Recommended by a friend, it is my first time staying at Best Western Panbil, Batam and it is exceeded my expectation. The team prepared a birthday surprise in the room with baloon and cake. It was so pretty and memorable. A nice touch! Thank you! We visited ARTrium and Eco Farm which within the premises of the hotel. We tried the Gelato and loved it! There is a supermarket, complete with a wide range of products, very convenient. The room is spacious, minibar included with a good variety from alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages and some snacks. The bed is SUPER comfortable. I personally love the amenities especially the shower gel with Lemongrass Ginger, relaxing and calming. The staffs are very friendly and shout out to Pak Ade for the hospitality. Definitely recommend to my friends and family!

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. The are plenty of dining options within the Harbour Bay mall. You can find all the popular eateries (Malaya Cafe, Morning Bakery etc…) within the mall. The hotel is about 10-15 mins Taxi/Grab ride to the Nagoya area where there are even more dining and shopping options. The room itself is quite spacious and very clean. We given the balcony unit. However the view of the swimming pool and the sea was mostly obstructed by trees. The aircon in the room is quite cold and there we were unable to adjust the temperature. Only the fan speed can be tweaked. The bed was comfy and j slept very well. The infinity pool is small but nice. The same goes for the gym. It is sufficiently equipped for workout enthusiasts like me. We paid for around S$30 for the breakfast buffet and it was pretty good. The hotel stay was kind of pricey. Would highly recommend if it’s below $250 per night. Overall my experience was great and I would come back again for my next trip to Batam. I would also consider Four Points By Sheraton which is also owned by the Marriott group.

I recently booked a room at Radisson Golf and Convention Center for a short vacation with my wife to celebrate her 65th birthday. We stayed from December 1st to December 3rd. The check-in process was swift, and the staff were excellent and very friendly. On the morning of my wife's birthday, during breakfast, the FB Team surprised us by presenting my wife with a birthday cake. The whole team gathered around and sang the birthday song, with the chef playing the guitar. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made my wife's day very memorable. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to all the staff at Radisson, especially the FB team, for going the extra mile to make our stay so special. view was great, it’s the kind of view that you wish to wake up to every morning. private pool and the place was overall quite clean as well. buffet breakfast has a wide spread of cuisine and food (mostly local food though). the only downside is the location and the security. since the place is very far off from the city, if you were to go back late at night, the road to montigo is super dark, no street lights at all so i would recommend going back early. finding a grab to the city was always relatively hard, took quite some time. the main door of the villa is see through and not really secure so just lock your bedrooms at night :)

My booking includes breakfast with so much things to eat lobby was spacious and staffs very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel very good with many coffeeshop and restaurants nearby. 2 big shopping mall, the Batam City Square and the Grand Batam mall within walking distance. Next to the hotel is the market selling all kinds of things. There's a big foods court opposite the hotel. Getting a Grab at the hotel was fast. Many Grab driver waiting for call nearby. There were many massage shops around here. So conveniently located. Will definitely stay here again. Value for money.

Il hotel è stato accolto a 8 o 9:00, perché non potevamo stare in piedi l'hotel che abbiamo accolto prima. Era così felice di avere una bella camera deluxe per noi in questo momento. Il personale era molto amichevole e accogliente. La ricezione ha anche accolto la mia ultima richiesta di sorpresa di compleanno per il mio hubby a mezzanotte. Erano così carini!! Prepararono una torta di lava di cioccolato con una candela di compleanno e un felice compleanno aspirante sulla piastra. E due persone cantavano anche una canzone di compleanno felice.Hubby era molto sorpreso. La stanza era grande - spaziosa con divano e sedie a mano con mobili incantevole, tutta la stanza è molto pulita con un piacevole ambiente, le strutture della bagno erano grandi, e il letto re e le mutandine erano così comodi che ho avuto il miglior sonno in molti mesi! Il miglior sonno è stato certamente l'accento della mia vacanza questa volta intorno 🤭 La posizione è fantastica, così vicino al centro commerciale Nagoya Hill, tutto quello che abbiamo dovuto fare è andare solo sul retro. Non sono davvero un'acqua cosi' piena è buona per me. Abbiamo avuto una grande vista dalla nostra stanza, e' stato un piacere e un risarcimento per il cattivo servizio che purtroppo abbiamo dovuto ricevere dalla prenotazione precedente in un altro hotel. Le camere sono davvero così belle come le foto che hanno caricato. Abbiamo fatto davvero il nostro giorno qui al Grand I Hotel. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti che ci hanno servito durante il nostro soggiorno 28-30 Gennaio 2023 alla Room 627. Siamo davvero grati per una splendida vacanza e esperienza di compleanno qui. Ci ritroveremo certamente quando torneremo a Batam. Mantenete il buon lavoro!

