인생 온천 이었습니다. 야외에 있는 풀중에 물 나오는곳 젤위에가 한국인에게 딱 적합한 따근한 온천입니다. 식사는 평범한 편이지만 가격대비 만족했습니다. 온천 너무 즐거워서 파묵칼레까지 가기가 너무 귀찮았어요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 정말 다시 또 갈 수 있는날이 꼭 왔으면 좋겠어요. 유황온천 할 수 있게 해주셔서 감사합니다.

My stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Pamukkale.

Mi sono divertito a rimanere lì tutto il tempo, Durante un viaggio di una settimana in Turchia, questo è stato il miglior hotel mai.

Situato vicino all'ingresso nord di Pamukkale, è raggiungibile in 8 minuti di auto. Il proprietario ci ha dato una camera standard con balcone. La camera era di medie dimensioni e il balcone si affacciava sulla piscina e sulle sorgenti termali nel cortile. Anche il bagno aveva una vasca termale. Ci sono due bagni turchi nel seminterrato. Questo hotel a conduzione familiare è pulito e igienico, ma i servizi sono nella media. La famiglia del proprietario, composta da tre persone, gestisce l'hotel e il figlio, Osman, si occupa principalmente della reception. All'arrivo, ci ha illustrato le attrazioni vicine e come muoversi a Pamukkale. La colazione era abbondante e varia. Anche la cena è disponibile in hotel, con cinque o sei menù fissi preparati dalla madre stessa. Abbiamo ordinato un menù fisso a base di agnello per due con insalata, che era piuttosto buono.

Personelin ilgisine teşekkür ederiz. Tesiste revizyon yapılmış özellikle havuzlar temiz ve termal olanakları oldukça güzel... Odalar da temiz ve kullanışlı... Yemekler çeşitli ve seçenekler fazla...Yarım pansiyon + çay saati de iyiydi... Bir eleştirim içme suyu, diğer saatlerde de ücretsiz olarak verilse iyi olurdu..Mini barda kişi başına 500 cc su yetersiz...Genel olarak aile ile kalınabilecek güzel bir 5* otel...

Het was een prima hotel, zeker in vergelijking met de omliggende accommodaties. De hulp, service, het eten en de hygiëne waren uitstekend. Helaas liet de spa-afdeling te wensen over, waarschijnlijk omdat deze werd gerund door een externe partij. Voor de massage was het personeel vriendelijk en beloofden ze veel goeds, maar na afloop bleek het afgesproken bedrag ineens hoger. Bovendien moest ik per se contant betalen omdat de eigenaar zei dat hij zijn personeel direct moest betalen. Dit vond ik erg onprettig. De houding van de eigenaar na de massage was onprofessioneel en irritant, wat mijn ervaring behoorlijk heeft verpest. Jammer, want verder was het hotel goed.

Not particular clean, bedding is not nice fabric, bathroom is not clean, can see stain on the door, very basic amenity. The good thing is it has big buffet half board, thermal pool and Turkish bath. The hotel smells dampness. but it is the only big international hotel chain in Pamukkale, and we only stay for 1 night, so it is acceptable for the price.

didn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.

Odalar temiz duş tuvalet temiz, yataklar konforlu, klima harika. Personel muhteşem, her konuda yardımcılar. 3* dan fazlasını hakeden harika bir işletme. Annem babam karım ve kızım ile birlikte iki odada 3 gece kaldık. Gerek termal havuzları gerek yüzme havuzları 24 saat kullanıma açık olması çok iyi. Ve hayvan dostu personelini de tekrar selamlamak istiyorum. Gözünüz arkada kalmadan rezervasyon yaptırmanızı tavsiye ediyorum.
