Un soggiorno perfetto con i bambini: una recensione a 5 stelle! La camera era spaziosa e pulita, la biancheria da letto confortevole e l'insonorizzazione eccellente, quindi i bambini hanno dormito benissimo. Il personale è stato cordiale e attento, aiutandoci proattivamente con i bagagli e fornendo articoli per bambini: dettagli davvero premurosi! Desidero in particolare elogiare le strutture ricreative dell'hotel. Il parco acquatico riscaldato è stato un successone con i bambini; le aree ricreative erano sicure e divertenti, rendendo facile e spensierato portare i bambini fuori. La colazione offriva un'ampia varietà di opzioni, tra cui molti dei piatti preferiti dai bambini, e il cibo era delizioso. Nel complesso, un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, una scelta eccellente per le vacanze in famiglia, e ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta!

Il personale era professionale, accogliente e sempre pronto a aiutare, il che ha fatto di tutto l'esperienza ancora migliore. Un ringraziamento speciale a Robbie, che era super per tutta la mia permanenza, era gentile, attento, e andò sopra e oltre per assicurarmi che tutto fosse a posto e confortevole per me. Il suo sostegno e la sua atteggiamento positivo si trovavano davvero e facevano una grande differenza. Raccomanderò questo hotel agli altri e sarei felice di rimanere qui di nuovo.

The mattress was so hard like wood. Was that a wooden board with beddings laid on top or what?!. I think that's the only downside i can pinpoint exactly. Areas I thought it could improve in: -Bidet would've been nice. Everytime I sat down, I felt chills down my spine(:(. -The location. I liked the building B better, do they access it only to Chinese citizens or what? -The pool and the hot spring was out of order. It was expected as it's not the season to use them. But-! It was quite hot that day (29ºC to 14ºC) so I asked if they could do us a favor and fill one of the tubs but they said no. :( After all that walking and beach stuff, I needed that relaxing hot spring). Regardless, there are things that I did enjoy. Specifically,: -The tea set was exquisite. Had that traditional chinese craftsmanship and even the tea packaging felt special(for a freebie) -Quality of the one-use amenities. The items provided felt like items you get for everyday use rather than hotel provided one-time use bathroom supplies. -The shower water was HOT. That hot water rundown was exactly what a girly needs. -The view. The garden downstairs was a sight to see. Especially at night. The wooden railings and the stairs light up beautifully when the sun goes down. -Service. They were really kind. From the moment we went in till the moment we went back- they were all smiled and tried their best to serve their customers. -Sitting area in every corner. You'll know when you get there. You can sit in your room or outside. There were at least 10 different seating areas with different amount of chairs and table. Plus, the chairs were comfortable.(some were not tho) Overall, this place is 8 to 8.5/10 Extra tips I wanted to add: -DO NOT FORGET TO BUY PLENTY OF ANTI MOSQUITO OIL, SPRAY, BRACELET, WTVR -DO.NOT.DO.LAUNDRY. Unless it's early in the morning till sun goes down or during hot summers. -Go to building B for restaurant, cafe or breakfast.

Da quando siamo arrivati in auto, ogni membro del personale ci ha salutati con un sorriso caldo e una vera ospitalità. La squadra di front desk era professionale e cortese, non importa quando abbiamo fatto una richiesta, i vostri colleghi hanno fornito assistenza e raccomandazioni preziose, rendendoci davvero preoccupati. Le strutture dell'hotel sono eccellenti, la vista sulla piscina è particolarmente bella, e abbiamo goduto molto delle strutture nella nostra stanza. Nel corso di due giorni, molti membri della squadra hanno lasciato un'impressione duratura su di noi. Vorremmo dare un riconoscimento particolare a: Desk Front: Lucy, Ella, Crystal, Bob e diversi altri membri del personale i cui nomi non abbiamo catturato sono stati costantemente amichevoli, efficienti e pensanti nelle loro modalità.

The room is quite big, bed is big and very comfortable, television is good with all the channels, got a balcony with private spa. Front desk is very good and friendly, restaurant is surprisingly good , but breakfast was not great, can make it better with hot fried eggs and more fruit choices. Hot spring area is good, but if they have shelter even better and if there’s someone to serve the hot drinks will be perfect 😊

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out with their exceptional service. Every employee I encountered was incredibly polite, proactive, and always wearing a warm, genuine smile. Whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or the housekeeping team, their attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable, but it was the genuine hospitality that elevated my stay. The team went out of their way to assist with my requests before I even had to ask. It’s rare to find such consistent friendliness and efficiency. Without a doubt, I will be coming back. This hotel has earned my loyalty simply through the kindness and professionalism of its people. Highly recommended for anyone who values heartfelt service.

This is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

Abbiamo davvero goduto il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel. Il ricevitore ci ha dato il migliore e la stanza era fantastica. Tutto era pulito, la stanza era spaziosa, il letto era grande e comodo. La zona calda era anche grande. Il personale era molto utile e amichevole. grazie soprattutto a Li Limin per essere così gentile e entusiasta di aiutare! Ci piace molto questa esperienza di soggiorno.La reception ci ha aiutato ad aggiornare la stanza, la stanza è fantastica!Tutto è molto pulito, la stanza è grande, il letto è grande e comodo.Anche la zona calda è fantastica.Il personale è molto entusiasta e amichevole e lieta di aiutare.Grazie specialmente Li Limin, è molto entusiasta e attenta!

This was a rather unusual stay for us. Before I begin, I have to say that it really wasn’t bad-the room was really spacious, soaking in the private hot tub is always a treat, and we were surprised by the fact that we got 2 dinners, even though the package we bought said it would be one dinner per stay. Anyways, let’s start with the fact that 90% of the hot springs are closed. That wasn’t a big deal for us, as we don’t really like public hot springs, but we just went to check it out. I feel like if I paid this amount of money expecting to have full two days of fun and relaxation in the hot springs park, and all the pools were closed, I would be super disappointed. Next thing was-our jacuzzi didn’t work. We went to the reception and reported it, and they shrugged and said “oh well, it doesn’t work”. We didn’t want to change the room over that one thing, but I felt it was really unprofessional that they didn’t even offer. The hotel is OVERCROWDED. Friday was ok, Saturday was already full to capacity, and on Sunday morning we couldn’t find a seat for breakfast in three huge dining areas. The food was average at best, but I like Chinese food, so I wasn’t disappointed that the advertised “German food” wasn’t there. Also, for a hotel of this type, where the point is soaking in the spring, enjoying and relaxing, there should be a rule for screaming, as on Saturday a family moved in just below us, and they were constantly yelling and it really affected our stay. Of course you can’t choose your neighbors, but a house rule of not screaming would be wonderful. All in all we had fun and got a good rest (the bed is soooooo comfortable!!!), but I believe it lacked many things for this price. I would call the hotel and check if the pools work or not, and make sure that everything in your room works properly.
