The shower gel was too low.
Tasty breakfast menu, although the buffet was not even warm.
- The water in your hotel room is not portable. Please switch to single-use bottles so that guests staying at your hotels can take the water you provide with them.
- I would like to see more variety in the breakfast menu at your hotels. Especially Korean food.
- Your room service food menu has too few options. There are not enough options to choose from for in-room dining.
Great Staff. Nice lobby. Free parking. Nice and clean room with big TV and queen size bed. Nice pool. Onsen was closed that day. Restaurants, coffee shop and market around hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!
We booked a loft room, and I think it was a very interesting concept and very fit for families. The room was great spacious but unfortunately the cleanliness was lacking. The crew didn’t check the room thoroughly and we found some left over food left in the fridge by the previous occupants of the room. It was stated in the hotel description that this hotel had a warm water swimming pool and actually we were very interested in staying here because of that. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any and the swimming pool that they have is very very small it couldn’t be described as a swimming pool, but only a dipping pool. The sauna wasn’t hot at all. And the parking lot is lacking so we had to park the car in the building adjacent to the hotel. 
Originally living in Dubai come to Karawang for short trip.
Got a very long flight from my last 2 weeks trip from Europe, and continued from Dubai to Karawang.
Jetlag, my daughter 3 years old complaining about bad smell ( i guess from the cigarette smoke)
Even the room and corridor it’s non smoking but quite strong. I guess the hotel have to take this concern seriously.
After first day long sleep and asking for the kettle and borrow the iron from 10 AM have to wait until 2 AM next day to get it.
I don’t understand why there’s no explanation because i have to follow up until 3 times then i got the iron almost next day.
Below far from my expectations,sadly.
Anyway i have extended for the 3rd night check ou on 25th. Hope gotta feel better feelings about staying here for The first time.
It is a great hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite impressive too the amount of choices is huge.
Location is convenient too that its nearby to some leisure zone. Will come again definitely !!
Please just be careful before booking this hotel. I'm not sure what's wrong here. The type of the room is not the same as the real one. it gets swapped with other room types.
so better ask the property 1st before you book. Breakfast is nice. not many options but it's good. location a bit far from the city and challenging. The room was good.

UUtente anonimoThe place has a super location. It’s near the city, but actually located in the hot Springs area. We love the landscape and the view. There are a lot of activities that we can do in the hotel, like horse riding, feeding the animals, canoeing, flying fox, swimming, even fishing. The cleanliness of the rooms are not so good. Maybe it was not easy to maintain such big place. My kids love the activities offered there. For me it is a little bit too bustling, especially in the swimming pool area. Because there are a lot of people who weren’t staying in the hotel that could buy a ticket to swim there, so the swimming pool area is not very comfortable to swim in. People are buying a lot of instant noodles and coffees, and they just throw the garbage everywhere. There are cigarette butts, cups, and noodle bows littered absolutely everywhere. I think they should limit how many outsiders could buy a ticket to swim so the area will be still comfortable for the hotel guests, and hire more people to clean. The food was horrible, especially for breakfast, it was almost inedible.

LLisdarather new hotel in Garut, overall is good, not the best, but not bad either.
room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea
the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person --
swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut.
the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.
