Giava Occidentale, Indonesia: hotel con terme

Great room & ambience, very closed to shop centre in Karawang, just walk in. We are 4, booked 2(two) bedrooms with connection door, for 2(two) nights, between Jan 12-14, 2026. The front officer was helping to find the rooms & he gave us the best city view. Thanks for that. Unfortunately, they provided stains towels (& tears edges) at the bathroom. Also the makeup room service was coming in, without notice/signed hanging on the door, knocked the door & tried to get inside when I was in bathroom. Need to decline them until I finished taking a shower. They changed the bedsheets also with stains on blanket covers & (again) stains towels. It smells clean, so we just used it. Also, the shower drains were not working well, reported to the hospitality cleaner. They were also pretty good cleaning the room overall, it just the amenities, also the bedsheets needs to be upgraded - not really nice to see for 4stars hotel. The restaurant was OK, my husband spent 400K IDR for 2 portions of meals (soto & rice), drinks, & snacks/camilan. And I don’t understand , why they provided us 3(three) cups for toothbrushes, instead of 4. Never mind, it’s only my son using it. They just need to respect a little bit more for their guests with a proper amenities, which didn’t reflect the hotel values.

The room has 6 electricity port in the room but only 1 that well function. The shower gel was too low. Tasty breakfast menu, although the buffet was not even warm.

Lumayan menyenangkan,, tetapi untuk kasurnya sudah agak tidak nyaman dipakai,,, gembok tendanya juga sudah tidak bisa digunakan,,, harusnya ada pemeriksaan dan pembaharuan fasilitas kamar juga,,, tapi overall lumayan menyenangkan.

È stata una fantastica esperienza di soggiornare al tetto ... i letti erano brillante pulito ...towel erano ancora in bianco anche alcuni altri hotel ancora usati anche se aveva già trasformato in grigio ... La vista dalla nostra stanza.. è sorprendente ...we può vedere l'intera città

rather new hotel in Garut, overall is good, not the best, but not bad either. room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person -- swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut. the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.

We recently booked both the Cherokee Tent and Willy’s Tent for our stay. In terms of room decoration, amenities, and facilities, everything was well prepared and met our expectations. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The tents are located quite close to nearby mosques, so the morning prayers were loud enough to wake us up, and we couldn’t go back to sleep afterward. Additionally, the tents’ design doesn’t offer much soundproofing. We could clearly hear conversations from other guests walking by. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was unique and memorable. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a different kind of stay.

Il luogo emula un villaggio costruito sull’acqua. Era divertente. La piscina era grande e buona. L’esperienza di pesca era divertente, anche se non riuscivamo a trovare pesce. Ma il cameriere era molto attento e ci ha aiutato a catturare alcuni. Tutti ricevono pesce grigliato o fritto. Nessuno ha menzionato questo nella colonna di recensione. Questo è un bel toccamento per il nostro soggiorno. Sono davvero innamorato di questo hotel. Torneremo se visitaremo Garut.

Tutti i membri del personale sono estremamente gentili, utili e gentili. Mi ha fatto sentire molto benvenuto, e mi è stato molto piacevole qui. Le camere erano molto buone e ben mantenute. Tutti i cibi e i servizi erano eccezionali.

Questo è il mio otto volte soggiorno a delonix è davvero carino rimanere lì tutto bene vederti vi prossimo visita di nuovo

Staycation yg sangat recommend, apalagi punya anak kecil yg seeng main air 😍 bikin betah ga mau pulang . 😁
