ich möchte Ihnen gerne ein großes Lob aussprechen für den erstklassigen Service, den ich während meines Aufenthalts in Ihrem Hotel erlebt habe. Von der herzlichen Begrüßung an der Rezeption bis hin zur komfortablen und makellos sauberen Unterkunft fühlte ich mich rundum wohl. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets bereit, meine Wünsche zu erfüllen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Vielfalt und Qualität der angebotenen Speisen im hoteleigenen Restaurant. Jede Mahlzeit war ein wahres Geschmackserlebnis. Auch das Spa und der Fitnessbereich waren hervorragend ausgestattet und boten die perfekte Möglichkeit zur Entspannung und Erholung. Ich möchte mich nochmals herzlich bei Ihnen und Ihrem Team bedanken und werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in der Stadt ohne zu zögern wieder in Ihrem Hotel übernachten.

there is a little plaque on the wall informing between what dates the ac operates and when heating is available, apparently the weather dosent matter nor do your wishes. Single duvets only and one of the poorest breakfast ive had in a hotel anywhere, v limited options in tiny quantities so they were constantly running out. german hotels are why germany motorways are so good.

Wir haben eine Nacht hier geschlafen um auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt die Familie zu treffen. Dafür ist die Lage ideal. Etwas Bedenken hatte ich bei der Lage so nah am Riebeckplatz, und ich muss auch sagen, dass trotz geschlossenenlm Fenster noch etwas Verkehr gehört hat. Kein Problem für Städter aber für Landbewohner ggf. schon. Weiterhin war die Klimaanlage schon recht laut. Wir mussten sie nachts anmachen, da es im Zimmer warm wurde. Leider mussten wir sie nachts nochmal umkonfigurieren, da sie nicht im richtigen Modus lief. Ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Zimmergröße war gut. Sogar Spiele lagen auf dem Zimmer aus. Die Bar haben wir dann spät abends auch noch genutzt und konnten den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen.

Wi hatten in diesem Hotel für eine Woche gebucht, um uns die Stadt Magdeburg anzuschauen. Wir hatten 3 Monate im voraus online reserviert und alle klappte vorzüglich. Der Check-In verlief unkompliziert und reibungslos. Die Lage dieses Hotel ist etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt im Herrenkrugpark, sehr ruhig und wunderschön gelegen. Parkplätze für das gute Stück sind reichlich vorhanden. Auch einige zum Hotel gehörige, aber kostenpflichtige Stellplätze sind direkt gegenüber der Rezeption. Diese werden abends um 22.00 Uhr auch verschlossen. Das schönste aber, was uns besonders gut gefallen hat ist eine Endhaltestelle der Waldstraßenbahn Linie Nr. 6, die einen in 12 Minuten vom Hotel zum Marktplatz bringt. Das Frühstück ist sensationell gut, nichts fehlt. Danach hat man dann für den ganzen Tag gute Laune. Diese Hotel kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. bdzons

La colazione è molto ricca, i bei ragazzi e le belle donne che lavorano alla reception sono molto calorosi e non freddi come il tedesco medio. C'è un parcheggio gratuito. L'hotel non è grande e molto caldo, ci sono dei souvenir da comprare. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dal centro città, molti ristoranti intorno all'hotel, molti ristoranti devono essere prenotati durante l'epidemia

Posizione conveniente rispetto alla stazione ferroviaria. Facile da trovare. Il letto era comodo. Buona stanza di dimensioni. Rumore del tram quando sul lato della strada. Nessuna ricerca di bicicletta. Normale buffet di colazione. Inglese parlato da qualcuno al di fuori del desk.

La posizione è proprio fuori dal centro così facile accesso all'hotel. Parcheggio è lungo la strada (Auto guida un po' veloce là). Ci è un parcheggio vicino al parcheggio bello per una passeggiata (doggy). L'hotel stesso è bello e si può camminare verso la città. (Forse un po' di passeggiata per persone con problemi di mobilità).La stanza era di base ma pulita.Il colazione era tranquillo con molte opzioni.

The room was small, but comfortable. Comfy bed, no chairs just stools, very small shower. The location was fantastic, across the street from the cathedral and market area with lots of restaurants and shopping. There was a large grocery store next door. The parking garage was very convenient but did cost extra. Breakfast cost extra so we opted out, but it looked very nice. The best part was the friendly and very helpful receptionist! We would highly recommend this hotel because of the location and wonderful staff.

