Non sembra che le foto che ho visto quando hai prenotato questo hotel caldo siano nulla, ma sono entrati qui in due modi di ricamo completamente diversi. La camera calda è molto comoda, la stanza è molto pulita e l'ambiente è molto pulito. Questa volta è una bottiglia di cibo e due cibi, il cibo è molto delizioso, vedo la prudenza di questo caldo hotel, ogni cibo è molto delizioso e ha buon sapore. Il personale che ci aiuta a controllare è molto chiaro e chiaro.Il servizio è buono.L'atteggiamento del personale del ristorante è soddisfacente.Credo che questo hotel sia assolutamente una buona scelta da Assu vulcano.

Era la prima volta che usavo questo hotel per un tour di Aso. Dato che era una prenotazione last minute, c'era solo una camera disponibile, quindi abbiamo prenotato una camera per due adulti e i due uomini hanno dormito in letti singoli, ma siamo riusciti a dormire in qualche modo. C'era un Lawson nelle vicinanze, quindi abbiamo comprato degli snack lì. Per mangiare, siamo andati al vicino Restaurant EAST, ma la stazione ferroviaria di Aso è raggiungibile a piedi, quindi è possibile acquistare anche lì dei bento box. Anche Yumenoyu Onsen è nelle vicinanze e il biglietto d'ingresso costa 300 yen. L'ASO Base Backpackers è situato in una posizione comoda, con minimarket, stazioni ferroviarie lungo la strada, la stazione JR di Aso e sorgenti termali nelle vicinanze. Le moto possono essere parcheggiate gratuitamente nel parcheggio coperto per biciclette. Il prezzo e la posizione erano perfetti per un soggiorno di solo pernottamento.

As the first stop of my birthday trip, I chose Aso. Having previously worked as a hotel management professional, I had high expectations for the hotel’s facilities and services. My stay at Kakuman Hotel, along with my traveling companions, was thoroughly enjoyable—from check-in to the overall amenities, everything exceeded our satisfaction. The staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant. Additionally, experiencing hot springs for the first time left us feeling deeply relaxed. Thank you to Kakuman Hotel for adding color to my journey.🙏🏼 While every aspect was highly satisfying, there was a minor shortcoming: the majority of diners in the restaurant were Korean tourists. On my second night, a small incident occurred during dinner. The server assigned me a seat where only tableware and a departure-time notice were placed. After I retrieved my food, I found three Korean guests (two elderly individuals and a middle-aged man) preparing to sit there. I was confused whether I had taken the wrong seat or if there was another reason, so I asked the guests. Unexpectedly, the man loudly called over the female server who had arranged the seat and sharply questioned her in Japanese. The server later found me the correct seat, which was at the table adjacent to the three guests. I felt deeply sorry for the female server being unjustly scolded, and I also did not understand why the Korean man needed to accuse her in such a loud tone—I would have been happy to apologize for my misunderstanding. Regarding the above incident, I would like to offer a suggestion: the tables in the restaurant are each equipped with a bucket of tableware and wet wipes, but there are no numbers or markers to identify the assigned seats. Guests can only rely on placing their own items or memory to remember their seats. I believe I am not the only one who has encountered a similar issue, and the hotel may consider adding markers to each table to make it easier for guests to recognize their assigned seats.

Pros- spacious villa, quality bedding and large private indoor onsen( see picture 13). We also like the public outdoor onsen in the sister ryokan nearby. There is a little cafe there you can buy drinks and coffee, run by an adorable old couple, very nice and polite. We spent a lot of time there just chilling and listening to the music. Cons- Living room: we were only able to book the western style villa as it’s a little last minute trip. The living room is basic, bland, with sofa, instead or tatami. Our room 512 is next to the car park. Parking lot in front of your main door is not very pleasant. Food : just soso. Nothing extraordinary. See picture. No horse sashimi, the presentation of the steak is really ordinary - disappointing. Perhaps because we had such an amazing meals in the previous ryokan this became a massive letdown. Dinner served in a large public dining room, lack of the privacy and intimacy ther ryokan provide ( we had private dining room in another ryokan 野之花during this trip). I got to see other couples but also feeling like we are being watched. Service- served by young people, not much attentiveness you would expect in traditional ryokan, lack of the warmth and ritual. Reception- 3 star at best. A basic room with uncomfortable chair while you wait to be checked in. We arrived around 2:30pm, and was told that check in can only start at 3pm, and please wait. So we sat at the hard chair and forced to watch the promotional video until 3pm. Conclusion - 3.5 star ryokan, not the most exciting or exclusive villa we have stayed. Maybe it would get better once the trees grow thicker and staff better trained. The sister Ryokan nearby has better feel of environment and feels more established.

