I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially because of the spa facilities. The spa includes a sauna, a pool, an onsen, a cold bath, showers, and everything is very clean and well-maintained. A special mention goes to the fact that the spa is tattoo-friendly for both men and women. I have three medium-sized tattoos on my arms and saw other women who were even more tattooed than me — it was never an issue. I double-checked at the front desk, and they confirmed that tattoos are accepted. I'm highlighting this because I saw some other reviews saying the spa wasn't tattoo-friendly, but that was not my experience at all. The only downside I found is that the rooms are a bit noisy — you can easily hear what's going on in the hallways throughout the day, which is unfortunate. Also, the hotel is not exactly close to the city center; it's about a 15–20 minute walk. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the spa! Oh, and the bathrooms are nice haha!

The good Excellent location, very clean rooms, fresh towels daily, excellent breakfast, Lawson's in house. Not so good Terrible pillows, zero room insulation so when aircon was off the room promptly heated up, aircon had a terrible smell, also worked intermittently, no furniture on the balcony, $400 per night not inclusive of breakfast OR pool use, add an extra $20 per day

L'hotel è un hotel a cinque stelle con due edifici. C'è un supermercato vicino all'hotel, la cosa più importante è per viaggiare senza guida. È molto comodo avere un parcheggio gratuito hotel, di cui gli ospiti possono usufruire la sera alle 23:00! C'è anche una ricca colazione a buffet, con tanta scelta di cibi e tante bevande!

The facility is quite old and not well maintained. My biggest concern was the visible mold on the ceiling and around the AC units in the room. Breathing in mold can be harmful, and it's concerning not knowing how serious it might be. While towels were replaced, there was no bed-making service during the stay, which was disappointing. One of the main reasons to stay in a hotel is to receive basic room service—at the very least, the bed should be made. That said, the location is excellent with a beautiful view of the ocean, and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Nel complesso, non credo che tornerei qui. Forse vale la pena passarci una o due notti. Dettagli di seguito: Durante il mio viaggio di 6 giorni e 5 notti, ho soggiornato in diversi hotel. Questo hotel aveva il parcheggio di gran lunga più costoso. Costava 2000 ¥ a notte. Inoltre, il parcheggio era un po' scomodo, dato che l'area di parcheggio è servita da un sistema di ascensori e bisognava avere un addetto che azionasse la macchinetta per ritirare l'auto ogni volta che si doveva usare l'auto. Durante il mio soggiorno c'erano molte famiglie con bambini piccoli, non è il posto migliore se si cerca un posto tranquillo dove rilassarsi. C'erano anche solo 2 ascensori, quindi a volte ci vuole molto tempo per aspettare a causa della folla. L'hotel offre numerosi servizi, tra cui alcune attività giornaliere dalle 17:00 alle 18:00, noodles dalle 20:30 alle 21:30 e bevande gratuite dalle 10:00 alle 22:00 (non c'è però il servizio di lavanderia gratuito). Ho avuto modo di provare la sessione di vestizione tradizionale, è stata una bella esperienza provare velocemente il kimono in stile Okinawa. È solo una questione di gusti personali: ho trovato i loro saponi e prodotti per la cura della pelle molto profumati, cosa che non mi ha entusiasmato.

Nice hotel located at central Naha and great amenities. Hot Springs and buffet breakfast are beyond the imagination! Great one for travelers.

View of the room is super duper nice and quiet, aircond compressor is just outside the balcony which a bit weird, so hot even when we want to chill and enjoy the beach. The pillow is extremely thin, so hard to fall asleep. got to pay extra for the indoor pool and hot bath. Morning japanese breakfast is amazing. staff is friendly and cheerful. most important the parking is FREE!!

Ho soggiornato per l'Ape Man's Soup, molto confortevole. L'hotel è in montagna, quindi dovrebbe essere più comodo arrivarci in auto. È stata un'esperienza fantastica scegliere una stanza in stile giapponese e dover stendere il mio materasso. L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio gratuito con numerosi posti auto, il che è molto comodo. Il personale è stato cordiale e mi ha fatto sentire bene. La sera del nostro soggiorno c'era uno spettacolo pirotecnico, che è stato divertente

This is the 2nd time of staying. Love to stay at the room with onsen but the privacy should be more aware as if I was naked and walked out of my bathroom, ppl would be able to see me through the balcony as I was able to see the view and ppl down there. And also, I was quite disappointed to the breakfast set as it was no choices for customers but in a set already.

It is convenient to reach the resort via express bus from Naha Bus Terminal or from the airport. Bus 117 goes directly to the resort front lobby, a 2.5 hours Bus ride as we did not drive. Once you alighted from the bus, you are greeted by the emerald-coloured sea, made me felt so relaxed and worth the bus ride. The room is big and overlooked the sea, I can sit at the balcony and enjoy the view with a cup of tea all day long. The resort is within the Ocean Expo Park, so can just walk to the Okinawa Chutaumi Aquarium and the various sites. The Emerald beach is right in front of the resort and can just walk over after breakfast to enjoy the cool sea breeze and sea water. We will definitely stay at this resort again if we come back to okinawa again.