Hotel located in the center of the city; offers a restaurant and free WiFi in the entire hotel. A 10-minute walk takes you to the railway station and town hall. Ideal for a business stay. Car parking available and not expansive. Receptionist kind and helpful. In the room, availbale free drinks from the mini bar. TV is very big anyhow with no so many channel. In-room safe available. Comfortable and large bed. Desk/table is large and useful to work in the room. Also furnitures are good. Anyhow the cleaning of the room is not so good: a lot of points against: broken curtain, dirty dust on carpet, glasses in the bathroom were dirty (!) and night by night no cleaning of the room. No air conditioning in the room. Small and poorly equipped gym. And no water is available, only towels. Excellent and plentiful breakfast: personnel very kind. 5 stars for the personnel. Quality/price just sufficient in relationship to my experience

Es fing damit an, dass meine Reservierung nicht gleich zu finden war - kann vorkommen. Das Hotel hat vier Sterne - von wem frage ich mich? Man siehr noch, dass es mal ein Ramada war, aber leider nur der erste Eindruck. Die Holztäfelung machte es unmöglich gemütlich im Bett etwas Fernzusehen, die Kissen waren matschig. Eine Kaffee/Tee Station im Zimmer fehlte genauso wie eine Minibar. Die Sauberkeit war leider auch nur äußerlich, in den Ecken und auf dem Fernseher war es leider nicht so schön, Stauballergiker hätten hier Probleme. Das Frühstück war vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis negativ, ich habe den Tag verärgert beginnen müssen, ein Foto von der Fischplatte lege ich bei. Die Brötchen einfallslos, die Würstchen viel zu lange gebraten und total vertrocknet, die Säfte nicht frisch und die Aufschnittauswahl mäßig. Der Preis war nicht gerechtfertigt. Der Schlauch der Dusche zu kurz und die Armaturen sind leider billige. Es fehlte ein Waschlappen und es gab auch keine Bodylotion. Das einzige was wirklich viel rausgeholt hat, war das Personal an der Bar. Dieses kämpfte gegen eine unzureichend ausgestattete Bar (Das Management ist das inkompetenteste, was mir seit langem untergekommen ist). Die Beiden gaben sich super viel Mühe, waren schnell und freundlich, auch in stark frequentierten Momenten. Man sollte beide befördern, denn deren Vorgestzte, sollten vielleicht einmal mit denen tauschen. Fazit: Das Hotel spart an allen Ecken zu lasten von Qualität und Service. Man soll kommen, bezahlen und gehen, aber sich nicht wohlfühlen. Es sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten und ich wäre sehr zufrieden gewesen, aber bei dem Preis, oder besser Preisen - nein Danke. Auch die im Fahrstuhl propagierte ”Best Price” Werbung für die eigene Webseite, stellte sich zumindest für mich als falsch heraus - ich habe den günstigeren Kurs woanders gefunden. Von Gratis Extras steht auch etwas im Fahrstuhl - auch Fehlanzeige. Schade!

Positivo: - Gli impiegati sono sempre molto gentili - Disponibile soggiorno per la sera (se non si vuole giocare in camera) - Parcheggio per biciclette - Parcheggio sufficientemente disponibile - Bevande anche la sera disponibile presso la reception Cosa purtroppo - Anche se WG Corona dovrebbe essere solo 10 ospiti in camera da colazione, siamo venuti e abbiamo subito 15 persone estremamente strette intorno a noi. Non si può fare - si indossa una maschera in casa, i dipendenti vengono a un senza incontrare - il lungo corridoio che porta alle camere puzza ...best ... Non sembra essere ventilato decente qui, oppure non esiste una funzionalità di ventilazione sufficiente. Ma con la spazzatura andare in camera non è piacevole

