Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands. Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me! ( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

My 2nd time back here in the past year due to different seasons. Their onsen never ever disappoints. Just hope they make the onsen cleaner, though I do understand it's tough handling too many customers. Other wise, everything is perfect seriously 😍 Was also pretty lucky that a pair of raicho ended up playing right infront of the inn on the day I am leaving.

Bella stazione con parcheggio gratuito. Molto bello e utile personale. Dinner e colazione sono buone con piena cultura giapponese. Molto comodo primavera calda. Francamente, è un po' vecchio, ma lo tengono molto pulito e bello. Veramente felice di essere qui.

Came here to relax with the natural hot spring that Toyama is famous for. The waters here are dark brown like soya sauce. The public bath has several baths including one that is outdoor. There are ample lockers, dressing tables and shower berths. The laundry room is inside the public bath area. They are separate machines from the dryer. While the washing machines are free, it costs money to use the dryer. The shower cubicle in the hotel room has no shower rail to hang laundry to dry. The double bed room has a private cypress wood bath tub. It felt good to soak in onsen water in the morning before breakfast. It’s deep enough for someone tall to sit in. A short walk away is the tram stop. A free tram ride coupon can be obtained from the front desk for international tourists.

部屋に入るとカメムシ臭く、窓と障子の間に大量にカメムシが死んでいた。よくあることです、と死骸は淡々と掃除してもらったが、部屋の掃除を事前にしていなかったのかなと疑問だった。 一言謝ってくれたり、チェックインの際にカメムシがいることを伝えてくれればよかったのにと思った。 それ以外はお風呂、食事など含めとても良かった。 ごはんは品数が豊富で地のものが多く、サービスも感じが良かった。どれもおいしかった。 お風呂は人生で一番良かった。お風呂上がりのベタつき感が一切なく、寝るとき暑くて汗が止まらないほど温まった。 虫が湧かない時期に訪れるのがおすすめです。

スタッフの方々も丁寧で親切、とても感じが良かったです。 アメニティも充実していて部屋も綺麗。 温泉も気持ちよかったです。 強いて言えば、温泉の脱衣所洗面台、椅子があり座って髪を乾かしていると、洗面台と下の台の境目に目線が行き、埃がたまっていたのが気になりました。 壁の隅にも… 他が綺麗だったので、少し残念でした。 また利用したいです。

L'hotel si trova nella più bella zona di Unazuki Onsen, soprattutto le camere di vista sul fiume, dove si può vedere il ponte rosso dalla finestra. Il personale parla bene l'inglese. Il pranzo è buono ma non molto vario, poiché la maggior parte del menu consiste di sushi. La colazione è troppo lunga, ma la selezione è buona, con una varietà di sashimi. Il Wi-Fi è povero. Non potevo usarlo durante il mio soggiorno all'hotel.

A new hotel and the facility is very good. Just that it is around 1km away from JR station and it makes you feel longer with the traffic night. The castle museum is opposite but there isn't too much to see. The hotel provides welcome drinks and you can drink sake and eat there, somehow it turns into a social area which is fun. Breakfast is simple but very good as it is free. Laundry only cost 200 yen and drying is free.

Nice Japanese breakfast. Strategic location to get around Gokayama and Shirakawa. In front of the hotel is the biggest Gassho style house in Japan that has a long history of being owned by samurais and where the emporia family had visited many times and is considered a cultural heritage of Japan.. I would go back to this hotel because of its location.

L'hotel ha detto che c'era un'auto che accoglieva l'hotel.Ma il telefono era l'unica carenza.Quasi andare dall'autobus Lishan all'hotel con i piedi doppii. E'bello arrivare un'auto di trasporto dell'hotel.Altrimenti, camminare sulla montagna all'hotel sarà stanco.Si consiglia che l'hotel metta le informazioni sull'ora del servizio di trasporto online per rendere facile per gli ospiti capire. Il soggiorno all'hotel è buono. Ci sono un personale di servizio domestico che spiega in cinese tutto il viaggio.
