我們在伊豆的花水木温泉旅館衹住了一晚，但這次的體驗讓我印象非常深刻，值得推薦給大家 這家旅館是由一對中國老闆和老闆娘經營的 整體感覺更像是一家温馨的民宿 非常有人情味 到店的時候老闆和老闆娘非常熱情友好 讓人感覺像回到家一樣. 房間乾淨整潔 佈置得很温馨 雖然不算豪華 但非常舒適 住起來很放鬆。這裏的温泉也很棒，安靜又乾淨 非常適合在旅途一天的疲憊之後泡一泡，整個人都輕鬆了下來. 讓我特別感動的一點是，我當時不小心把東西落在了旅館。聯繫老闆後，他們非常細心，幫我把東西寄到了我下一站在大阪的酒店。這種貼心的服務真的非常難得，也讓我對這家旅館印象更加深刻.

I stayed at Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace for 5 nights booking though Trip.com. Be warned that problems may occur when booking through travel websites such as this one. I booked a standard room with no meals. What I did not know however, was that this reservation did not include any room cleaning services for the entire stay, no taking of garbage or towel replacement, no bed making, nothing at all. When I contacted the travel website to show my disappointment, they immediately contacted the hotel requesting a full refund. I did not expect a full refund for my entire stay. What I did expect, was for someone to acknowledge the fact that this important piece of information should have been indicated someone on the online reservation confirmation. Neither the travel site nor the hotel would acknowledge this. The travel site replied with a response from the hotel, saying that I was a regular guest and knew about this “regulation”. It’s true, I have visited Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace on several occasions when housekeeping services were not included. However, this was clearly indicated on the reservation, and I stayed during the COVID STATE OF EMERGENCY, when it was standard practice for many hotels to exclude cleaning services. My recent stay was at the beginning of August, WHEN THE STATE OF EMERGENCY AND COVID RESTRICTIONS HAD BEEN LIFTED. It is no longer standard practice to exclude cleaning services at hotels in Japan. The hotel stated that I visited the front desk every day to get towels and never mentioned the need to clean the room. This is untrue. I only came to the front dest 2 times during my stay, and this is because room cleaning staff entered my room on 2 occasions, so I was expecting them to clean or take out the trash, but they did nothing and left. I expected them to return, however, they never did. The bottom line is the hotel is responsible for communicating their services to customers, especially after covid restrictions have been lifted. Blaming guests for their lack of communication is completely unprofessional. Now in regards to the hotel itself, I have stayed here on several occasions, I find it to be perfect, mainly because of the location and modest room size. The hotel is conveniently located near Lake Ippeki (Ippekiko) and there is plenty of nature and a few trails in the area. You can step out the door and be on a simple hiking trail within minutes. It’s a very quiet area and very good for children and families. Though the hotel is dated, the rooms are all quite large and include a living room, kitchen with cooking supplies and dishes (but no forks or spoons), a large bath, and both Western and Japanese style bedrooms. Some may be discouraged by the age of the hotel (it’s quite old and could use some renovation), but if you don’t mind that, then I would highly recommend staying here. One point that I need to mention is in regards to the bedrooms. The hotel has replaced their blackout curtains with super thin curtains which allow sunlight to easily shine through. We were woken up at 5:00 am every morning because of the bright sunlight in our room. If you’re a light sleeper, please take note. I wish management would consider this. Also, it’s highly recommended that guests come by car, public transportation is very inconvenient in the area. Overall, Izu Ippeki Lake Lakeside Terrace is a very convenient place for a reasonable price. I will definitely be staying here again in the future, but hope that they act with a little more professionalism and consider the fact that the covid state of emergency ended long ago.