Grande hotel con pochi ospiti quando eravamo. Camere ok, personale amichevole. Purtroppo ci era poca esperienza per il resto. Bar/Ristorante aperto solo 3 ore e anche chiuso il fine settimana. Inconfortabile e buio nel bar. Il barista aveva paura che ci fossero troppe persone, e la sauna non funzionava neanche. 5 € per un parcheggio dove si deve prima di 50 metri di saldatura per accedere e per lasciare un sacco di auto in avanti doveva andare avanti non avrei mai visto. Tutti dovrebbero essere meglio menzionati sul sito web.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel am Rande von Magdeburg. Ruhig gelegen- Ideal für unsere Tagung. Noch einmal herzlichen Dank an Sie und das Team. Wir waren eine Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen, einem 10jährigen Kind und einem kleinen Hund, hatten für 2 Nächte drei Zimmer gebucht und dazu noch 2 Tiefgaragenstellplätze und das Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig an der Magistrale in Halle Neustadt. Die S-Bahn in die Altstadt liegt gleich nebenan. Unsere Autos waren in der Tiefgarage die extra abgerechnet wurde save und wurden in der Zeit dort auch nicht gebraucht. Die Begrüßung und Formalitäten beim ein- und auschecken erfolgten trotz Andrang freundlich und geduldig durch die Mitarbeiter*innen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Bett war super bequem, selbst nach anstrengender Fahrt und Rückenproblemen so gut, das selbst den hochbetagten Senioren nix zwackte. Zudem waren es trotz der Nähe zur Magistrale ruhige und erholsame Nächte. Die Dusche lief trotz vollem Haus und im oberen Stockwerk auch zu Andrangzeiten mit wohltuendem Druck und Temperatur. Unsere Familie hatte alle drei Zimmer nebeneinander, was kurze Wege für spontane Absprachen bedeutete und mehr Freude machte, als im Haus wild verteilt zu sein. Entsprechend der individuellen Wünsche wurde täglich gereinigt - oder Rücksicht auf das Türschild dies wegen dem Hund nicht zu wollen genommen. Besonders schön für die Frühaufsteher unter uns war die Möglichkeit noch vor dem Frühstück heißen Kaffee oder Tee im Rezeptionsbereich zu bekommen und auf dem ruhigen Hof zu genießen. Apropos Genuss: Es lohnt sich das Frühstück im Hotel zu sich zu nehmen!!! Auf jeden Fall mit dazu buchen! Es wird in Buffetform angeboten und deckt wirklich jeden Geschmack und Hunger reichhaltig ab. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, freundlich und hilfreich um seine Gäste und ihre Bedürfnisse bemüht und hat alles im Blick um schnell nachzufüllen! Gerne hätten wir nach dieser Erfahrung auch im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen. Wegen Großveranstaltungen und großen Reisegruppen an diesem Wochenende ging dies für andere Gäste als die der Reisegruppen leider nicht, sah aber dort auch sehr gut aus. Woher die eigentlich niedrige Bewertung des Tryp by Windham Halle kommt, erklärt sich uns keinesfalls. Wir werden alle gerne wiederkommen und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit.

I really like 'classic' hotels: sweeping staircases, uniquely shaped rooms, vintage furniture, slightly creaky hallways etc. Dormero fits the bill. but.... Hospitality is key. I arrived at the hotel at 23:06. I was told I had no reservation. After insisting, I was told that my reservation was cancelled because I was too late, the desk closes at 23.00, and why did I not know that. I tried digging into my high school German to apologise, but was then confronted with the fact that I may not refer to the desk clerk as 'Du', but should use 'Sie' (I remember this, I should have used 'you' (Sie)) instead of 'you' (Du) as a matter of politeness). Then she complained I had a 'foreign' phone number so she couldn't contact me to check if I was coming (I am a global traveller, but have a phone from a neighbouring EU country. SMS/whatsapp/phone calls all work.) Anyway, it took at least 15 minutes for the clerk to 'retrieve' my reservation and get me the key. some background about my role in this. I looked up the hotel on the largest hotel website, but booked on the hotel's own site. Why give more money to the platform. So, you think the hotel would value my consideration. I received the email confirmation and just checked quickly that the date was correct. I was planning to check in to the hotel before my business dinner at 19.00, but my train arrived an hour late, so I had to run to dinner. This stuff happens, and you hope that accommodations can accommodate this. I have come across hotels with early desk closing. They always mail or text separately that this is the case, and then describe how to enter hotel of pick up key after hours (ever heard of a key-code entry system?). Anyway, next trip I may book the corporate box hotel and skip the quaint. A pity.

