Location is gd w Donki, family mart and many eateries choices around 👍🏼 hotel services are gd free soba supper fr 9:30- 11pm , free drinks at lobby and free ice cream after hot spring bath with comics corner really relaxing ! We enjoyed our stay here and hope to b back again e families in nearer dates

L'hotel non è molto vicino alla stazione JR, ma è facile da trovare. Il colazione è buono, con una vasta gamma di opzioni e un grande gusto. Il letto è molto comodo, anche se leggermente sul lato morbido. Apprezzo che vengano forniti due pillole per persona, e l'asino è un po' piccolo.

L'hotel si trova proprio al fronte dell'acqua della bella Matsushima. I clienti che si trovavano nelle camere di vista sugli oceani sono stati fortunati a godere delle eccellenti scene di tutte le isole che si diffondono lungo le coste. I servizi erano molto buoni. Il personale era amichevole e voleva aiutare.

La posizione era lontana dalla stazione ferroviaria - quindi serve un autobus gratuito dalla stazione Sendai per entrare. Uno sforzo per prenotare e confermare l'arrangement di navetta ma è stato fatto dopo poche chiarimenti. L'hotel stesso è vicino al centro di Akiu Sato che è buono L'hotel è grande ma piuttosto vecchio, spazioso, buono spettacolo. Buffet da pranzo con crab di neve al giorno. Il problema è che altre attrazioni principali sono lontane e devono prendere l'autobus/taxi. Il villaggio/parco artigianale tradizionale di Akiu è stato un grande disappunto, non ha visitato nessuno e solo pochi negozi sono stati aperti.

Ho fatto il check-in per la seconda volta, questa volta la camera dava sulla strada, senza vista mare. La sorgente termale al piano inferiore è molto confortevole, soprattutto la vasca esterna con vista sul mare, con grandi macchie di foglie rosse che scendono oblique accanto ad essa: è una vista magnifica.

The hotel room is tidy. The dinner and breakfast are in buffet style. Just very normal buffet food. Food not impressive. If u are looking for good Japanese meals in onsen hotel, this one is definitely not an option. The public onsen is spacious without good view. Booked private bath but was bad, small and completely indoor without any view! Do not recommend paying extra for the private bath. I lost a room key inside the hotel and the hotel charges me $10,000 yen cash. I think this price for a lost key is unreasonably high. Hotel staff can’t speak English. Very hard to communicate with them. When i approach staff in English, they will reply in Japanese and did not offer proper help most of then time. Overall not a pleasure stay. Please consider the other hotel in this region when u see this review.

The hotel is clean. Location is great. Room is good although it is small as same as most of hotels in Japan. Free onsen for guests. Breakfast is very good. You have local dishes and hot food station. They have Gyutan, Shiroishi noodle, seafood rice and other Japanese food. Only a bit confusion for parking your car and reception tried to fix the issue. I recommend this hotel for everyone stay in Sendai.
