Un soggiorno perfetto con i bambini: una recensione a 5 stelle! La camera era spaziosa e pulita, la biancheria da letto confortevole e l'insonorizzazione eccellente, quindi i bambini hanno dormito benissimo. Il personale è stato cordiale e attento, aiutandoci proattivamente con i bagagli e fornendo articoli per bambini: dettagli davvero premurosi! Desidero in particolare elogiare le strutture ricreative dell'hotel. Il parco acquatico riscaldato è stato un successone con i bambini; le aree ricreative erano sicure e divertenti, rendendo facile e spensierato portare i bambini fuori. La colazione offriva un'ampia varietà di opzioni, tra cui molti dei piatti preferiti dai bambini, e il cibo era delizioso. Nel complesso, un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, una scelta eccellente per le vacanze in famiglia, e ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta!

This hotel has a wonderful view of the sea and the rocky reef bar. Can take many beautiful photos here with the helix like bridge hanging over the reef, and the spiral shape chapel. Buffet breakfast has many choices of food. Lobby staff Ada is so pleasant and helpful. The rooms we booked were for level 4 to 5, but she upgraded us to level 29 rooms after hearing that we had brought our 88 yo mum for holiday. She added us on WeChat and sent us information on the hotel activities. When I told her we want to buy the hotel rubber slippers, she arranged for them to be sent to the room. The only bad points are: 1) irresponsible pet owners who didn't leash their pets (my girl was scared by a dog that chased her in rounds), 2) the beach sand is quite rough and full of pebbles.

The mattress was so hard like wood. Was that a wooden board with beddings laid on top or what?!. I think that's the only downside i can pinpoint exactly. Areas I thought it could improve in: -Bidet would've been nice. Everytime I sat down, I felt chills down my spine(:(. -The location. I liked the building B better, do they access it only to Chinese citizens or what? -The pool and the hot spring was out of order. It was expected as it's not the season to use them. But-! It was quite hot that day (29ºC to 14ºC) so I asked if they could do us a favor and fill one of the tubs but they said no. :( After all that walking and beach stuff, I needed that relaxing hot spring). Regardless, there are things that I did enjoy. Specifically,: -The tea set was exquisite. Had that traditional chinese craftsmanship and even the tea packaging felt special(for a freebie) -Quality of the one-use amenities. The items provided felt like items you get for everyday use rather than hotel provided one-time use bathroom supplies. -The shower water was HOT. That hot water rundown was exactly what a girly needs. -The view. The garden downstairs was a sight to see. Especially at night. The wooden railings and the stairs light up beautifully when the sun goes down. -Service. They were really kind. From the moment we went in till the moment we went back- they were all smiled and tried their best to serve their customers. -Sitting area in every corner. You'll know when you get there. You can sit in your room or outside. There were at least 10 different seating areas with different amount of chairs and table. Plus, the chairs were comfortable.(some were not tho) Overall, this place is 8 to 8.5/10 Extra tips I wanted to add: -DO NOT FORGET TO BUY PLENTY OF ANTI MOSQUITO OIL, SPRAY, BRACELET, WTVR -DO.NOT.DO.LAUNDRY. Unless it's early in the morning till sun goes down or during hot summers. -Go to building B for restaurant, cafe or breakfast.

Spent Valentine’s Day weekend here at the pool suite! The view of the ocean is amazing! Amazing service from Emily at reception as well! The entire vibe of the hotel is very zen! Perfect for a relaxing staycay for couples who want a break from the city life. Also did a photoshoot with the travel photo agency situated at the hotel! Their service is quite efficient - got our final photos within hours!

Getaway familiare In primo luogo, mi sorprendeva che fossimo accolti e controllati molto prima delle due, non appena siamo arrivati al pranzo. Il secondo grande punto era che il ricevitore ci aiutava a svuotare le camere, mentre abbiamo prenotato un letto di grandezza re, ma per la famiglia di quattro era un po' scomodo, quindi in 10 minuti abbiamo avuto una camera spaziosa con due letti ampi. Il sonno notturno era incompatibile. L'ubicazione - dal primo sguardo - sembrava un po' strano, coz in realtà l'hotel fa parte della zona residenziale più grande, anche se le case multi-store sono ancora in fase di sviluppo e non completamente abitati. Ma il secondo giorno, quando abbiamo esaminato l'intera zona, abbiamo scoperto che vi erano distretti molto peggiori con strade completamente danneggiate, strutture abbandonate e lasciate dietro le imprese. Quindi dopo quella brutta immagine ho cambiato la mia impressione iniziale e ho dovuto dire che l'hotel è solo per la famiglia e perfetto riposo. Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo mentre facevamo il bagno e anche la piazza delle primavera calde non è grande abbiamo contato non meno di 20 tubi da bagno con una grande percentuale di additivi aromatici e erba così si può godere l'odore durante il bagno. Nel frattempo, è possibile anche lavare diverse erbe o acqua al bar o avere un piatto sulla piattaforma di pietra calda. Anche per i bambini, con piscina separata, mini parco aqua, piscina per adulti è stato bello anche se non la stagione giusta per nuotare. Bella scena per i neonati e tavoli per gli adulti. Anche noi ci piaceva il colazione, molte opzioni, tra cui cibo e caffè europei. Forse uno dei migliori vantaggi di scegliere questo hotel è stato la vicinanza al magnifico parco montagnoso anche progettato per famiglie con bambini piccoli. La strada montagna zigzag, le viste panorami e la pista di cammino sono stati semplicemente sorprendenti. Viaggiare in questa zona significa provare cibo locale, che è goose, polli da tavola e polli da casa, pesce del fiume e la principale specialità locale- riso cucinato nell'albero di bambù.

