The hotel boasts an excellent location and generously sized rooms. · We particularly enjoyed the great onsen located on the top floor. · The service from the front desk staff was exceptional.

Cosy Ryokan walkable to Iya Valley Vine bridge although it may be steep at the entry/exit slope for elderly n those with mobility issues. The stay was comfortable and relaxing. Public bath was a little small but nonetheless enjoyable. Food wasn't luxurious but showcased their local seasonal eats. If you are driving and only staying overnight , I would suggest packing an overnighter and leaving the big suitcase in the boot as the poor staff will have to lug them up steep staircases to bring to your room. There is free coffee and also a vending machine next to lobby area. There is a small courtyard to chill after dinner and look at the stars after dark. The Futon can be a little thicker as those not used to sleeping on tatami may wake with a stiffer back. It's not a deal breaker though, will still recc the Ryokan if you are planning on staying in the area and enjoying the famous Japanese hospitality.

The hotel definitely looks better than it is in the photos. Nice location and food, great open air onsen, helpful staff and good value for money. Hope i can revisit it some day.

My husband and I are both 70yo from Australia. We had a wonderful experience. Our room was traditional, large and comfortable. Having use of a Onsen on-site was a bonus, robes provided aswell. Our Japanese breakfast, our first was delicious. The lady owner was very kind and helpful. No Japanese for us and no English for her, google translate got us both through. Highly recommended.

Great food, great onsen We stayed in a two-storey cottage, great for having a group of friends staying! The staff even gifted me an indigo bag and a greetings in English at the end of our stay Feel so warm and being cared in this hotel Hope more people can see the warmth in Shikoku’s people ☺️🤍

L'hotel è situato in un hotel costerino sulla 55 Road, un ambiente bello, le strutture dell'hotel sono molto buone, la cena e la colazione del ristorante sono molto bellissimi, la stanza è giapponese, il luogo confortevole, il cameriere amichevole, e il grande casinò, può essere sfruttato e eliminare la fatica di un giorno. Grande parcheggio fuori hotel, eccellente personale e sono molto disposti ad aiutarti. Buon colazione, molto pulita. Un grande supermercato vicino all'hotel.

Vivo a Dexter ogni anno, ma non ho scelta, posso andare in questo hotel, perché il solito hotel è pieno. Vivo lì e ho deciso di cambiare l'hotel dall'anno prossimo!Servizio clienti, cibo e stanza sono buone, penso ☺️ Il servizio di bevande gratis è buono ⭐︎ In generale, questo è un hotel, si può sentire un po'di attenzione!