Upon checking in, we were asked to pay 400k Rupiahs if we insisted to have a double bed to replace the twim bed for the husband and wife because our reservation was a cheap one by the Trip.com. If this is the case, we may book our rooms on ourselves and pay higher for what we want. However, we just topped up with cash in order not to be separated at night. The entire hotel looks quite tired for age although they had renovated the main lobby. In the Trip com booking system, we paid for breakfasts for 4days, during the 4 days, we were served a set breakfast instead of buffet service with our understanding of no other room guests taking breakfast in the hotel or the hotel has no room guests except 2 of us. Overall stay was alright with no further comments as we would like to try some quiet areas little bit far from Nagoya. Last question to trip.com is: will the service standard be lower when we use your service???

Viaggiando con 2 bambini mia moglie non sapeva cosa aspettarsi di guidare il resort Nongsa, ma che oasi. La marina è una vista da vedere, letteralmente sul passo della porta, la piscina è un tipo di laguna che si estende oltre 25 metri e le viste attraverso l'oceano sono insoddisfacenti. Il nostro alloggio era un cappello, 2 camere da letto su 2 livelli.Era molto pulito, se un po' indossato, ma conteneva tutte le attrezzature per permetterti di essere sufficiente. Si consiglia di ottenere alcuni articoli per immagazzinare la pantria se hai bisogno, perché il più vicino mart è a pochi click da. Anche se c'era un mini mart sul sito. Il buffet colazione era sorprendente con una forte selezione di preferiti locali. Non possiamo raccomandare Nongsa Marina Resort abbastanza alto. Valore per i soldi e sicuramente tornare.

AP Premier is one of the oldest hotel in Batam Indonesia and was known as Novotel in the past. The hotel was one of the top grade hotels in Batam when I stayed there 20+ years ago (yr 2001). Although there are many hotel options now days in batam but AP Premier is still my favorite place to stay when visiting batam for business trip recently. The hotel location is good to me. It is very near to ferry terminal, Habourbay (in fact within walking distance) and Nagoya, the old town center where most of the tourists from Singapore would like to visit. The hotel public area is quite spacious. The breakfast selection was great. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. Hotel service is awesome especially the front desk team like Miss Wani and Mr Dona are exceptionally helpful.

Sono stato a una sessione di allenamento tenuta a Biz Hotel dal 22-27 febbraio 2021. Questa è la mia prima volta in questo hotel. Mi sono soggiornato da 24-27/Feb (4D 3N) in Room 708, camera superiore con letto matrimoniale singolo per 2 pach. La prima impressione è stata buona, pulita, costantemente mantenuta. Tutti i mobili, letto, tenda erano puliti. Ci è una scatola di risparmio (che non funziona), ma non importa. Posso vedere direttamente a Four Season Hotel, Jodoh. Ho osservato questo hotel con il famoso nome per la camera delle funzioni ... unico ! Abbiamo fatto colazione al 11° piano, che è un posto molto buono soprattutto alla notte, dove possiamo godere di una vista perfetta della zona Nagoya-Jodoh. L'hotel è situato proprio davanti alla corte Nagoya Food, ed è un altro punto forte. Durante la pandemia, sono sicuro che l'hotel soffrirà anche di problemi di occupazione in camera, ma noto che tutti i membri del personale sono gentili, gentili e amichevoli ... Il receptionista (carino, media altezza femmina con occhiali), e On Job Training student, Maria (da Flores) al 11° piano era anche comunicativa e bello. Continua a lavorare bene in generale ...!