E 'stata una decisione fantastica di rimanere all'hotel Shimoda. La posizione è buona. Abbiamo arrivato facilmente. La stanza è spaziosa e i letti sono confortevoli anche! Non menzionare il pranzo che abbiamo prenotato è stato molto interessante e uno spettacolo! Siamo stati molto fortunati perché ci sono stati incendiari nella zona, così li abbiamo visti dal ristorante dell'hotel. Direi che il colazione è anche molto utile, perché ci sono una varietà di opzioni alimentari e alcune molto uniche per Shimoda.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso all'Ittouan. L'esperienza è stata eccezionale dall'inizio alla fine. Il personale è stato incredibilmente gentile e accogliente. Ci hanno notato da lontano e sono venuti subito ad aiutarci con i bagagli. Una delle dipendenti, una ragazza adorabile che parlava un inglese eccellente, è stata particolarmente disponibile e ha reso la comunicazione molto semplice. Purtroppo, ho dimenticato di chiederle il nome, ma vorrei ringraziarla ancora. Abbiamo prenotato sia la cena che la colazione, e i pasti erano fantastici. Gli ingredienti erano freschissimi e la varietà impressionante. Ogni piatto era diverso e preparato con cura. Tuttavia, per due donne come noi, le porzioni erano davvero abbondanti: anche un solo pasto da condividere in due sarebbe stato più che sufficiente! La posizione è eccellente. L'hotel offre un servizio navetta gratuito per la stazione di Kawazu, il che lo rende estremamente comodo per visitare la fioritura dei ciliegi di Kawazu. È anche molto vicino alla splendida costa, quindi i dintorni sono incantevoli. La nostra camera aveva una vasca onsen privata dove potevamo rilassarci ammirando la vista dei ciliegi in fiore, un'esperienza davvero speciale. È disponibile anche una vasca da bagno privata più grande, prenotabile gratuitamente. Abbiamo provato anche la spa con pietre calde, che si è rivelata incredibilmente efficace per alleviare la stanchezza dopo la mia maratona. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno fantastico. Mi piacerebbe tornarci in futuro, magari con la mia famiglia. 一灯庵で本当に素晴らしい滞在をさせていただきました。最初から最後までとても心温まる体験でした。 到着したとき、スタッフの皆さまは遠くから私たちに気づいてくださり、すぐに荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくださいました。その心遣いにとても感動しました。特に英語がとても上手な可愛らしい女性スタッフの方がいらっしゃって、丁寧に対応してくださり安心して滞在することができました。残念ながらお名前を伺うのを忘れてしまいましたが、この場を借りて改めて感謝をお伝えしたいです。 夕食と朝食の両方をお願いしましたが、お料理はどれも本当に素晴らしかったです。食材はとても新鮮で、品数も多く、一つ一つ丁寧に作られているのが伝わってきました.すべて違う料理で楽しませていただきました。ただ、私たち二人（女性）には少し量が多く、とても贅沢なボリュームでした。 立地もとても良く、河津駅まで無料の送迎があるので河津桜を見に行くのにもとても便利でした。また、美しい海岸も近く、散歩するだけでもとても気持ちの良い場所でした。 お部屋の温泉では桜を眺めながらゆっくり入ることができ、とても特別な時間を過ごすことができました。また、無料で予約できる貸切風呂もあり、温泉を存分に楽しめました。さらにホットストーンスパも利用しましたが、マラソンを走った後の疲れが本当に和らぎ、とてもリラックスできました. スタッフの皆さまの温かいおもてなしのおかげで、忘れられない滞在になりました。ぜひまた家族と一緒に訪れたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。

Hotel fantastico con strutture adesive. Il servizio è stato impeccabile e perfetto per un soggiorno ibrido di onsen. Il tempo non era buono quando eravamo li', purtroppo non vedevamo il MT Fuji ma godeva la vicinanza ai punti di vendita premium gotemba, come il nostro obiettivo principale era quello di fare shopping. Viene anche con l'autobus gratuito dalla stazione di gotemba che funziona ogni 15 minuti.

Hotel New Akao is a huge hotel. It was built quite many many years ago, we stayed at the older wing, so the room tends to be oldish, but well maintained and super clean. For the price we paid, one would expect 5 star facilities, at least a gym for morning workouts, but they did not have that. However, the meals (Dinner & breakfast) provided with the price is fantastic and wide spread. I guess its a onsen hotel so people tend to go there just for the hotel onsen which is great and nice. We do love the big buffet spread of meals. The room is old, if you prefer the rustic feel. There are no convenient store nearby so when it comes to hunger, you only have vending machine beer. We actually expected to have free flow of snacks and beer but it is only limited to very off peak timing when most people are out for their day trips. Again, we feel that the hefty price tag should at least provide that free beer, drinks and snacks all day and all night. Overall, we still love the experience staying in the hotel. A word of advice - avoid peak seasons like New Year, you will expect to queue up for meals :)

設施：房間裏沒wifi。。。進房間要下一個很大的台階 衞生：衞生做的不錯，吸煙房也沒有煙味 環境：山裡麪環境很好，就是有很多蟲子 服務：服務非常好

Non sono rimasto in quei hotel. Ho avuto delle cose urgenti. Ma la mia famiglia l'ha goduto, grande stanza per una famiglia di quattro giochi e sala da giochi. Alla zoo. Non molto lontano dalla stazione, ma al monte, quindi per le famiglie con bambini e nessuna macchina può essere un po' difficile da raggiungere. Onsen non è grande, nessun bagno all'aperto. Ma ancora molto buon posto per rimanere

Booked room with the onsen and it was a nice touch but it might cost a bit... nevertheless the service was good and they do have free shuttle. Just take note its just to the station. If you would like to visit Shuzenji temple, you gotta get down and walk the other direction. Breakfast has a wide variety. 👍🏻 P.s. try checking in earlier, cause when it gets dark, its might be difficult to find your way up the mountain as road is winding.

Il bagno pubblico al 14/F è molto bello con vista monta Fuji se siete fortunati. La camera dell'hotel è pulita e temperata, ma non una grande, anche se abbiamo prenotato una camera con un letto grande, ma sa che è il Giappone. La cosa migliore è che l'hotel è vicino alla stazione.
