Location is gd w Donki, family mart and many eateries choices around 👍🏼 hotel services are gd free soba supper fr 9:30- 11pm , free drinks at lobby and free ice cream after hot spring bath with comics corner really relaxing ! We enjoyed our stay here and hope to b back again e families in nearer dates

Il posto è molto buono. La stanza è pulita. Il personale di servizio è molto gentile. È possibile controllare l'auto-assistente e l'uscita. È molto conveniente. L'armatura è vicino al piano di primo piano, lavaggio del viso, emulsione di acqua di cottura, e anche la salsa è molto conveniente.

Una volta entrato in hotel, puoi scegliere un piatto aggiuntivo.La stanza è molto tranquilla, le finestre sono molto luminose, letto e letti sono molto comodi, quindi la qualità del sonno stasera è molto buona.
La stanza è ben vista attraverso la finestra.
La TV è grande, e Sony TV, supportando 4K.
La calda atmosfera dell'hotel è anche una grande esperienza.
La colazione è anche molto appropriata per me.
I dipendenti sono molto entusiasti e amici.
Questa è la prima notte in Giappone che sono venuto.

L’hotel è in parte un po’ vecchiotto ma in generale ottimo. Personale molto gentile, come sempre in Giappone, nonostante qualche difficoltà con l’inglese. Posizione perfetta. Cena ottima e economica (meno fissato a meno di 20 euro a testa, buono e abbondante). Consigliato

The property is quite old and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The room was spacious. No wifi in room, only at the lobby. The top floor open-air Onsen is excellent. The buffet is superb both dinner and breakfast especially for the price I paid. After checking out, they even have a shuttle brought only me to the train station.

The hotel located around 1km from the station and the road between the hotel and station can be quite busy traffic so it is not that ideal if you travel with large luggage. The hotel does provide a shuttle service on my way back to the station, it was initially said the charge is 100 yen but they did not collect it. In terms of the onsen, there is one in the top floor which offers an small outside onsen, and there is another one on the next building. The dinner is good especially the beef and seafood.

Un piccolo hotel, convenientemente situato vicino alla stazione Sendai e facile da trovare. Il bagno pubblico artificiale, anche se piccolo, è bello per liberarsi della fatica dopo un giorno di viaggio. Il luogo del colazione è un po'piccolo, ma il cibo è molto bello con sashimi. Un po' deluso, anche se non servivano curry di lingua bovina (invece curry di carne bovina) il giorno del mio soggiorno, ma in generale un buon hotel e prenoterò di nuovo se avrò visitato Sendai di nuovo.

MMarble202Transportation: easiest with a 50-min taxi ride from Sendai airport unless int’l traveler wants to transfer via trains/buses. Nearest bus stop/little township is 遠刈田温泉 (13-min by foot to the Inn).
Key feature is open air onsens in forestry — this is why I chose to stay. Delightful breakfast and dinner (during dinner, there are all-inclusive drinks menu + additional charge ones). I enjoyed the 2nd night’s beef/daikon pot in particular. There are hearth side afternoon refreshment, happy hour beer, post-dinner snack that you will be kept fed warmly.
The aircon in Buna room would blow directly on the head so the fan blade should be adjusted.
Staff English speaking capability varies but they made every effort in solving problems. Little hiccup after checking out that the bus time table the Inn indicated was outdated, but I still managed to change my route in the fly, which is the beauty traveling in Japan.

TThomas_ZacHotel Monterey is centrally located just outside the Sendai Station and is easily seen after you exit the station. The staff was very courteous and helpful at the time of check in. Language could be an issue but is easily manageable. I was offered a single room in a lower floor and on my request for a room on the higher floor, without any hesitation I was allotted a double room on the higher floor.
The ambience of the restaurant for breakfast was great and the variety of food served catered to Japanese and western. The breakfast was delicious.
I had to extend my stay and this was also done seamlessly without any issues.
Overall a great hotel centrally located with plenty of shopping around. If I come to Sendai again, I will return to Hotel Monterey if I visit Sendai again.

If u are looking for good Japanese meals in onsen hotel, this one is definitely not an option. The public onsen is spacious without good view. Booked private bath but was bad, small and completely indoor without any view! Do not recommend paying extra for the private bath. I lost a room key inside the hotel and the hotel charges me $10,000 yen cash. I think this price for a lost key is unreasonably high. Hotel staff can’t speak English. Very hard to communicate with them. When i approach staff in English, they will reply in Japanese and did not offer proper help most of then time. Overall not a pleasure stay. Please consider the other hotel in this region when u see this review.

La sorgente termale al piano inferiore è molto confortevole, soprattutto la vasca esterna con vista sul mare, con grandi macchie di foglie rosse che scendono oblique accanto ad essa: è una vista magnifica.

UUtente anonimoHotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.
