The onsen is amazing. Extremely convenient location which just 30 second away from railway station. There is bike free for use as well. Some of the staffs can speak English and they are all very helpful and nice. You can enjoy Japanese style breakfast as well. Highly recommended !!!

My stay at Ureshino Onsen Yoshidaya Uchiroji Hondori (also known as Yadoya Uchiroji Hondori) was a tale of two extremes in the charming hot spring town of Ureshino, Saga Prefecture. The hotel was modern Japanese-style with smart check-in system. The twin room was spacious, impeccably clean, and exude serene comfort, making it a perfect retreat. The private onsen facilities truly shine— It was a free slot with 40 mins, which could be booked once via QR Code at the room. Ureshino's famous sodium-rich hot springs, renowned as one of Japan's top three for beautifying the skin, deliver silky-smooth water that leaves you feeling rejuvenated. However, the meal plan was a major letdown. I sent an email to the hotel to confirm my booking and stated I did not eat beef before. The customer service replied I had to pay extra per person in order to change the meat option. For over JPY 38,000 per night including breakfast and dinner, we anticipated premium kaiseki cuisine or traditional served Japanese dinner set. Instead, only a bento box with cold salad and an underwhelming beef and egg pie that felt mismatched for the price. Tragically, my husband experienced vomiting shortly after, likely food-related, which overshadowed our trip. And the breakfast was also disappointing, which was only cold sandwiches with a cup of tea or milk. Thus, I strongly recommend the hotel clearly states the exact contents of dinner and breakfast plans on booking sites—including detailed menus or photos—and offers flexible options, such as plan changes or alternatives, if guests fall ill from the food. This transparency and adaptability would greatly enhance the experience and prevent frustration.

Il senso storico lungo, situato sulla strada Wuxiang Teeyang Teeyang Street, lasciando la stazione di circa 800 metri, non può andare lontano. È un hotel caldo e ad alto rapporto costo-beneficiario, la zuppa di zuppa è molto comoda, la stanza è molto grande, con una semplice colazione e la cena è risolta da sola, molto più pratica di quelle pietre lussuose e infelice!

設施陳舊，就是一個老牌的温泉酒店，而且交通不便，對於一個不懂日元不太懂英語的人來説怎麼去約免費接送，1600元包早餐和晚餐真的不怎麼划算，晚餐就是個日餐，東西還可以，但看見鄰桌的韓國人是牛肉烤肉，重點要説一下：服務員問要飲料嗎，我問是否包含在套餐裏，她説：是，還給我推薦了啤酒，就要了一杯，結果第二天退房時問我要了錢，當時非常生氣，跟他們理論就是笑嘻嘻的把賬單伸到我面前，沒法説…….在這提醒一下朋友們，日本其實很懶，當時我是拿着翻譯器在和她對話，其實她根本不在好好看翻譯器，也不知道是有意的，現在日本人也壞了，他們會推薦你一些貴的沒用的，記住推薦的都不要。這次的日本之行顛覆了以前對日本的好感。

Very helpful staff , helpful for booking a reservation at a restaurant and let us use the charger for iPhone. Was very pleased with the service, but was not very happy about the toilet as It did not have the normal Japanese toilet that wash your bottom. The room was a bit out of date!

We drove 1.5 hours from Hakata to this hotel, quick far away. The osen hotel is pretty large and have public and private osen bath to choose from. Originally we booked the room with hot spring both but have been checked into a different room with a separate bath tub only. The hotel insisted this is the same room type and need to charge additional charge to upgrade to the better room that can have a separate hot spring bath. I called Trip.com and they admitted that there is some confusion on the room type and has agreed to pay for the extra charge to upgrade to the better room. So finally we paid the upgrade charge and moved to the better room with the hot spring bath. So overall it was still a very good experience. Un ottimo hotel termale, con una combinazione di design tradizionale giapponese e moderno. Il ragazzo che ci ha servito parlava fluentemente cinese (a giudicare dall'accento, forse era di Hong Kong o Taiwan?) ed è stato molto cordiale ed entusiasta. Ci ha anche aiutato a risolvere il problema della spedizione dei bagagli a Nagasaki. La camera in stile giapponese è molto spaziosa, con un cortile interno profondo, e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto alto. La colazione è a buffet e il sapore è nella media rispetto ad altri hotel termali, ma nel complesso è un ottimo punteggio. A proposito, Ureshino Onsen è davvero fantastico. Mi sentivo scivoloso dopo aver fatto il bagno, quindi ho pensato di non averlo risciacquato bene.

Un hotel molto bello, apparentemente recentemente rinnovato.Grande camera e un'area molto bello lobby/resta con diversi te' complimentari (Ureshino è famoso per il tè).

Traffico: a circa cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione di autobus di Wuyang, ci sono negozi di comodità e cure di pannolini famosi vicino. 2.Ambiente e strutture: la camera è molto spaziosa, la testa morbida e dura e molto comoda.Il grande casinò è anche molto buono.Sono tutti per il buffet di prima notte, adatto per le vacanze qui. 3.Servizi: i servizi del personale sono molto entusiasti.
