Nice hotel, good facilities, loving food..definitely come back, recommended to stay 🫶❤️

The room has 6 electricity port in the room but only 1 that well function. The shower gel was too low. Tasty breakfast menu, although the buffet was not even warm.

We booked a loft room, and I think it was a very interesting concept and very fit for families. The room was great spacious but unfortunately the cleanliness was lacking. The crew didn’t check the room thoroughly and we found some left over food left in the fridge by the previous occupants of the room. It was stated in the hotel description that this hotel had a warm water swimming pool and actually we were very interested in staying here because of that. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any and the swimming pool that they have is very very small it couldn’t be described as a swimming pool, but only a dipping pool. The sauna wasn’t hot at all. And the parking lot is lacking so we had to park the car in the building adjacent to the hotel. 

Room is extremely small and tight. There is no fridge despite listed as 4 star which is required to keep my mom's medication chilled. Doorman n reception is friendly. While location is near largest mall in Bandung, the walking path is uneven, narrow and dangerous to walk. Would recommend to stay opposite the mall instead if you are looking for convenience to mall.

It is a great hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite impressive too the amount of choices is huge. Location is convenient too that its nearby to some leisure zone. Will come again definitely !!

Please just be careful before booking this hotel. I'm not sure what's wrong here. The type of the room is not the same as the real one. it gets swapped with other room types. so better ask the property 1st before you book. Breakfast is nice. not many options but it's good. location a bit far from the city and challenging. The room was good. overall okay.

Semenjak 2024 Ga boleh masuk OFURO/ONSEN/HOTSPRING tuk tamu daily, padahal itu ditulisnya sebagai fasilitas lohh.. hak kami lohh.. tp kami ga boleb pake.. Kami yg menginap kesini alasan utama cuma 1: Ada ofuro, kenapa suka sama ofuro?? karena kami sering gunakan ketika di jepang.. Cara pakai dll sudah paham. Lucunya, teman kami yg 2 minggu sblmnya nginep sini pun sempat dibolehin masuk ofuro dan masih di 2024 loh.. Aneh kan?? Apa diskriminasi atau gmn ya?? Kalo mmg tamu long stay tdk berkenan dgn tamu daily, dan condotel pun ga bs kasih servis yg memadai, baiknya le premiere DITUTUP AJA untuk daily (condotel) nya dan jd full semua long stay..

Originally living in Dubai come to Karawang for short trip. Got a very long flight from my last 2 weeks trip from Europe, and continued from Dubai to Karawang. Jetlag, my daughter 3 years old complaining about bad smell ( i guess from the cigarette smoke) Even the room and corridor it’s non smoking but quite strong. I guess the hotel have to take this concern seriously. After first day long sleep and asking for the kettle and borrow the iron from 10 AM have to wait until 2 AM next day to get it. I don’t understand why there’s no explanation because i have to follow up until 3 times then i got the iron almost next day. Below far from my expectations,sadly. Anyway i have extended for the 3rd night check ou on 25th. Hope gotta feel better feelings about staying here for The first time.

Stayed four nights in a standard room. It was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, lots of variety, and they changed things up each day. Many international TV channels. The room was standard 24 square meters – no wardrobe, but they had some hangers. It wasn't downtown, but easy to get to by car.

L'hotel è davvero adatto per le famiglie che vogliono passare una vacanza comoda.Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e dotate di strutture complete.I bambini sono anche molto felici perché ci è una piscina che è molto grande e ben mantenuta. Bagno standard giapponese, con offura e sauna molto spaziosa ... Il colazione è molto vario,con una scelta di menu adatta a tutte le età, sia per bambini che per adulti.Il personale dell'hotel è anche molto amichevole e disposto ad aiutare quando abbiamo bisogno di qualcosa. La posizione è molto strategica e tranquilla, anche se è vicino alla strada esterna ma lontano dal rumore, rendendola un'atmosfera rilassante. con un'atmosfera confortevole e un servizio soddisfacente, l'hotel delonix Karawang è la scelta giusta per le vacanze familiari. Sarà certamente tornato a rimanere qui!