Un'esperienza assolutamente meravigliosa: il personale del ryokan era incredibilmente gentile e sempre pronto a aiutare con tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Al check-in, ci sono stati forniti attrezzi tradizionali, pigiama, pantaloncini tabi, servizi bagnati, e un piccolo trattamento di benvenuto con matcha e caffè. Abbiamo anche chiesto al dipartimento frontale se potessero darci un giro per la fermata dell'autobus dopo l'uscita, e hanno detto gentilmente sì, ovviamente. 
La nostra stanza era spaziosa, pulita e ben decorata, e inizialmente avevamo intenzione di esplorare diversi altri stronzati locali, ma dopo aver sperimentato quelli del ryokan, ci sentivamo completamente soddisfatti. Ci sono bagni separati per gli ospiti dell'hotel (maschi e donne), bagni aperti sia agli ospiti che ai visitatori (divisi anche per genere), nonché un asciugamano privato. Uno dei nostri cuccioli ha anche una sauna. Il pranzo e il colazione tradizionali erano impressionanti e molto generosi in porzione. I luoghi circostanti sono stupendi, perfetti per passeggiate tranquilli. Questo ryokan è un po' lontano dal gruppo principale di Inn, ma è esattamente quello che volevamo godere di camminare tranquillo. La notte, i nostri futon erano stati messi a disposizione per noi, aggiungendo all'esperienza autentica. L’unica ragione per cui ho dedotto una stella è la luce verde molto luminosa sul tetto che rimane tutto il giorno e non può essere spento o coperto. Non ho avuto una maschera da letto con me, e il ryokan non ne ha fornito una, quindi ho avuto una notte senza sonno. E' stato piuttosto sgradevole, e questo ha detto, mi consiglio ancora molto questo ryokanit’s un luogo inoltrabile per rimanere.

L'atmosfera dell'hotel in stile giapponese è davvero fantastica. Dal servizio d'ingresso alle strutture eccellenti, fino alla cena e alla colazione deliziose, ho deciso di tornarci la prossima volta. Soprattutto la zuppa di famiglia può essere preparata in anticipo, il che evita molti imbarazzi .

La posizione è leggermente lontana, da JR Assu può essere raggiunta con l'autobus alla stazione Uchimaki (circa 20 minuti) per camminare per cinque minuti. L'ambiente intorno all'hotel è molto tranquillo, il campo è circondato, la decorazione interna è eccellente, la stanza è anche molto comoda. Il centro ha un piccolo paesaggio di cortile, molto adatto per sedersi su un sedile. Ci sono famiglie che possono essere utilizzate con calda calda.La maggior parte dei pasti dell'hotel sono prodotti locali di origine, che gusto molto con me. L'atteggiamento del servizio è buono. C'è un piccolo fratello nepalese che parla inglese, ma l'atteggiamento del servizio è davvero entusiasta e impressionante. Insomma, è molto consigliabile!

Siamo stati in una camera doppia Deluxe per 3 adulti, con 2 letti singoli e 1 comodo divano letto. L'hotel è direttamente vicino alla stazione JR Kumamoto attraverso una passeggiata coperta, rendendo il transito incredibilmente facile. Il parcheggio sotterraneo del centro commerciale Amu Plaza è dotato di un ascensore che va direttamente al lobby dell'hotel sul 9° piano. Il parcheggio costa un ragionevole ¥1,000 JPY per notte per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Abbiamo anche amato il design della camera da bagno, il bagno e la camera bagnata/ bagno bagnato sono completamente separati in camere indipendenti, che ci consentono di utilizzare le strutture con la massima privacy. La lavastoviglie è anche convenientemente situata in una zona separata di vanità secca fuori. Questo hotel è molto consigliato per il suo eccezionale comfort, shopping e comodità!

The place is vey old and vintage. The baths look awful because of iron in the water and thet require renovation. Unfortunately we didn’t like our dinner as it was too specific. It is not the first kaiseki dinner for us but it was not the tastiest one.

The place is a little of the beaten path and requires a car with snow tires equip, but it is worth the drive. There is parking available and the staff were amazing and the room was (house) was spectacular. It was a traditional Japanese house (sliding paper doors everywhere) with a lot of rooms to use including western style beds, massage chair and the all important private onsen bath which was a large and luxurious open air bath. We arrived just after snowfall so we were not impacted by snow on the roads, but it is probably a good idea to get the food options for your stay or bring some food with you for a short stay for dinner, as the roads around might be a little hard to navigate at night with no nearby walkable convenience. Very lovely stay and I wish I booked an extra night as this was a highlight in my trip in terms of accommodations.
