Non sembra che le foto che ho visto quando hai prenotato questo hotel caldo siano nulla, ma sono entrati qui in due modi di ricamo completamente diversi. La camera calda è molto comoda, la stanza è molto pulita e l'ambiente è molto pulito. Questa volta è una bottiglia di cibo e due cibi, il cibo è molto delizioso, vedo la prudenza di questo caldo hotel, ogni cibo è molto delizioso e ha buon sapore. Il personale che ci aiuta a controllare è molto chiaro e chiaro.Il servizio è buono.L'atteggiamento del personale del ristorante è soddisfacente.Credo che questo hotel sia assolutamente una buona scelta da Assu vulcano.

Era la prima volta che usavo questo hotel per un tour di Aso. Dato che era una prenotazione last minute, c'era solo una camera disponibile, quindi abbiamo prenotato una camera per due adulti e i due uomini hanno dormito in letti singoli, ma siamo riusciti a dormire in qualche modo. C'era un Lawson nelle vicinanze, quindi abbiamo comprato degli snack lì. Per mangiare, siamo andati al vicino Restaurant EAST, ma la stazione ferroviaria di Aso è raggiungibile a piedi, quindi è possibile acquistare anche lì dei bento box. Anche Yumenoyu Onsen è nelle vicinanze e il biglietto d'ingresso costa 300 yen. L'ASO Base Backpackers è situato in una posizione comoda, con minimarket, stazioni ferroviarie lungo la strada, la stazione JR di Aso e sorgenti termali nelle vicinanze. Le moto possono essere parcheggiate gratuitamente nel parcheggio coperto per biciclette. Il prezzo e la posizione erano perfetti per un soggiorno di solo pernottamento.

As the first stop of my birthday trip, I chose Aso. Having previously worked as a hotel management professional, I had high expectations for the hotel’s facilities and services. My stay at Kakuman Hotel, along with my traveling companions, was thoroughly enjoyable—from check-in to the overall amenities, everything exceeded our satisfaction. The staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant. Additionally, experiencing hot springs for the first time left us feeling deeply relaxed. Thank you to Kakuman Hotel for adding color to my journey.🙏🏼 While every aspect was highly satisfying, there was a minor shortcoming: the majority of diners in the restaurant were Korean tourists. On my second night, a small incident occurred during dinner. The server assigned me a seat where only tableware and a departure-time notice were placed. After I retrieved my food, I found three Korean guests (two elderly individuals and a middle-aged man) preparing to sit there. I was confused whether I had taken the wrong seat or if there was another reason, so I asked the guests. Unexpectedly, the man loudly called over the female server who had arranged the seat and sharply questioned her in Japanese. The server later found me the correct seat, which was at the table adjacent to the three guests. I felt deeply sorry for the female server being unjustly scolded, and I also did not understand why the Korean man needed to accuse her in such a loud tone—I would have been happy to apologize for my misunderstanding. Regarding the above incident, I would like to offer a suggestion: the tables in the restaurant are each equipped with a bucket of tableware and wet wipes, but there are no numbers or markers to identify the assigned seats. Guests can only rely on placing their own items or memory to remember their seats. I believe I am not the only one who has encountered a similar issue, and the hotel may consider adding markers to each table to make it easier for guests to recognize their assigned seats.

Pros- spacious villa, quality bedding and large private indoor onsen( see picture 13). We also like the public outdoor onsen in the sister ryokan nearby. There is a little cafe there you can buy drinks and coffee, run by an adorable old couple, very nice and polite. We spent a lot of time there just chilling and listening to the music. Cons- Living room: we were only able to book the western style villa as it’s a little last minute trip. The living room is basic, bland, with sofa, instead or tatami. Our room 512 is next to the car park. Parking lot in front of your main door is not very pleasant. Food : just soso. Nothing extraordinary. See picture. No horse sashimi, the presentation of the steak is really ordinary - disappointing. Perhaps because we had such an amazing meals in the previous ryokan this became a massive letdown. Dinner served in a large public dining room, lack of the privacy and intimacy ther ryokan provide ( we had private dining room in another ryokan 野之花during this trip). I got to see other couples but also feeling like we are being watched. Service- served by young people, not much attentiveness you would expect in traditional ryokan, lack of the warmth and ritual. Reception- 3 star at best. A basic room with uncomfortable chair while you wait to be checked in. We arrived around 2:30pm, and was told that check in can only start at 3pm, and please wait. So we sat at the hard chair and forced to watch the promotional video until 3pm. Conclusion - 3.5 star ryokan, not the most exciting or exclusive villa we have stayed. Maybe it would get better once the trees grow thicker and staff better trained. The sister Ryokan nearby has better feel of environment and feels more established.

