I couldn't believe how nice this hotel is and how well designed the rooms are to provide so much in such a compact space. The renovations look great, and everything is very clean and smells pleasant everywhere. It was great to have a PIN to enter so I have no key to worry about losing/locking myself out and no check out needed; the private bathroom was wonderful (and a delightful surprise in a Japanese hotel given the limited space); the room has many outlets in excellent locations, the connection to the TV’s HDMI port is conveniently right on the wall with the outlets, the room includes a kettle, a fridge, a hair straightener, a hair dryer, cups, hangers, an aromatic spray, an air purifier/humidifier, air conditioning, big mirrors, a luggage rack, a flashlight, and a USB cable that has 3 different types of adaptors on the end; they make free soft drinks available to guests between 3 pm AND 9 pm DAILY (and some alcohol at a later time); they have an onsen with natural hot spring water, they have a sauna and as well as contrast (cold/natural temperature water) bath by the onsen, and they provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion; they allow guests to take as many extra pillows as they want or need, and the pillows have different heights and softness to choose from; they have many spaces to relax from an outdoor terrace to dimly lit relaxation room with hammocks and recliners to a bar set up with outlets and wireless charging; they have coin laundry and dryer available (but they provide detergent free), they have free pajamas available to borrow, they have razors and toothbrushes available, and they give you gifts if you don’t need cleaning on days of consecutive stay plus gifts if you don’t use up their toothbrush that they leave out for free in your room... it really did not feel like anything was lacking. And to top it off, all of the staff are very kind and friendly. I also am big about reducing waste, and I appreciate the initiatives they are taking at their hotel. The only thing I didn't try was their food, since it cost extra to have the breakfast. I did however discover my favourite Japanese drink from their free soft drinks (カルピスメロン) and since leaving the hotel, trying to find it in convenience stores and vending machines has proven difficult. Overall I had an amazing experience and would gladly stay here any time.

Cibo: il cibo complementare è fantastico e delizioso Come il ramen per cena e il budino di pere nel frigo della stanza. Bastoncini di gelato dopo la sauna. Bevande: il caffè nero complementare è fantastico al mattino. Deposito bagagli: molto soddisfatto del servizio e del personale della reception cordiale che ci ha aiutato e ha potuto tenere i bagagli fino al tardo pomeriggio. Posizione dell'hotel: circondato da cibo con valutazione a cinque stelle di Google, dal centro commerciale alla tecnologia di gioco IT. Facile accesso al treno ma con 2 bagagli grandi, 2 piccoli e borse si consiglia di prendere un taxi perché l'ascensore per la stazione non è molto accessibile.

Molti hotel in Giappone impongono requisiti sul numero di persone che soggiornano. Questo B&B risolve questo fastidioso problema. Ci vuole una breve passeggiata per raggiungere la stazione Nipponbashi sulla linea Sennicho della metropolitana. Non andare a Shinsaibashi, che è piuttosto lontana a pochi minuti dal mercato di Kuromon Non è lontano, quindi sono andato direttamente a fare colazione e pranzo la mattina. Il sashimi era particolarmente fresco.

Abbiamo scelto l'hotel perché era situato in posizione comoda vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, dato che volevamo andare alla fiera di Osaka. Le camere erano ok. Il servizio di pulizia era buono. La signora alla reception il giorno del nostro check-in (5/10) non è stata particolarmente gentile o disponibile, forse era impegnata. Al momento del check-out oggi (7/10), tuttavia, le due signore (una indonesiana) sono state molto disponibili e la receptionist giapponese ci ha aiutato a compilare il modulo per spedire i bagagli a Nagoya e ha chiamato l'hotel di destinazione a Nagoya per verificare che i nostri bagagli fossero stati ricevuti. Le siamo molto grati e mi dispiace di non aver ottenuto il suo nome, ma era di turno stamattina alle 10:45. Il nostro numero di camera era 3526. Abbiamo anche bevuto un drink al lounge bar al 20° piano la sera del 6/10 ed è stato molto piacevole. Nel complesso, è stata una bella esperienza in hotel, grazie alla receptionist che ci ha aiutato con i bagagli oggi (7/10) e alla receptionist (indonesiana) che ci ha consigliato posti dove fare colazione ed è stata molto gentile e amichevole. Grazie. Vista dal pianerottolo dell'ascensore al 35° piano.

I love the entire resort/hotel has to offer. It is very near Rinku Jr Station but in an isloated corner. The rooms have great ocean views. Breakfast was good quality but quite limited varieties. Free nice onsen but paid gym. Slightly later check out time compared to some other accommodations. If robotic dinosaurs at the reception could change to pokemon or something, would provide a better experience and attract more crowd.

The room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second, upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service.

I was skeptical before stepping in but it was a pleasant surprise. They have individual shoe cabinets for you to lock your shoes, they even provide socks to walk around the hotel. The room is very clean and smells good, bed so comfortable i slept so well. The shampoo and conditioner, face and hand wash were of great quality and necessary amenities were provided. Although its a public onsen, i love the thoughtful free ice cream after onsen which i went once throughout my 3 nights stay, the only bad memory was that at the shower area i could smell strong urine. Other than that everything was perfect. Train station very nearby, lots of food around and a Lawson just next door. I would like to book this hotel again when i return to Osaka.

First time in Osaka and Hotel Midosuji is conveniently located right next to Namba train stations for easy access to other locations. Strategically placed, step outside of property and you're already within minutes from Dotonbori shopping district. There's an in house onsen for both men and women on separate floors. The room is clean and simple with all the basic amenities. Will stay here for future visits.

That was my second stay at the Candeo chain but this one I loved more for location and better reception guys and girls who make you feel a special guest or even a friend, not just doing their job. I really appreciate that. Wanna say huge thanks to everyone who work there, I cannot skip to mention an English speaking guy (I don’t wanna post his name for his privacy), his friendliness, kindness and sense of humor made me smile every time. And for sure I’m gonna back to this hotel only, don’t even wanna look for another one for my next trip to Osaka. Thank you, guys, you’re the best! You all are sunshine! P.S. The hotel located literally in the middle of everything you need. Don’t even think, just book it and you’ll be satisfied at maximum, I swear.

A circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla trafficata via dello shopping. La camera è di dimensioni giapponesi ragionevoli, spostando il letto si possono aprire due valigie senza problemi. La parte migliore è la spa calda gratuita, aperta dalle 15:00 alle 9:00. Quando ci siamo andati (verso le 23:00) non c'era nessuno, quindi abbiamo avuto la spa tutta per noi 🫶🏻 Anche il drink di benvenuto è ottimo, si possono provare diversi whisky e vini/soda gratuitamente 😆
