Governatorato di Susa, Tunisia: hotel con terme

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

Rien à redire, magnifique

Poiché sono stato truffato quando ho prenotato un hotel per famiglie sulla spiaggia, ho prenotato questo per puro capriccio. Si trova proprio sulla spiaggia e in centro città, a 100 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria. La camera è pulita e ordinata, e il servizio è abbastanza buono, anche se non molto entusiasta, ma accettabile. Ha una spiaggia privata e ci sono persone che se ne prendono cura appositamente per aiutare gli ospiti a sistemare le panchine. Anche la piscina è bella, anche se non sono andato in mare ed era un po' freddo. È un resort di lusso sulla spiaggia, ma è un peccato che ci sia rimasto solo una notte. C'è anche un piccolo balcone ed è possibile farsi fare un massaggio (anche se non ho avuto il tempo di provarlo), quindi si può andare di corsa senza pensarci. A proposito, anche la colazione è buona.