Controllato in camera doppia superiore, davanti alla strada, all'arrivo a Batam. La camera era abbastanza grande per 2-4 pax (avrebbe bisogno di aggiungere una matrice extra), tuttavia, era dimly illuminato per una grande stanza, l'aria condizionata era difettosa, il letto ha qualche tintura, le tole sono questionabili e il bagno/lavanderia non è molto pulito. Il personale e l'aria condizionata sono entrati per controllare. Il personale ha confermato la mancanza (che il ricevitore sembra conoscere già in anticipo). La luce, il lavoro AC e il bagno sono ancora così, e uno dei letti ha ancora una tintura visibile. A proposito di cenare fuori dal centro, Gojek ha prenotato solo per scoprire l'ultimo minuto che la porta della stanza non può essere chiusa dall'esterno (osservi che dall'interno c'è un doppio chiusura di lavoro, ma sto dando feedback dall'esterno della stanza). La chiusura automatica è difettosa, quindi ho cercato di chiudere la porta e di controllare più volte per darle una possibilità ma senza alcun vantaggio. Il giorno dopo ho deciso di non uscire dalla stanza, perché il ricevitore mi ha detto che la prenotazione è completa e che non ci sono altre stanze disponibili.

We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

Non so nemmeno come iniziare ... in generale, il personale di servizio era molto amichevole. Sapevamo che l'hotel era vecchio, quindi ci aspettavamo il peggio, ma abbiamo avuto una stanza nuovamente ristrutturata e che era bello. Ma la rigenerazione si sentiva incompleta con una serie di problemi / mal fatto, e strane cose come una rack di sapone da doccia molto rustico (perché è chiaramente nuovamente ristrutturato, perché è rustico???). Le strutture sono dotate di un asciugacapelli, 2 bottiglie e pacchetti di caffè e tè. Niente in minibar. La stanza era spaziosa, ma la cassaforte era spogliata e troppo piccola (difficilmente può mantenere il livello iPad piccolo). C'è solo una porta chiusa e nessuna catena di chiusura extra sulla porta.Voglio dire, non mi sentivo insicura, ma allo stesso tempo sapevo che non era davvero sicura. L'acqua si è trasformata un po'marrone per circa 3 minuti la prima notte (suppongiamo che si sia russato?) ma non si è più presentata dopo. Il drenaggio era buono, ma può essere migliorato. I tovaglioli erano tinturati e le lame non erano ingranaggiate. È al di là di una scuola, quindi aspetta un po'di rumore se resti al mattino nei giorni di settimana. C'era anche un frigorifero d'aria nella stanza che si è spostato ogni ora (per letteralmente ogni ora per tutta la notte), ma sono abbastanza sicuro che non c'era niente in frigorifero d'aria. La parte più strana era l'esterno dell'hotel - non la proprietà dell'hotel stessa, ma la strada che l'ha portata fino a lui. Sembrava completamente abbandonata e come se potesse crollare in qualsiasi momento. In generale - non rimarrebbe di nuovo, ma se non c'è altra scelta, può farlo. Pagato circa 160 dollari per 3 notti.

Il nuovo hotel e tutto è fresco e nuovo. Ero lì venerdì pomeriggio.Aveva b’fast il sabato mattina e ha impressionato le variazioni di base perché non c’era molto ospite, perché il fatturato è lento. Ma venite domenica e l’occupazione è piena la riempimento di b’fast buffet è lento e non c’è nessuno che controlla il buffet per assicurarsi che l’elemento di buffet è pieno.In generale Sono felice con il mio soggiorno e il personale sono molto amichevole e vicini.Will definitamente tornare indietro 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Grande posizione dell'hotel, facile da raggiungere al centro commerciale via level2. Molti spa e riflesso a piedi intorno a distanza di passeggiata. Il buffet era fantastico con una vasta gamma di varietà, e il cuoco è venuto a servirci qualcosa di diverso, come quello che c’era nel menu che scappava dal magazzino per il giorno. L'unica delusione è che ci sono molti cuccioli di bambino 🪳 che correvano in camera 😫. Ci sono stati circa 5-6 🪳 uccisi durante il nostro 2n soggiorno lì. E ittisi dopo aver dormito sul letto.

view was great, it’s the kind of view that you wish to wake up to every morning. private pool and the place was overall quite clean as well. buffet breakfast has a wide spread of cuisine and food (mostly local food though). the only downside is the location and the security. since the place is very far off from the city, if you were to go back late at night, the road to montigo is super dark, no street lights at all so i would recommend going back early. finding a grab to the city was always relatively hard, took quite some time. the main door of the villa is see through and not really secure so just lock your bedrooms at night :)
