房間超大，前台很熱情，免費升級了房型。9號入住的，人不多。温泉6點半開始，我們是第一個過去的，很舒服，跑完了臉都嫩了。由於人少，早餐是按份準備的，不夠吃可以續，很精緻的擺盤。很滿意，價格不貴，很實惠😊 位置非常好，可以説是中心地帶了，去秋沙鴨公園、恩都裏、鹿園，長白山北坡，哪裡都很近，前面幾個可以走路到達，非常方便。樓下吃飯的地方也非常多，還有買特產的店很多，還有個小市場

Homm Changchun Beihu is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in — with first-class service and truly world-class hospitality. A very special thanks to the reception staff, gym team, and hot spring attendants. Even though I don’t speak Chinese, every staff member was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and foreigner-friendly. They patiently went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, welcome, and at home. The hotel itself is stunning — elegant design, comfortable rooms, a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing hot spring. Everything is spotless, modern, and carefully maintained. For any international traveler visiting Changchun, this is the perfect place to stay. It’s foreigner friendly, luxurious, and highly recommended. Stayed in a 4 bedrooms & 3 bathroom suite. The electricity went out twice 😱 😨 but they managed to fix it within 10 mins of reporting. Able to wash clothes and the heater is good. The manager allowed us to shower in next room as the waiting time between each person to shower is 30 mins. Seems to be the case for most apartment. They gave us ginseng soup as souvenirs too. Overall happy with the stay as we did hot spring too & breakfast was quite good. Managed to go to Changbaishan mountain which is very convenient

It’s a really nice place to spend the day or even the night, the food from buffet included in the entrance is good, large selection of fresh fruits and drinks! There’s also ice cream, soup, chicken nuggets and more. The staff is friendly and ready to help. Definitely coming back soon.

Location is close to the forest nature park incl. waterfalls 20 min. (need additional ticket) and is directly at the hot springs bathing area 100m. The entrance ticket was included for the hotel guests. The ticket for waterfalls and vulcano lake could be purchased at the hotel. In general very nice in winter time.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season. I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This really shows he still cares and puts customers in first place even when he is on leave. 👍 For our PIC, '晚風'.

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo in questo hotel e abbiamo goduto molto il nostro soggiorno. Soprattutto la zona calda primavera è sorprendente. A volte è una sfida comunicare in inglese. Ma ho collegato Xiao Liu su WeChat e è stato sempre sostenuto in modo molto utile. Grazie a Xiao Liu e a tutto il personale dell'hotel per una vacanza molto rilassante.
