La colazione a buffet è ricca, varia e deliziosa, tuttavia l'orario di completamento è alle 09:30, ma il cibo viene ritirato alle 09:00, quindi è troppo tardi per affrettarsi. Per la colazione della prima mattina l'hotel ha commesso un errore e non ha incluso i pasti. Ci ho messo dieci minuti alla reception ad aspettare fino alle 09:30 per ritirare il cibo. Ho detto al personale che la cena giapponese era molto buona e Conveniente. Nel complesso è stato molto buono. Verrò di nuovo. Fai il check-in.

I like this hotel. I've stayed here for 2 times. They provide a free transfer from and to Railway station and a city centre. Very good onsen with a scenic view on Sakurajima. You can also rent a bike here in the hotel for a reasonable price. Convenience store is right by the hotel.

È stato un ottimo soggiorno. La gestione dell’hotel è stata eccellente e la stanza è stata in buona condizione. Voglio dare una menzione speciale alla signorina Gotanda Vanti田, che mi ha guidato dopo l’iscrizione. Le sue spiegazioni dettagliate e il suo sorriso caldo hanno dato un tono positivo anche prima di entrare. La prossima volta tornerò certamente.

Room is a bit old and kettle is not clean but the in room onsen room that i booked is awesome. Enjoyed the onsen in room is relaxing. Dinner is beautifully presented and tasty. Very value for money, will come back again.

위치는 불편할수 있으나 힐링목적으로 너무 좋은 곳이에요 밥도 맛있고 경치가 정말 끝내줍니다 저녁엔 별도 많구요 여름엔 수영장도 즐길수 있어 더 좋은것 같아요 호텔안에 온천은 무료이며 사람이 많지 않을땐 혼자 있어 탕 사진을 찍었습니다. 혼자 즐길수 있어서 마치 개인탕 느낌 이였습니다 바다를 보며 즐기는 온천은 최고 였습니다 온천시간은 오전5시부터 밤12시까지 운영해줘서 너무 좋아요 그리고 무엇보다 직원분들이 정말 친절 했습니다 호텔 도착 해서 갈때까지 끝까지 인사해준게 인상 깊었습니다

傳統日式房屋，室內設施很陳舊很有歷史痕跡，房間打婦乾淨整潔，砂浴和溫泉都很好很舒適，我們是預訂一泊二食，晚餐不錯的，有啤酒、紅酒、白酒和燒酒，還要是任飲的，但早餐就比較簡陋，不太好吃。整體感覺，還是很不錯，有機會還想再來。

Molto conveniente, la stanza è pulita. BREAKFAST è eccellente. Prenotare di nuovo in futuro.

This is my first leisure trip in 2025. That's a vey good experience trip with my wife. A modern and comfortable lobby lounge area provided a nice coffee area for a easy breakfast before my day trip. On the final day, i enjoyed the full buffet breakfast and staffs were really helpful with that gave people nice day beginning. Onsen provided me an refreshments daily and made me energetic, also relaxed me as happy ending. I forgot the female staff who received my fruit on 14Jan night. She and her colleague assist us to prepare the fruit which purchased outside. It was my nice dessert that night. Another memorable gentleman on 13Jan overnight, i was handling some business during overnight in sudden. Therefore, i went down lobby to complete it. He approached me for assistance and offering me help for wifi service. For the design of lobby, this is very great to locate the front desk towards the main entrance and the most front line to welcome guest. The FO team need to perform the most professional and consistently services. Especially the cold weather, they keep a good image to maintain professional. The shuttle bus driver was nice to take care us every evening back to hotel. For the room reservation, we selected the room with beautiful view Sakurajima and i could enjoy my drip coffee myself to see the sun raise. I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

I love the three private onsen. They are on first come first serve basis without reservation needed. People mostly will finish their session within 45mins basically so I have the chance to try all three private rooms. They all have good views and allow group of 2-5 people basically. The interior design is magnificent and gorgeous. One of the room even can gaze stars directly from the onsen tub. My stay here is comfortable. Didn't have the chance to try the onsen in room. The breakfast is Japanese and Western style. Taste good and look very appetizing. The view from the restaurant is beautiful either. Will definitely recommend adding the breakfast buffet but note that the time for breakfast is 07:00-09:30 (L.O. 09:00) if you're not an early bird.

La camera è abbastanza grande, il grado di vecchiaia può essere accettato, e la stanza che vuoi può scegliere una stanza più costosa.
