Il personale è amichevole, la camera è grande, le strutture sono ben preparate. Ha avuto un soggiorno di tre notti nello stesso hotel e ha goduto della comodità di esso come è proprio vicino alla stazione JR Kumamoto con fermate di autobus vicino e collegato alla piazza AMU.

Recentemente sono rimasto in un meraviglioso hotel a Aso, ed è stata un'esperienza inoltrabile. La posizione è assolutamente stupenda, nel cuore della bella natura di Aso, con vista incantevole direttamente dalla stanza. L’onsen dell’hotel era un’emergenza, offrendo un modo rilassante e pacifico per immergersi nel paesaggio. Il cibo era anche incredibile, con deliziosi piatti locali che davvero catturavano i gusti della regione. Le vibrazioni in tutto l'hotel sono state calde e confortevoli, rendendolo un'ottima riuscita a riposare dalla resistenza e dalla resistenza. L’unica parte inferiore era che il letto era un po’ piccolo per due persone, quindi si sentiva un po’ stretto. Ma tutto il resto non è stato fatto per esso. L’hotel offre anche un sacco di parcheggio, così è stato facile andare in giro. Il prezzo era certamente ragionevole per l'esperienza, e dato il fantastico panorama, il grande cibo e il tranquillo onsen, si sentiva come un grande valore. The hotel is not a fancy one, but the staff members (mostly elderly ladies but one or two of them have very good English) are all very nice. Its award-winning food service is definitely a must-try here, especially the dinner as it comes with sunset view. We were lucky to be arranged a window seat and was able to enjoy the beautiful sunset while eating the delicious kaiseki dinner. Breakfast is also very nice. And because it’s not your typical touristic destination, you are getting a very good value for money.

츠에타테의 아름다운 자연경관을 만끽할 수 있는 입지이며 직원들의 정성어린 서비스에 감동했습니다. 조식과 석식으로 이용한 부페식당은 다양하고 품격 높은 음식들로 구성되어 있습니다. 식기도 아름답고, 음식이 모두 맛있었으며, 직원분들도 매우 친절했습니다. 호텔 내 두 개의 온천시설과 기소노유 야외온천까지 다양한 온천을 즐길 수 있어 정말 행복한 시간이었습니다. 퇴실 후에도 터미널까지 송영셔틀을 태워주셔서 감동했습니다. 가족과 함께 정말 만족스러운 시간을 보냈어요. 감사합니다.

We have a good experience in this Onsen hotel. A lady greeted us at the entrance and she served us very well in the dinner. The private outdoor onsen gave us an enjoyable experience. Moreover, she share many information with us, and she could explain clearly how we prepare to visit Mountain Ah So on next day, so that we finally could visit the cracker no 1. I highly recommended this hotel to anyone visit Minamiaso.

I really liked the hot springs with high iron content in this ryokan: I had sore throat for about 3 weeks before the journey, but it recovered just after the first bath. We also liked that family baths are for free if they are vacant (in the evening there wasn't any problem). The staff is attentive, thank you very much. The food was delicious, and there was more than enough for a man. However, we would recommend choosing a Japanese-style breakfast, since frying eggs on a burner is not very convenient. Nevertheless, everything was delicious. As for the drinks for breakfast, there was only coffee from the coffee machine. But there is always green tea in the room (we had problems with the hot pot, so they brought us a thermos). The only thing we did not like was the heating. However, it is unlikely to do anything with it when it is minus 3 degrees outside at night. Without heating, it was very cold, the floor was cold. But the heating is very noisy, and it is difficult to find a temperature balance. We sweated a lot at night under the blankets, and since the shower is not in the room - it is in the onsen, it was inconvenient. Thanks God, we had spare pajamas with us. Overall, for this cost of accommodation we can give 5 points.