This is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

Abbiamo davvero goduto il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel. Il ricevitore ci ha dato il migliore e la stanza era fantastica. Tutto era pulito, la stanza era spaziosa, il letto era grande e comodo. La zona calda era anche grande. Il personale era molto utile e amichevole. grazie soprattutto a Li Limin per essere così gentile e entusiasta di aiutare! Ci piace molto questa esperienza di soggiorno.La reception ci ha aiutato ad aggiornare la stanza, la stanza è fantastica!Tutto è molto pulito, la stanza è grande, il letto è grande e comodo.Anche la zona calda è fantastica.Il personale è molto entusiasta e amichevole e lieta di aiutare.Grazie specialmente Li Limin, è molto entusiasta e attenta!

Pros: - Camera grande e pulita con un bel balcone e vista. - Bagno con bagno, doccia separata e bagno. - Comfortabile e profuma di buoni letti. - Bagno, toletta, mutandine, kit di vanità (barba, cappello, manufatti di cotone, tappo da doccia) forniti -Servizio lavanderia disponibile (amore anche il lavastoviglie) -Alberghiare e personale gentile anche con barriera linguistica. - Buona colazione varietà - Benvenuti in camera, acqua di limone e dolce in ricezione. -Accesso gratuito alle primavera calda, sauna, doccia, serbatoio con bevande gratuite (tea o acqua) e frutta nel 2° flr. -Ingresso gratuito al Dafengmen Forest Park (dove vuoi prenotare un'auto o la tua auto di servizio che va li') - Entrada libera al Paradiso di Dipola (vicina) Coni: -Distanza dall'aeroporto e dal centro città di Canton (circa 80-90km lontano, più di 1 ora di viaggio) -Difficile prenotare un viaggio per 6 persone (solo 4 passeggeri disponibili nelle vicinanze) -Servizio/carro gratuito disponibile solo all'interno delle strutture del resort fino alla porta. -No Bidet 😓 (difficile per le persone che sono usate per esso) - Non c'è negozio di comodità o altro ristorante vicino. -La comunicazione è un po' disturbo e un po' di inconvenienza. -Nessun ATM e cambio di valuta disponibile, il pagamento della carta di credito internazionale non funziona anche (capitalizza per gli stranieri) *Scarica WeChat (paga Weixin) prima e collegati le carte per facilità di pagamento. In generale, abbiamo ancora un buon tempo, riposo e soggiorno in questo hotel.

Swan Lake Hotel enjoys a spectacular setting at the foothill of mountains and facing a large lake. If one gets up early enough, from the balcony of the room there's the beautiful sunrise to catch at the far side of the lake. The atmosphere is serenely beautiful! I occupied a luxurious spacious suite on the top floor basically made up of 2 rooms, one for the bedroom and bathroom, the other for a tea ceremony table. Each room has a large balcony and fabulous view of the lake. The bed is huge and the mattress is firm and very good in supporting one's back. The air-conditioning system thoughtfully offers a choice of cool or warm air to suit the seasons. There's a capsule coffee machine but no capsule was offered. Similarly, the beautiful tea ceremony table doesn't come with any tea at all. The bathroom is enormous with a toilet cubicle, double sinks, a bathtub and a shower. The shelf inside the shower cubicle has been designed a bit too small for placing toiletries. Maybe I missed seeing it, but I didn't notice any escape route plan which most hotels display on each floor in the lift lobby. The hot spring center is beautifully set in a garden. Numerous pools offer different fragrance of flowers or tea. Night time soaking is very atmospheric, but safety measure can be greatly enhanced by installing lights to shine in each pool of water. There's plenty of choices for breakfast in the buffet restaurant. The Chinese restaurant serves tasty local cuisine, some ingredient are even from local water and farms. The staff are very friendly and helpful in general, very accommodating with even special requests.
