Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use. Overall a great stay and we will be back.

Amo il lago e i resort di Westgate. Questo è il nostro terzo anno. Le camere sono pulite, il personale è amichevole e i resort sono bellissimi. Se c'è solo una cosa minore che possiamo rilevare, è che le camere non hanno vere tende. Sono dotate di ombre finestre che si possono aprire e chiudere, ma non sono neri. Ciò significa che siete svegli presto dal sole che viene nelle vostre camere.

La spiaggia è OK, non è consentito l'ingresso a estranei! I servizi complessivi delle camere sono nella media, quasi tutti sono fabbricati in Cina! Articoli da toeletta inclusi! È meglio usare i tuoi articoli da toeletta! Bella vista! Non vale la pena restare due giorni! Il cibo giapponese nella hall è ridicolosamente costoso perché la qualità del cibo è nella media! Un pasto per due persone costa 126 dollari USA, e il costo di questo e quello alla fine è stato di 210,58 dollari USA. Le spese aggiuntive sono davvero alte! Non è affatto nei gusti di Trump!

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel. Le strutture di lavanderia degli ospiti sono molto convenienti sono situati sul quarto e 7o piano delle Torres 1 e 2, che rendeno facile lavare durante il nostro soggiorno. Un altro grande punto è stato che potevamo immagazzinare il nostro bagaglio anche dopo l'uscita, così potevamo andare nei parchi e goderci il giorno senza preoccuparci dei bagagli. La maggior parte dei suoi dipendenti erano fantastici, tutti amichevoli, professionali e molto utili, che rendevano il nostro soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Rimaneremo qui e consigliamo molto questo hotel.

L'hotel è molto buono, la posizione geografica è buona. Posso andare a un grande centro commerciale per cinque minuti a piedi. Ci sono molte scelte per il ristorante!C'è un ristorante di biff speciale all'hotel, e c'è un buon sapore!

We spent 2 nights there. The location is great, just 15 minutes drive to the Parks. The territory is big, beautiful. there are many facilities (like BBQ zones, pools, hot tub). the apartment is furnished with everything you need (washing and drying machines, kitchen, bath etc.). The apartment needs some renovation - the furniture is a bit worn-out. Our stay there could have been pleasant unless the service: at the check-in we were offered 150$ as a gift for new customers if we attend a tour around the hotel. we agreed. The following day we arrived at the meeting point, filled some papers, they took 1$ from our bank card (to check if it works) and then we were given another bank card with 150$ deposit. Then a manager came and told us that as not all of us speaks english fluently, they refuse giving the tour, and charge 150$ from our card. We asked to call the head manager, she arrived only 30 minutes later, took the gift card and gave us the receipt only when we said we were going to call the police. To conclude, we wasted more than an hour, didn't get any apologies for such unprofessional behaviour. although the hotel itself is good, the behaviour of the staff is far below the level of Sheraton. not recommended

The trip was excellent, spacious room & hall. Clean and tidy. We enjoyed the stay even though it was only 1 night.
