Hotel ist jeden Tag mit Tages Reisende überfüllt,jeden Abend sehr laut in flüren, morgens geht’s schon kurz nach 6 mit denen zum abreisen , laut mit Bussen Menschen die Tages Ausflüge machen , die machen sich auf weg , sich zu ausruhen und paar Tagen Urlaub zu genießen ist unmöglich, Zimmern sind alt und rufen schon länger auf Erneuerung, wir sind sogar ein Tag früher abgereist, weil einfach keine heiße Wasser gabst

All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! Mi sono divertito a rimanere lì tutto il tempo, Durante un viaggio di una settimana in Turchia, questo è stato il miglior hotel mai.

Questo hotel, non lontano da Pamukkale, ricorda un tipico agriturismo cinese, ma nonostante le sue piccole dimensioni, offre tutto, inclusa la colazione, una piscina e una vasca termale. La camera era pulita e igienica, e il bagno aveva persino una vasca termale privata, anche se non abbiamo avuto il tempo di immergerci. Anche la colazione era molto abbondante. Il proprietario, un giovane dall'aspetto distaccato ma in realtà dotato di un grande senso dell'umorismo, ci ha mostrato le attrazioni turistiche e ci ha fatto un piccolo regalo prima di partire. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Altamente raccomandato!

Personelin ilgisine teşekkür ederiz. Tesiste revizyon yapılmış özellikle havuzlar temiz ve termal olanakları oldukça güzel... Odalar da temiz ve kullanışlı... Yemekler çeşitli ve seçenekler fazla...Yarım pansiyon + çay saati de iyiydi... Bir eleştirim içme suyu, diğer saatlerde de ücretsiz olarak verilse iyi olurdu..Mini barda kişi başına 500 cc su yetersiz...Genel olarak aile ile kalınabilecek güzel bir 5* otel...

Het was een prima hotel, zeker in vergelijking met de omliggende accommodaties. De hulp, service, het eten en de hygiëne waren uitstekend. Helaas liet de spa-afdeling te wensen over, waarschijnlijk omdat deze werd gerund door een externe partij. Voor de massage was het personeel vriendelijk en beloofden ze veel goeds, maar na afloop bleek het afgesproken bedrag ineens hoger. Bovendien moest ik per se contant betalen omdat de eigenaar zei dat hij zijn personeel direct moest betalen. Dit vond ik erg onprettig. De houding van de eigenaar na de massage was onprofessioneel en irritant, wat mijn ervaring behoorlijk heeft verpest. Jammer, want verder was het hotel goed.

Positive points: - The room is modern and comfortable. - A lot of pools and relaxation facilties. - Not far from Pammukale and Hieropolis. Negative points: - No real restaurant or bar. It is mostly for all inclusive buffet style. - Check-in and checkout. The lady at the front was pretty rude. Tried to charge for extras we have never consumed (without insisting as she knew she was wrong). No goodbye. The manager was nice. - Pool service non-existent. You need to go to the bar to order as the waitresses were busy playing with the music.

didn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

Odalar temiz duş tuvalet temiz, yataklar konforlu, klima harika. Personel muhteşem, her konuda yardımcılar. 3* dan fazlasını hakeden harika bir işletme. Annem babam karım ve kızım ile birlikte iki odada 3 gece kaldık. Gerek termal havuzları gerek yüzme havuzları 24 saat kullanıma açık olması çok iyi. Ve hayvan dostu personelini de tekrar selamlamak istiyorum. Gözünüz arkada kalmadan rezervasyon yaptırmanızı tavsiye ediyorum.