Wir wurden im Atlas Hotel sehr freundlich empfangen und gut untergebracht. Was uns aufgefallen ist: + angemessener Preis + gut erreichbar + guter Zustand, sehr sauber + später Check In unproblematisch + große (Komfort-)Zimmer + freundlicher Service - Braunes Interieur wirkt ziemlich altbacken - Die Räumlichkeiten wirken sehr nüchtern und haben wenig Flair - Lage an einer großen Kreuzung abseits des Zentrums ist nicht sehr attraktiv - lautstarke Gäste auf gegenüberliegender Seite des Flurs waren auch nach Mitternacht noch laut zu hören

Abbiamo trovato noi stessi bloccati a Halle a causa di un malfunzionamento del treno e abbiamo preso rapidamente l'ibis, mentre avevamo due bambini in trappola. Il personale frontale ci ha controllati rapidamente e ha anche dato ai bambini una crema di ghiaccio gratuita che li ha messi in un modo molto migliore (grazie sincere per questo piccolo atto di gentilezza a nome di due genitori molto stanchi). La stanza era grande, che ha consentito un sacco di spazio per riposare e rilassarsi. Non c'era molto da fare vicino all'hotel, ma abbiamo ordinato un delizioso pasto greco e siamo stati grati per il confortevole soggiorno fino a proseguire il giorno dopo. Grazie per essere stato un po' di tempo per i viaggiatori stanchi!

Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Die Innenstadt ist prima zu erreichen und mit der Straßenbahn, die auch in der Nähe fährt, kann man sehr gut die Stadt erkunden. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal, egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder im Housekeeping waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig und auch das Abendessen im Restaurant hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.

I first visited Wernigerode not long after the East German border opened up in the 90s, and promised myself a stay at the Weisse Hirsch when I came back as it had such a good rating and looked beautiful. I walked here from the train station and entered the front door from the market square (like the featured photo), expecting to see the reception desk. It's gone. There is a storage space there for the outdoor seating instead. I found that the reception desk is now at the back of the hotel off a small side street, which is strange. The reception staff were friendly at first but when they realized I was not German, their attitude changed completely. I speak pretty good German and have stayed all over the country many times, but they pretended to struggle to understand me. They bought out a girl who said she spoke English but she was only at Kindergarten level. It was hot weather and I asked if they had a cooling fan I could use in my room, and she thought I wanted to put football fans in my room......oh dear. I had to draw a picture to make her understand. And they didn't have any fans. Good old German small town discrimination is alive and well here. They gave me a visitors book of discount coupons to use, which the tourist office in the Rathaus confirmed later should be free. The front desk staff charged me 4 Euros for them, even when I said I was there to see friends, not be a tourist. I reported this to the tourist office. The room I booked was clean, nice and large. It had weird features - the first switch by the door is usually for the lights but here it was a master power switch that shut everything off. The lights were elsewhere. There was a speaker in the ceiling of the bathroom that made a loud buzzing sound every 180 seconds at night that nobody could fix. The built in closets had very bright automatic lights on the outside which serve no purpose, and they would come on at random which made it feel like I was sleeping in a disco. Out in the corridors with no external windows they have motion detected lights to save energy, but they only work some of the time so the corridors were a bit of a challenge if the lights weren't working. They also smelled bad. Breakfast the next day was very good and the serving staff were very friendly and helpful. At least they still have a first class restaurant here. Back at the front desk I asked them for help making a telephone call from my room - was there a prefix to dial first? - to my friends in the town to let them know I had arrived. ”We can't help with that. You must do it yourself” they said. Oh well, at least the location is terrific and I was able to get around to see the lovely old town and find good places to eat in the same street. When I checked out, the front desk staff remained stiff and unhelpful. They checked out a German couple at the same time, and were asking them if they needed onward directions and other things, then a warm goodbye. They didn't even say goodbye to me. Ausl

Very nice service very nice location in the middle of old town But the room I’m having a very hard time figuring out why it’s a 4 star . there was no air condition , there was no refrigerator & the daily cleaning was only just done. We did get ventilator from the reception which was very good service But with no spa or swimming facilities also the two cocktails we ordered from the bar was very warm and tasted a lot like premix .

Das Team ist sehr freundlich, umsichtig und an einem angenehmen Aufenthalt seiner Gäste interessiert. Empfehlungen zur Gastronomie bereits vor der Anreise zeugen ebenfalls von Gastfreundlichkeit. Frühstück war super!
