L'ambiente è molto buono, le strutture sembrano vecchie, ma hanno un certo sapore e la maggior parte dei quadri appesi sono dipinti ad olio creati da pittori locali, non immagini stampate. Quando la notte non è impegnata, il manager suonerà alcuni brani per pianoforte in stile egiziano per tutti gli interessati, e puoi sentire che Exodus è un paese con un ricco patrimonio. A parte la lotta, c'è molta eleganza e indifferenza, questo è l'Egitto e la sua gente, giusto?

酒店房間大寬敞 有的房間重新裝修過 不錯 但是頭兩二天我們住的房間很舊 The rooms were very different. some are newly renovated, some are older. we stayed in the older room first, was not very comfortable, we later changing to the newer room which was much better. the breakfast was good.

Da evitare!! Stanze al secondo piano con odore di fogna, direzione pienamente cosciente del problema. Personale poco rispettoso dell'ospite non formato in maniera adeguata soprattutto per il livello che vorrebbe rappresentare. Dai manager ai camerieri tutti parlano un inglese pessimo ai limiti della comprensione. Dichiarato come 5* ma non lo è in modo assoluto. Un solo ristorante a buffet o à la carte. Se ordinate alla carta prendono l'ordine che fate direttamente dal buffet. Assurdo. Cucina internazionale e locale pessima. Inoltre siete in mezzo al nulla, a piedi non si và da nessuna parte, ci si muove solo con il taxi. La distanza media in termini di tempo dall'hotel al centro del Cairo dai 60 ai 90 minuti, a seconda del traffico che è sempre molto sostenuto.

Hotel molto bello, stanze ampie dotate di tutti i confort e molto pulite Fantastiche le colazioni internazionali con grande assortimento di ogni genere di cibi. Personale sempre molto attento e premuroso,

Personale poco disponibile. Non ho trovato accoglienza da parte dello staff dell'albergo. Rispetto ai problemi del turista non c era nessun tentativo di comprensione. Pulizia scarsa. Servizi poco curati. Ho trovato nella camera lenzuola giá usate.

Hotel molto bello camere spaziose, pulite dotate di ogni confort. Due piscine tranquille e poco affollate. Il ristorante è il top! Fanno hamburger buonissimi e anche la pizza. Colazione super. Posizione ottima per la visita alle Piramidi. Dista invece quasi un ora dalle sponde del Nilo e dal centro città e dall aeroporto. Lo consiglio!!! Nessuno parla italiano ma tutti parlano molto bene l'inglese!!!

Bellissimo Hotel, curato, pulito e servizi accurati, colazioni eccellenti. Un po' lontano dal centro del Cairo ma comodissimo all'aeroporto e per raggiungere le aree archeologiche di Saqara e Giza. Ottima esperienza

Lenzuola lacere, asciugamani di un bianco dubbio, bagno senza ventola, senza scopino x il water, con porta della doccia che non chiudeva perciò ogni volta un lago sul pavimento; abat jour non funzionante sostituita solo dopo che viste due richieste andate a vuoto ho portato giù la lampada alla reception ed ho alzato la voce; al ristorante difficoltà ad ordinare da bere, a pagare, ad avere il resto, a far liberare il tavolo; ieri sera una signora francese nel tavolo accanto al nostro si è messa lei a sparecchiare

I wouldn’t have chosen to stay in this hotel ! The only reason we stayed because this was chosen by our tour company. The hotel is out of no where , there is nothing nearby. This is at best a 3 star hotel and I’m being generous here :) There are lot of issues - Very poor soundproofing , we were woken up a couple of times due to the neighbouring room noises ! Shower head doesn’t work properly Washroom basin has drainage issues The list goes on and on

The Hotel is very outstanding. The service is world-class, starting with the warm hospitality of all the team and their constant welcoming smiles and words, all the way to the on-point and spotless perfectly furnished rooms. Staying at Helnan Dreamland is the wish-for break and vacation. It's absolutely recommended for all family vacations, business trips and all. Geographically the hotel is located at a proximity from the Pyramids, the theme park "Dream Park" and Mall of Egypt. We stayed for 4 nights and first night we were happy with the hotel, room ambience etc. On the 2nd day when we came back to the hotel we noticed that the Air condition was not working and we called maintenance. The guy who came tried to fix it and after about 30 mins we were told he cannot fix it that day and will have to return the following day. He said he could get our room changed. As we had a long day and had an early wake-up call we said we will manage for that night as the thought of packing/moving was not ideal and was hoping it will be fixed. Following day we informed the reception before we went out and even got our travel agent to do the same. Sadly when we returned after a long day AC had not been fixed and there was no message to inform us that. However there were dust all over and not-closed panels on the ceiling instead. There was no messages to say they could not fix the AC too. So we called the reception however they kept the phone and did not even return the call in case they did not hear us. I went to the reception and informed as the guy on duty who told me it was fixed!!! I told him I will not come down from 4th floor if it was fixed. He then checked something on the system (and surely saw some remark) and so said they will change our room and he will send someone to assist us. I went back while a guy came in 2 mins! Obviously we wanted more time. So we asked him to stay for 10 mins or come back after 10 mins. He opted for the 2nd option. However after 20 mins as no one came we called the reception and reception answered the phone by saying "my colleague will come now". So it was obvious they can see our room number and knew why we were calling and it was also obvious our call earlier was cut deliberately. Luckily the room was in the same floor (4th floor) however we were given twin sharing beds instead of a double bed, which we had in the original room. Also the room was generally smaller, while the bathroom was not at all to the standard of the initial room we had. There were empty shampoo bottles etc. As it was quite late and as we were tired we did not press the matter after that. The hotel didn't even have the courtesy to apologise to us for not being able to give us a double bed! Similarly the hotel did not think to inform us or the travel agent that they could not fix the AC and that they would like to change our room until we went down to the reception! Lacked empathy and common courtesy BIG TIME and we were really disappointed.

Spacious rooms, good for a family of four with extra bed. Excellent staff. Good buffet breakfast & dinner, Huge swimming Pool & Gym. Pyramids are about 20 mins away. We were given 6 hours of late check out at 30 US$ Only downside is too far from Airport & away from all attractions in Cairo(More than an hour ride from Airport )

Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst visiting the pyramids as part of a tour , Hotel and room was clean and comfortable beds , nice outdoor pool and hookah area , Very good dinner and breakfast buffet as well , Found the staff very friendly and attentive