An absolutely wonderful experience.
The staff at the ryokan were incredibly polite and always ready to help with anything we needed. Upon check-in, we were provided with traditional attire, pajamas, tabi slippers, bath amenities, and a small welcome treat with matcha and coffee. We also asked at the front desk if they could give us a ride to the bus stop after check-out, and they kindly said yes, of course. 
Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. At first, we were planning to explore several other local onsens, but after experiencing the ones at the ryokan, we felt completely satisfied. There are separate baths for hotel guests (men’s and women’s), baths open to both guests and visitors (also divided by gender), as well as a private onsen. One of the onsens also has a sauna.
The traditional dinner and breakfast were both impressive—delicious and very generous in portion.
The surrounding grounds are stunning, perfect for peaceful walks. This ryokan is a bit further from the main cluster of inns, but that was exactly what we wanted—to enjoy quiet walking.
At night, our futons were laid out for us, adding to the authentic experience. The only reason I deducted one star is the very bright green light on the ceiling that stays on all night and can’t be turned off or covered. I didn’t have a sleep mask with me, and the ryokan didn’t provide one, so I had a sleepless night. It was quite unpleasant.
That said, I still highly recommend this ryokan—it’s an unforgettable place to stay.

L'atmosfera dell'hotel in stile giapponese è davvero fantastica. Dal servizio d'ingresso alle strutture eccellenti, fino alla cena e alla colazione deliziose, ho deciso di tornarci la prossima volta. Soprattutto la zuppa di famiglia può essere preparata in anticipo, il che evita molti imbarazzi .

Abbiamo ricevuto come principes. Tutto è stato perfetto. È del molto alto livello, ma l’atmosfera rimane molto tipica. Il pranzo e il colazione sono perfetti e molto copievole. Un indirizzo molto bello

Siamo stati in una camera doppia Deluxe per 3 adulti, con 2 letti singoli e 1 comodo divano letto. L'hotel è direttamente vicino alla stazione JR Kumamoto attraverso una passeggiata coperta, rendendo il transito incredibilmente facile. Il parcheggio sotterraneo del centro commerciale Amu Plaza è dotato di un ascensore che va direttamente al lobby dell'hotel sul 9° piano. Il parcheggio costa un ragionevole ¥1,000 JPY per notte per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Abbiamo anche amato il design della camera da bagno, il bagno e la camera bagnata/ bagno bagnato sono completamente separati in camere indipendenti, che ci consentono di utilizzare le strutture con la massima privacy. La lavastoviglie è anche convenientemente situata in una zona separata di vanità secca fuori. Questo hotel è molto consigliato per il suo eccezionale comfort, shopping e comodità!

Il Ryokan Yumotosou è generalmente un buon ryokan per una breve sosta a Kurokawa Onsen, ma non è esente da inconvenienti. Abbiamo soggiornato a fine marzo per una notte con colazione inclusa (kaiseki). La camera era discreta e silenziosa, con il solo rilassante suono del fiume fuori dalla finestra. La cena e la colazione venivano servite al primo piano in una sala separata per due. Come sempre, era abbondante e piuttosto gustosa, se apprezzate la cucina giapponese classica. È possibile scegliere tra colazione occidentale o giapponese. Abbiamo apprezzato le terme all'aperto e le vasche private, e non abbiamo avuto problemi con il personale durante il nostro soggiorno; tutti sono stati molto gentili. Tuttavia, una delle vasche all'aperto era fuori servizio durante la nostra visita, e questo era uno dei motivi principali per cui avevamo scelto questo ryokan. Forse ci avevano informato in anticipo, ma non è stato così, quindi scoprirlo solo al check-in è stato deludente. Nessuno ci aveva nemmeno chiesto in anticipo se avessimo bisogno di un trasferimento dalla nostra struttura. La passeggiata non è difficile e non richiede molto tempo, ma lo considererei un piccolo inconveniente del servizio. Nel complesso, l'esperienza è stata perlopiù positiva e l'illuminazione serale del villaggio ha contribuito a creare un'atmosfera suggestiva.

The place is a little of the beaten path and requires a car with snow tires equip, but it is worth the drive. There is parking available and the staff were amazing and the room was (house) was spectacular. It was a traditional Japanese house (sliding paper doors everywhere) with a lot of rooms to use including western style beds, massage chair and the all important private onsen bath which was a large and luxurious open air bath. We arrived just after snowfall so we were not impacted by snow on the roads, but it is probably a good idea to get the food options for your stay or bring some food with you for a short stay for dinner, as the roads around might be a little hard to navigate at night with no nearby walkable convenience. Very lovely stay and I wish I booked an extra night as this was a highlight in my trip in terms of accommodations.
