Giava Occidentale, Indonesia: hotel con terme

My 1st night i neeses room aervice but the room ph was out of order advises the dront deak who sent the maint persinnel who still couldnt fix it and said the front desk will call for a solution, waitwd but no call cam, then during the night nioticed the faucet was leaking and part of the bathroom floor waa wet, told the front desk but no one came. On my 2nd night i ordered room service as it was raining heavily. Ordered fries rice and spring rolls. The rice was soggy as was the spring roll, and the fried chicken was undercooked so were the 2 sticks of satay that came with it. There was no peanut sauce for the satay. It seems the front desk is alwaya pre occupied with other chores given that our complaints on the leaking faucet and faulty phone were not attended to. For room service i had to go down to the hotel restaurant to make the order. A disappointing stay overall, expected more from Mercure.

Kolam renang ok. Ada kolam anget dan dingin. Yg seru ada ember tumpah..ditunggu sm anak2. Ga nyoba makanan resto. Tp kamar mandi kurang nyaman krn klo mandi mesti masuk bathtub dan pake shower. Lampu kamar mandi redup.

I really love everything about this hotel. I stayed in the studio room and the view was amazing and you can even see the mountains from there. The only downside was that the swimming pool was under maintenance during my visit. Breakfast was great with so many choices. The location is also perfect, not far from the city center, and you can walk to a nice park nearby. Plus, it’s right on Riau Street, so there are lots of cafés and restaurants around. The reception staff were super friendly and kind too.

In generale, il nuovo hotel a Garut è buono, non il migliore, ma non male neanche. La camera è dotata di colazione, il colazione è molto bello. Molte opzioni sono cereali, principale cura, pane e patate, succhi, latte e anche caffè e tè La stanza stessa è nuova, ma la qualità della costruzione non è buona.La piastra è rotta su alcune parti, e si può sentire una persona sopra di voi camminare la notte.Le strutture della stanza sono buone.ma perché solo 1 sacchetto di caffè? questa stanza è per 2 persone -- Piscina e l'acqua calda è bello come la maggior parte dell'hotel vicino a Cipanas Garut. La sola sfida a mio parere è come mantenere la qualità dell'hotel. E' nuovo, ma non so se non mantenuto in pochi anni. *Controlla il pavimento e il bagno.

I booked for my colleagues and they are happy with the hotel and its surrounding. Service is good with nice receptiont. Late night hanging out in the resto-bar at lobby quite nice. Breakfast variation is good.
