The room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second, upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service.

I couldn't believe how nice this hotel is and how well designed the rooms are to provide so much in such a compact space. The renovations look great, and everything is very clean and smells pleasant everywhere. It was great to have a PIN to enter so I have no key to worry about losing/locking myself out and no check out needed; the private bathroom was wonderful (and a delightful surprise in a Japanese hotel given the limited space); the room has many outlets in excellent locations, the connection to the TV’s HDMI port is conveniently right on the wall with the outlets, the room includes a kettle, a fridge, a hair straightener, a hair dryer, cups, hangers, an aromatic spray, an air purifier/humidifier, air conditioning, big mirrors, a luggage rack, a flashlight, and a USB cable that has 3 different types of adaptors on the end; they make free soft drinks available to guests between 3 pm AND 9 pm DAILY (and some alcohol at a later time); they have an onsen with natural hot spring water, they have a sauna and as well as contrast (cold/natural temperature water) bath by the onsen, and they provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion; they allow guests to take as many extra pillows as they want or need, and the pillows have different heights and softness to choose from; they have many spaces to relax from an outdoor terrace to dimly lit relaxation room with hammocks and recliners to a bar set up with outlets and wireless charging; they have coin laundry and dryer available (but they provide detergent free), they have free pajamas available to borrow, they have razors and toothbrushes available, and they give you gifts if you don’t need cleaning on days of consecutive stay plus gifts if you don’t use up their toothbrush that they leave out for free in your room... it really did not feel like anything was lacking. And to top it off, all of the staff are very kind and friendly. I also am big about reducing waste, and I appreciate the initiatives they are taking at their hotel. The only thing I didn't try was their food, since it cost extra to have the breakfast. I did however discover my favourite Japanese drink from their free soft drinks (カルピスメロン) and since leaving the hotel, trying to find it in convenience stores and vending machines has proven difficult. Overall I had an amazing experience and would gladly stay here any time.

A lovely stay! Really great central location, the onsen/ sauna was also clean and very pleasant to use. The in room welcomejelly and complimentary popsicles and late night ramen was such a nice addition. I also appreciated the Japanese style of the rooms, the tunics they provide and the tatami floor throughout. Bed was super comfy- would recommend!

Idealmente situato vicino alla stazione, questo hotel offre un ottimo conforto. Il servizio è caldo e dedicato, con un pranzo eccezionale che piace. Le camere sono ricche e accoglienti, assicurando un soggiorno confortevole. Una fantastica opzione per i viaggiatori che cercano qualità e facilità.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo hotel. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. Le camere sono pulite e ben arredate. I servizi erano assolutamente fantastici. Nella hall sono disponibili bevande analcoliche e caffè 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7. In alcune ore, c'è un open bar con birre, alcolici, miscele di liquori, sakè e vino asiatico gratuiti. La sera, il ramen viene servito gratuitamente a tutti gli ospiti. Preparatevi a competere con i turisti cinesi e coreani: sono brutalmente veloci a spazzare via il ramen in un batter d'occhio. La sera organizzano anche giochi (con omaggi per i vincitori) ed eventi culturali giapponesi. Poi siamo andati alle terme e abbiamo usato le poltrone massaggianti per rilassarci dopo aver esplorato la città. Siamo stati coccolati fino all'orlo. Anche la posizione è fantastica, a 3 stazioni nelle vicinanze e a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalle torri Tsutenkaku. Abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno qui. È stato divertente! Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque vada a Osaka.

Questa è la nostra seconda permanenza all'Hotel Keihan Universal Tower ogni volta che visitamo Universal Studios Giappone, e si è rivelato una volta un'ottima scelta. Tutto sull'hotel è strategicamente conveniente, soprattutto la sua posizione, che lo rende perfetto per un portale Universal Studios. La stanza era confortevole e piacevole, offrendo un grande posto per il ricarrello dopo un giorno intero al parco. Uno dei punti di vista è stato certamente il colazione un delizioso buffet con una vasta e soddisfacente diffusione, offrendo molte opzioni per tutta la famiglia.

Had a fantastic stay at LIBER Hotel Osaka during our trip to Universal Studios Japan. The location couldn't have been more convenient—just a short walk from the station and very close to the park, which made it easy to get there early and return for a rest after a long day. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially compared to many city hotels in Japan. The bed was comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. After spending the whole day at USJ, it was great to come back to a relaxing and quiet room. One of the highlights of the hotel was the spa. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge after walking around the park all day. The hotel itself felt modern and upscale, and the common areas were beautiful and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes. There were also convenience stores nearby, which was very handy. Overall, LIBER Hotel Osaka was a great choice for our Osaka trip. The combination of comfort, location, and excellent facilities made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Universal Studios Japan in the future.

È stata la nostra prima volta in un classico Ryokan con una cena tradizionale kaiseki e è stato fantastico! Amami è un posto molto piccolo ma bello. Il personale era molto amichevole e spiegato tutto in dettaglio. Kaiseki cena era fantastica! Abbiamo visitato il mese di settembre e il pranzo includeva il persimmone stagionale. L'acqua calda di primavera è davvero calda per il mio corpo, ma nel tempo si abitua a esso e si sente grande. In generale il nostro gruppo ha goduto molto!

Un posto tranquillo. La mia camera si affaccia sul mare. Check-in automatico, facile. La macchina dei dinosauri alla cassa fa paura ai miei figli. C'è un supermercato aperto 24 ore su 24, ma bisogna camminare per circa 8 minuti. L'hotel ha lavatrici e asciugatrici, una macchina per il ghiaccio, noodles istantanei e snack e una macchina per il gelato. Mi piace ancora vedere personale di servizio umano piuttosto che robot. La camera è pulita. L'onsen è carino (completamente nudo), portatevi un asciugamano da camera, non perdetelo altrimenti dovrete risarcire con 2.000 yen. Lo consiglio comunque e tornerò in questo hotel quando tornerò a Osaka. Non c'è bisogno di camminare per andare dalla stazione ferroviaria all'hotel. Si prega di portare una carta fisica per pagare perché in Giappone non si usa spesso Apply Pay o Samsung Pay. Io uso la carta YouTrip, posso davvero cambiare in yen il giorno in cui è visualizzato il valore più alto. Bello, bello.

Molto buono, soprattutto le sorgenti termali, che sono molto rinfrescanti. La sorgente termale sul tetto è così rinfrescante e ci sono poltrone massaggianti all'esterno della sorgente termale, quindi la fatica della giornata scompare all'istante... La colazione è molto ricca Ho l'impressione che l'arredamento dell'intera camera d'albergo sia abbastanza cinese (?), e che la stanza sia relativamente grande, dando alle persone una sensazione davvero grandiosa (ma può darsi che vivo da solo) Darò la priorità alla prenotazione la prossima volta che andrò all'estero con mia madre, sento che le piacerà sicuramente.
