L'ordine del viaggio ha portato ad un'errata uscita dal villaggio di latte caldo e ricreazione a vivere più di una notte in pianura. Questa piccola città sembra aver aperto questo hotel e anche la nostra famiglia di ospiti quella notte.La famiglia del capo è molto gentile, il servizio è molto buono e fa tutto il possibile per aiutare gli ospiti. Il caldo è anche dentro e fuori. Il cibo è un po'come il cibo comune giapponese, molto fresco, molto dolce.Le strutture sono vecchie, e non c'è ascensore, il bagaglio è molto stanco.

We drove to the hotel and appreciated the big free parking available. We also noted the proximity of the train station, so location wise, it is convenient yet gives the sense of seclusion which is perfect for relaxation. Check in was a breeze, the English proficiency of the receptionist with the printed information in English good enough. the Onsen was large and the outdoor part was a joy! i particularly enjoyed my time there soaking in the hot water, listening to the sound of the flowing river and watching the fauna. food spread, quality and quantity at both dinner and breakfast was excellent. i noted that the staffs were diligently topping up items that were running out even to later in the meal times, unlike some places where they may just not do so. We booked a room with open air bath and it was worth the money for it! would totally do that again when i return and highly recommended. must compliment the lounge with their welcome drinks and rice crackers which you can help yourself to. although its just rice crackers, it a nice touch, perhaps adding some nuts is my only suggestion. would highly recommend this place to stay if around, in fact we deliberately chose to stay here to break our journey from Hirosaki to Morioka, so glad we did!

The hotel itself was nice and clean. The rooms are spacious. There's a heater and dehumidifier in the room. Food is buffet breakfast and dinner. We were in the west wing which requires a bit of a walk to get to the room. And the main inconvenience is there is a flight of stairs to get up before having an elevator to the room floor. The outdoor onsen is in a different section to the indoor onsen. The hotel is certainly geared for skiers as everything closes during the middle of the day (souvenir shop, onsen). So make sure you have activities booked in advance. The website of the hotel is also a bit confusing with the number in-house activities available - be sure to check with the front counter first. Peak hour staff has good command in English but need translation for night staff. A few things of note: - the shuttle is very busy at the 3pm and 10am run - make sure you pre-book - there is a shuttle to tsurunoyu iriguchi onsen 鶴の湯温泉 from a bus stop near the hotel, no need to take the public bus

Prima ho prenotato questo hotel caldo sabato e mi sono costato 33600 yuan. Pensavo di poter vivere in una grande stanza, ma dopo che tutto era finito a cena e due dormitori, tutto è diventato diverso. Non possiamo aprire il bagaglio, perché non c'è posto, andare in bagno con il salto, Perche'non c'è modo di andare, ho davvero un po'di aria per prenotare questa casa perché è LA VISTA ma il gruppo, ma il cibo e il sapore sono i prezzi giusti, la sala da pranzo calda è anche molto dolce, acqua, divertimento, latte fresco, ma non c'è frutta,, Questo è anche un posto strano che penso sia. E spesso passiamo attraverso il tavolo. Quando sei l'aria, tutti i camerieri sono in modo che l'hotel si sposta. Abbiamo appena lasciato la stanza e indossato le scarpe. This place is super relaxing and peaceful, but you’ll need to drive there. The drive up to Towada Lake is an adventure in itself. The room is super clean and spacious. The dinner and breakfast are decent too. The bathhouse is a bit old-fashioned, but it’s clean and has a great view of the lake. It’s the perfect place to unwind during the middle of our trip.

This very homestay style accommodation started some 48 years ago by the grandma. Two of her daugthers, Kaori and Katura now runs this cosy place with about 10 rooms. The stars are the two Akita inu, Haru-chan (father), 7 years old. And his daughter, Hana-chan (6 years old). it will take some time to warm up with them, similar to Shiba inu. We got to spend sometime with both of them during our stay, including giving them some treats, watched Haru-chan drinks ice cream with ice (it was a hot day). Chatted with Kaori and grandma to find out more about them. We had dinner and breakfast which was home cooked style. It has been a pleasant stay. Very friendly and down to earth family. This is highly recommended if you are into Akita Inu and enjoy homestay.

La camera era stata effettivamente ristrutturata, ma il bagno no, era molto vecchio e piccolissimo, non ci si poteva nemmeno girare quando ci si sedeva per usare il water, e lo stesso valeva per la vasca da bagno. Questa stanza è al terzo piano, di fronte al tetto, quindi la vista è un po' bloccata. C'è una stanza per animali domestici accanto, e un cane abbaia tutto il tempo. Il vantaggio è che il cibo è ricco e delizioso, il pernottamento e due pasti sono un prezzo molto conveniente. Nelle vicinanze c'era un ruscello con molta neve, ma l'hotel non forniva servizi di escursioni, quindi non abbiamo potuto andarci. Sotto l'hotel ci sono impianti sciistici ricreativi, ma sono aperti fino a tardi.

As luxurious as one can expect. Beautiful place in a secluded natural environment with lavish service and delicious food. The bath are very well prepared and the staff is extremely kind and attentive. It is a hard ask but it would be nice to have some western options at breakfast. But of course this is a Japanese traditional inn yet these options would feel even more luxurious. Some of the decoration feels a bit either dated, kitsch or not being harmonious, I think they need a redesign of the furnitures are it looks more like an assemblage than a harmonious selection of decoration and furnitures. It’s a little on the weird side even sometimes! But the bedding is exceptional. You will have a great sleep at this stay!

I didn’t have good experience the last few times that I stayed in other hotels of Dormy Inn group in other Japan cities. I was afraid that I might get the same experience like last few times, if yes, it maybe the last time I stayed in Dormy Inn hotels. Not to mention the other hotel groups offer better service that I have experienced. Luckily, this stay was pleasant. Most staff were friendly with attentive service. Onsen was always the highlight. The only drawback was the the onsen was often crowded. The room was clean. The location was fine, 7 mins’ walk. Convenience store nearby.
