Le camere non sono ben tenute. La serratura della porta del balcone della mia camera non funzionava, quindi non era sempre sicura. Ho prenotato un letto king size ma ho ottenuto letti matrimoniali. Fanno pagare per il parcheggio ma non trovi posto. Il cibo è molto nella media.

Everything was very good. We were upgraded to a superior king room we paid for a king room. The room was immaculate, and the biggest room we ever stayed in. The pool was so clean and tidy. The staff in all areas were helpful and kind. I recommend staying in this hotel it is very peaceful.

The Mövenpick Hotel Cairo Media City is truly amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean, with complete and considerate facilities. The hotel is big the staff very friendly beside this can not expect as a 5 stars hotel, the breakfast medium low nice pool if you gonna use it

Staff are so nice, landscape is amazing, rooms are ok but needs more refurbishing as contents are getting old and needs maintenance.. overall I enjoyed it.

Terrible service on reception, I book online for my son and his wife i give them a copy of both passport and marriage certificate and they say why they from different country and they refuse my son and his wife to stay in the hotel then I went to another hotel, much better and they accept to stay. movenpick cairo very bad service on reception, never ever book on the hotel😩

The hotel looks good and is well maintained, with spacious grounds and spacious rooms. My room was already a little tired/dated. The majority of the hotel staff were pleasant, though the operation felt a little chaotic and some staff on reception especially lacked high-end customer service skills that you would expect from a 5 star.
