Exceptional Stay in Changbaishan – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at a hotel in Changbaishan, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, everything was managed exceptionally well, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with rooms that are both comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the standout features was the outdoor onsen—an absolutely amazing place to unwind amidst the serene natural surroundings. The decoration in front of hotel with rows and rows of cute snowmen are also very lovely, we took plenty of photos there. Additionally, the free transportation services were incredibly efficient, including a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station and free transfers to the ski site. The staff were all friendly and helpful, even though communication was sometimes challenging as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to Ms. Zhang Yong Ping 张永评 (WeChat: Xin Xin 鑫鑫), the guest manager from the front desk department, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Ms. Zhang provided us with outstanding butler service and demonstrated exceptional kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. She helped us navigate the complexities of buying tickets and traveling to Changbaishan, ensured we boarded the correct buses, and even made sure we didn’t miss any important connections. Due to high season, we couldn’t secure a room in Building 3 for our second night and had to reserve rooms in Building 2 via an online platform. Ms. Zhang kindly and proactively made arrangements so we could stay in Building 3 throughout our visit—a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference. Every aspect of our stay was well taken care of, and the staff’s dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. Thanks to Ms. Zhang and the entire hotel team, our time in Changbaishan was a wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and look forward to returning in the future!

Very new and comfortable. Room design is very friendly and intuitive. Staff is great and very helpful. Breakfast is provided at no additional cost, spread is ok. Having tianmao is the room is a big plus plus.

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near Changbai Mountain was delightful. While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning mountain views. The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter! With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

The Hotel is very new and everything spotless clean. The location is a bit at the outskirts (but thatfor extremely quiet and peaceful) and the rooms are in small houses (traditional chinese style) spread out in a park-like surrounding. To go to the main house (breakfast) is a lovely walk or a short drive with a small red bus, which you easily can call anytime. The amenities are lovely, just the shower a bit weak. But beneath the very beautiful and spacious rooms and high quality breakfast I want to point out the wonderful staff, mainly Amber and Angel, but also the rest of the staff, who are very friendly, helpful and doing everything, to make the stay a very pleasant experience, which we will love to repeat. Thanks a lot for this beautiful experience!

Delicious korean hotplate and BBQ restaurants nearby in walking distance. Breakfast was delicious too. We got a room on the top floor and the room was a bit cold during winter. Hotel receptionist was helpful for travel information.

I'm afraid my experience wasn't the best. When arrived our room, the floor (carpet) was super dirty. We complained to reception and they sent a cleaning lady. She wasn't super happy to clean the floor but we waited patently. Once she finished we open the bed and saw some hairs. We called reception again. This time one of the hotel managers came to meet us. She apologized and decided to upgrade us to a nicer and bigger room for free. They still took over one hour to clean it to make sure it was in acceptable conditions. I'm not sure we were just unlucky or that is the normal standard in that hotel. In any case, the new room was good to stay and we were happy with their efforts. Breakfast is almost inexistent for foreigners and it finishes way too early: 8:30. Arriving twice at 8am, we could barely find food. Except for this location, is good (close to train station, close to hospital where you can do virus test, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan (North), close to some big green areas (pine forests) where you can have enjoyable walks in the morning or after dinner. As a conclusion, if I may give some constructive feedback to hotel manager: - please consistently and thoroughly clean your rooms when guests leave; - extended breakfast time to at least 9:30; - include more variety in the breakfast and make sure quantities are at decent level by 8:00.

我們是新年期間去的。酒店旁邊沒什麼餐廳，走十幾分鍾或者打車五分鐘就能到小鎮上，那裡餐廳商店比較多。不知道是不是新年的原因，打車真的好難好難好難好難好難🥲🥲滴滴就算加錢還沒截車快 雖然交通不算很方便，但酒店是新裝修所以感覺不錯。酒店整個在一個小區裏，小區裏還有其他酒店。房間環境就像公寓一樣，很大很舒服，和圖片裏的一模一樣！！廁所有兩個，不怕爭廁所了哈哈。而且還有洗衣機洗衣液，衣服基本上一個晚上就幹了，真的好乾燥。總結：這個價錢值了～ 這次搶不到長白山的票，下次來我肯定會再選擇這裏～～

Il viaggio di Yanjie è stato per l'anno, e la vita qui è davvero troppo sorpresa e movimento per il nostro viaggio.Il direttore ha chiesto se prendere l'auto un giorno prima, e un giorno l'aereo e l'autostrada sono tornati per vedere una stanza così grande per dimenticare completamente la stanza!Quanto pulita è la stanza, è solo una busta incolore!! Sono abituato a bere un caffè ogni giorno, e il direttore del negozio ha anche fatto la spedizione. Ho raccomandato con entusiasmo la cena di Yanji, ma non ho molto da chiedere!La camera è forte e ampio, e' la scelta meno triste del viaggio di Yanji.La prossima volta portero'la famiglia!

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, la cena e il centro commerciale intorno dovrebbero essere completi e viaggiare molto conveniente.Le strutture della stanza sono molto nuove e le attrezzature intelligenti sono molto pulite per l'uso.Il colazione è ricco e ha cibo locale caratteristico, e il bagno caldo e caldo è anche molto economico e confortevole!
