bit cold during the night…the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. No other comments. Nothing bad or great to mention.

Camera molto bella nello stile nella grandezza e negli accessori.
Unico problema le scale per arrivare alle stanze, è importante da sapere se si hanno impossibilità o grandi valigie.
20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Bath. 18 minuti con autobus e a piedi.
Nel complesso la consiglio senza dubbi.

Central location helps to overcome the cramped feeling staying in the annexe. The car was parked at the other end of town and drop off was difficult to say the least but it is what it is. I had no reason whatsoever to check out the main building reception, breakfast area perhaps a bar and lounge area too because nothing pointed me there! So generally, it was a room in a loft space built to an ”average” measure. I never like shower cubicles where I tend to bang elbows and worry about breaking something when I drop the soap. Breakfast price was horrendous so no inclination to walk in on the hop to check it out for the 2 nights stayed. I felt detached, cramped and in a bed-sit like accommodation. It is what it is.

UUtente ospiteIl suo scopo era di fare un weekend di lusso, prima che il mio lavoro cominciasse, perché il mio partner non può prendere un lungo periodo di vacanza.
La camera doppia deluxe è un grande delusione.Incredibile, è una posizione molto premium e altri ospiti probabilmente pagano molto di più.Tuttavia, non penso di pagare più di 300 sterline per ottenere una stanza come una vecchia stanza del servo. Poiché il pavimento è situato nella stanza di estensione del tetto con la vista principalmente bloccata, il pavimento fa il rumore tipico di vecchia legno cracking mentre camminiamo. La tenda, il tappeto e il bagno non sono in buona condizione. Il vetro sopra la tavola e il desk non sono ben attrezzati.
Un'altra cosa è che, senza alcuna precedente notifica, il bagno chiuso il mantenimento dei nemici la mattina che usciamo, e le fate fa sembrare meno lussuoso di quello che è contrassegnato.
Il più lato è un tipo di inclusive che include la piscina, lo sport e il colazione. Il colazione è molto bello se ti piace il colazione inglese o hanno un buffet di base.

RRip RipAveva grandi aspettative di stare in me e fu assolutamente soddisfatto e mi colpì.
In generale, il benvenuto e l'atmosfera erano giustamente professionali e sinceri.
La nostra camera da letto, suite junior dopo l'aggiornamento con un supplemento, era ragionevolmente grande, anche se il bagno con la disposizione della porta rendeva difficile e leggermente pericoloso entrare / chiudere dietro l'ospite.
Il villaggio spa era occupato ma comprensibile; si sentiva pulito e molto aggiornato in generale, quindi c'era meno preoccupazioni sull'igiene che si capisce può essere difficile mantenere le norme.
La camera da pranzo, le scelte e il servizio erano buoni come si aspettavano, quindi vale la pena di sottoscriversi. Anche se al giorno 2, era difficile immaginare di avere un altro colazione così possibile avere un colazione per un giorno come un'opzione sarebbe buona.
Avrei voluto avere la lozione corporea in bagno, perché dovevo contare sulla quella disponibile nel villaggio spa... e con 2 notti di soggiorno, i bagni non erano riempiti ...
Sempre un bel benvenuto quando bevande soft / mini bar è complimentare ; anche se non costa molto riempire un frigo ma gesti piccoli come questi fanno gli ospiti sentirsi più benvenuti

I booked this hotel in Bath through trip.com. I took advantage of two promotions on the platform: a £5.99 railcard purchase and £5 off train tickets, both requiring booking a European hotel within 26 days through trip.com. Considering that the official website’s prices were quite similar, I went with the trip.com booking. I reserved a cozy room for 1 adult without breakfast for £113. Money-saving tip: I used TopCashback to access trip.com, earning $7.67 cashback for this booking. After I checked out, trip.com triggered an immediate discount of £10.46, which I applied to my next train ticket purchase.

This hotel falls under the Marriott Tribute Portfolio, embracing a boutique hotel approach. The entire establishment dates back to 1739, boasting a historic exterior. It’s conveniently situated just about 3 minutes’ walk from the Roman Baths and across from Sally Lunn’s. With my Marriott Platinum Card, even with a third-party reservation, the hotel upgraded us to a larger ground floor room facing the street after matching our account, but it’s not advisable due to potential noise. They also offered complimentary à la carte breakfast. Breakfast slots had to be reserved during check-in, and we chose a table at 10 AM. The breakfast was abundant, and the restaurant had a charming and lovely atmosphere. The experience was excellent (the best things are free!). Unfortunately, I don’t have space for more photos, but I’ll post one of the restaurant later.
The room was quite small, designed in a modern British style, with a movie-themed decor according to the posters on the wall. All the amenities were provided, with local brand toiletries available for purchase at the front desk for £25 for two bottles. They were decent, but nothing extraordinary to consider bringing back home. The minibar had coffee, various teas, semi-skimmed milk packets, and biscuits. The bottled still water was in an aesthetically pleasing canned form.
🌟 There’s an Elemis sleep kit on the bedside: temple balm/sleep mist/eye cream, placed over a hotel postcard, looking quite exquisite.
The bed was very comfortable.
❌ However, there were a few drawbacks to this place… a bit unnerving… I’m not sure if I just had bad luck. The hotel corridors were somewhat confusing, and I accidentally opened the wrong room door once using my own room card. Strangely, the next day around ten o’clock, while I was in the bathroom and my son was on the bed, despite securing the latch on our door, someone managed to open it slightly, presumably seeing my son on the bed, and then closed the door. Perhaps it was a housekeeping staff member wanting to clean the room? Regardless, it felt quite odd… a little unsettling, to be honest

LLiam and JennyAttended on Tuesday 27th Feb. Paid a little extra for room with a bath as like the couple ****** we are, we wanted a bath in Bath. My wife's first time ever visiting here. The hotel is a lovely setting, there is history here and all the staff have been wonderful. Close to the station, literally in front of it, and close to everything. Had the great pleasure of having many encounters with Tim, one of the reception staff and I believe concierges. Super pleasant and always helpful.
We had breakfast included and after having that this morning can honestly say it's bang for your buck, with hot food to order including steak and eggs, (best steak my wife has had in the UK), a breakfast grill and a selection of others plus a typical selection of baked goods and fruits. The bar is pleasant and we enjoyed drinks last night before heading up to our room. Strawberry daiquiri we have had many times but the Amaretto sour was an interesting twist with a strong lemon zest.
The only downside to the visit would be the bath/shower experience. Lukewarm bath and cold shower when we attempted it last night. This morning we got hot water for a total of ten mins to share before it went cold again. Not the worst thing all in all but a downside considering the extra pricing for a bathtub room. I was however assured that had I brought it to the desks attention I would have been assisted and I had just done the British thing of not wanting to fuss.
One last perk that made an impact to me; free luggage storage. We checked out early so we could make the best of our time exploring Bath before we ride home. We were offered free luggage storage for even after we checked out so we could come back in quick before our train at 3pm and grab our bags and go, no extra charge. Fantastically useful as the Abbey tour does not allow luggage inside and we wanted to go.
Anyway, thank you to Tim and all the staff at The Royal for making us feel welcomed and our time there special, we will definitely be coming back someday soon and will stay again. - Liam and Jenny Stephenson, Room 109.
