符合預期的日式温泉酒店，每天回來都能泡♨️，室內共有1個熱湯1個冷湯+桑拿房，室外有1個露天熱湯，泡完後有4種類型的冰淇淋任選及日本漫畫免費閲讀，也可以花錢做個按摩，21:30-23:00的夜宵可以喝抹茶和熱巧克力，還有加1/4個雞蛋的素食拉麪，總之每天行程結束後都抱着期待的心情回酒店，下次還會來住。

Beautiful hotel with Mountain Views. The hotel looks spectacular and is very clean. The room is very spacious. Location is perfect as it shares the same building as the mall. You can use the lift which brings you directly to the mall. The mall has shops like Uniqlo, ABC Mart and many more, including a food court with various food options. There are 3 washing machines in both the male & female public onsen area, however it is pretty difficult to get a chance to wash your clothes. The hotel seems like a popular wedding venue, however it does not disrupt the stay as the guests do not seem to linger in the lobby at all. There's a Nescafé coffee machine which you can help yourself to outside the public onsen, along with Kumamoto's fresh spring water tap for drinking. For parking, please avoid the carpark infront of the mall as it is expensive. If you're facing the mall, the hotel's carpark is at the left side basement of the mall. The hotel provides a discounted price at off-peak periods. It's best to leave your hotel before 12 noon. It is paid parking and there's a ticket machine at the basement entrance of the hotel. The hotel location is perfect as it is also very close to a station.

Ho visitato mio padre l'anno scorso, quest'anno sono venuto al campo acquatico bianco con mia figlia, anche se è un vecchio impianto interno, ha un odore unico di vecchio Giappone. Il pasto è stato preparato con cura con scatole per pranzo, soprattutto il bagno caldo di primavera. L'acqua è molto buona. Lo rimettero' l'anno prossimo.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Although there is a distance from Kumamoto Station. It is quite convenient to take tram or bus (bus terminal opposite the hotel at Sakura Machi) to Kumamoto Station. Kumamoto Castle is nearby. There is a shopping street at walking distance. A chicken soup noodles is a must try. It is at an alley that opposite ABC Mart (shoes shop).

Ci sono auto libere davanti alla porta dell'hotel e un sacco di posti di parcheggio.Il personale dell'hotel è amichevole e spiega chiaramente che anche se la stanza è fine, c'è qualcosa che dovrebbe essere, la stanza è molto tranquilla.

Ho scritto la mia situazione quando prenoto, ma trip.com non l'ha mandato in un hotel che è davvero terribile per noi, fortunatamente l'hotel comprende e ci lascia passare I nostri amici e la stanza hanno bisogno di viaggiare all'aperto, una buona esperienza per permettere ai bambini di provare a camminare all'aperto dopo la primavera calda Il cibo è stupendo!!

Lo stabilimento balneare pulito aveva sorgenti termali naturali in cui potevo immergermi anche a tarda notte, e mi riscaldavano profondamente. C'era la possibilità di scegliere il tipo di cuscino, così ho potuto dormire sonni tranquilli e senza stress. Sono stato lasciato a me stesso quando ho dovuto scegliere la camera, ma all'inizio sono rimasto sorpreso nello scoprire che era un letto a castello, ma il letto superiore era piccolo, quindi non mi ha dato troppo fastidio. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

I stayed at this hotel twice. The second time (this booking) we had a room on the older (?) wing and it was almost twice the size of the first one. So for this review I will only share feedback on this “older” room. This room was big and thus good for us as we had 2 large luggage and more space in the room allowed us to open and pack our luggages with ease. The bathroom was large with the large traditional bathtub. Toilet had bidet and etc but lacked heating which made it very cold in the winter. Basin tap was still the old turn types which was not eco friendly as it’s more difficult to shut it off. Location was just opposite the train station which was excellent. But the nearest convenience store is also only at the train station which is about a 5-7mins walk away. Breakfast was curated to suit the Japanese palette more and ends at 9a.m which is really way too early!! We left something behind in the hotel but they managed to send the item back to us at our new hotel (still in Japan) which was highly appreciated. Despite a few minor shortcomings listed above, the pros still outweigh the cons and I’ll definitely be happy to stay here again.

Рекан у реки, три этажа, при этом с улицы заходишь сразу на третий. Комнаты (вашитсу) в основном на третьем этаже, на втором есть пару особенно больших. У нас была комната на десять татами, чего достаточно для семьи из трёх человек. Из окна вид на реку Курокава. Сервис прекрасный, есть оплата картой при выезде за дополнительные услуги и алкоголь, заказали такси до Беппу ко времени выезда. Для детей есть детские юкаты, тапочки, завтраки и адаптированные кайсеки. К кайсеки рекомендую не упускать возможности развить гастрономический опыт, заказав локальное shōchū (сёти) со льдом или саке. И завтрак и кайсеки были великолепны и разнообразны оба дня пребывания. Онсены: есть закрытые и открытые, есть три семейных закрытых ванны, доступны без бронирования. Меняются по дням, не по часам внутри дня. Ни разу не пересёкся с другими гостями в публичных онсенах.

是個遠離塵囂的避世好地方～我住的是複式旅館，有室內跟室外兩個溫泉，室外還有沙灘椅可以曬太陽。可惜我去那天下雨，室外的設施就無福享受嘍🥲只是地理位置有點不便，在黑川溫泉要再搭乘大約7分鐘車程的士才能到達。如果是自駕遊的話，超級推薦來這家喔！
