Il resort dispone di un interno moderno e pulito. La stanza è spaziosa con vista sulla montagna scenica dal balcone. Ci sono diverse piscina temperate di primavera calda. Alcuni piscina hanno un piccolo pavilione privato che ci è piaciuto la privacy. I miei figli amano il parco acquatico con le luci e la piscina d'onda. Raccomando altamente il cibo nel ristorante con menu ala carte! Bella cucina con ingredienti freschi. Solo delizioso! Il ristorante e il personale dell'hotel sono amichevole e professionale. Inoltre, il resort è a pochi minuti di auto dal sito popolare, Baishuizhai Waterfall! Abbiamo avuto davvero un fantastico e memorabile soggiorno Skov River Resort! \(^o^)/

Summary of Scores: Location 4/5 - Yes it has a beach front, yes it is pretty out there. We arrived at HuiDongNan (惠東南) high speed rail station and took a 50minutes ride from the station to the hotel via Didi/Taxi. The location is pretty far from the city. However, the challenge comes when trying to book a taxi on the wechat Didi app. Often there are limited drivers in the area resulting in waiting up to 30 minutes for a ride. The other down side for me will be the construction surronding the area, as it is a still developing area, construction sounds and sites are observable. Clealiness 4/5 - Overall the hotel staff is very fast and the staff work extra hard to ensure any spills, wet spots, wet marks are wiped and cleaned as soon as possible. However, in our room there is a smell of watery and humidity when we entered the room, especially the standing shower stall in the room. Service 5/5 - The front desk lady (Judy) was fast in helping us check in to the hotel. We arrived very early ~12noon, Judy helped us check to see if there were any rooms available for us to check in earlier as the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. We ended up geting the room ~12noon and with an upgrade to the 25th floor. Overall whever we approached the staff, they are very willing to help. When requesting for extra water in the room, it came within 30 minutes. Facilities 4/5 - There are many facilities and places to take photos such as the I Love Richu Sign, Swings, Reef Bar, Observation Deck, Fireworks and more. There are many places for great pictures. Besides picture opportunities, there are many faciltiies for kids, very family friendly. Whether it is shooting fireworks, kayaking along the lazy river, swimming/playing at hte shallow pools, going to the beach, there are much to do to ensure your little one is engaged all day. Given the hotel is less than 10 years old, there are some observable wears and tears in the room which can be maintained better. We got the hotel package with the breakfast, there are many varities and definitely very fitting for the Chinese population which is the majority. However, if you are expecitng a more western/international breakfast cuisine, you may need to be aware options such as cold cuts, ham, cheese, egg stations are not avaliable. While the resutaurant opens at 7:00am, the restaurant is packed with 65%-70% occupancy already at 7:30am.

La stanza non era pronta per 45 minuti, ma il personale era molto amichevole e accogliente. Il buffet di cena si chiude a 830 e le opzioni di fornitura di cibo nella zona sono limitate, tuttavia il personale cantina serale è stato più che amichevole e camminato mio amico e io al ristorante cinese sulla proprietà (chiude a 9PM) e il cibo era assolutamente fantastico !

The room is quite big, bed is big and very comfortable, television is good with all the channels, got a balcony with private spa. Front desk is very good and friendly, restaurant is surprisingly good , but breakfast was not great, can make it better with hot fried eggs and more fruit choices. Hot spring area is good, but if they have shelter even better and if there’s someone to serve the hot drinks will be perfect 😊

Questo è un bel posto per andare per una notte o due per rilassarsi. Anche un posto amichevole per gli animali domestici, quindi è ideale per me! Il desk front è davvero utile e si può aggiungerli al vostro wechat per contattarli direttamente in qualsiasi momento. Mi chiedevo se potessi avere un caldo all'interno della mia tenda, per il caffè, che potevano fornire per me. Opzioni di cena, si può scegliere il pollo caldo o il pollo caldo di pesce di latte al loro ricevimento, che si può fare da soli nella sua tenda, o digli che si desidera cucinarlo nella loro zona di cena. In caso contrario si può anche barbecue le proprie cose alla vista del campeggio. Si suggerisce di portare il vostro cibo a bbq, perché le loro scelte sono limitate. Mi hanno fornito una patata dolce quando ho chiesto, e il pollo caldo era davvero delizioso e riempimento! La tenda era pulita, comoda e ha AC. Abbiamo soggiornato nelle più piccole tende che forniscono, ed è perfetto per quello che abbiamo bisogno. Hanno un impianto di piscina aperto solo da 4:30-6:30pm. Sarebbe bello se fosse disponibile anche al mattino!! Non c'è molto da fare nella zona circostante del resort. Puoi pescare, andare a passeggiare attraverso la foresta lungo il fiume. Suggerisco di prendere alcune cose di attività per fare come badminton o altri giochi da tavolo, ecc. Ci sono grandi aree di gioco per i bambini, e gli slidi divertenti sono incorporati nei disegni di alcune delle camere. Ci sono molti tipi diversi di strutture di tenda e alcuni hanno una bella privacy guardando il flusso e hanno alcuni tubi caldi di primavera (pool di immersione). Le piccole tende non hanno privacy, ma sono adeguate per un breve soggiorno in natura. We had a bad surprise a soon as we checked in. The room we booked was at a House aside from the hotel (there are thousands of them) and the house have 3 floors, you have to take your luggage up the stairs, depending on which floor you are. The size of the room is much smaller than they say (30-40 sqd meters) cause they show a living room in the pictures, but this is a common area for all the rooms in that house. They have carpet in the rooms and as permitted to smoke, the smell is heavy and dirty and we all got sick from sleeping 3 nights there. Because of that we even left one day before our schedule, loosing the money from the last night we didn’t use. The balcony and bathroom’s doors are glass made, so you get huge light inside the all night. We asked some fabric to try to cover it, but didn’t help much. The outdoors activities are fun, and the staff is very organized and helpful. It’s worth to visit a day, not to sleep in. I’m very disappointed with our experience. One more thing that bothers us is that every morning after breakfast they gave treats asking for us to write good reviews.

設施： 房間裝修還不錯，設施都挺新的，建議訂雙床房會比大床房大一些，多一個沙發。廁所也挺大的，不過沒有衣櫃，衹能掛行李台上不太方便。 環境： 被羣山環繞，房間就可以看到鬱鬱葱葱的山景。 服務： 還可以，有求必應。路上碰到服務員也會打招呼。 遊樂設施： 當初選這個酒店就是看中它270平的超大室內遊樂場，確實很好玩，娃丟進去一下午都出不來，裏面玩的東西也很豐富，堪比Meland了。 温泉一般，池子比較少也很小，而且在半山坡上。 頂樓還有個無邊泳池，拍照挺好看的。 酒店附近有個景點叫石河奇觀，走過去大概5分鐘，很適合徒步，有“小九寨”之稱，碧綠的溪水還挺漂亮的，夏天可以來溯溪。 餐飲： 早餐種類不多，味道也一般，有個現做的腸粉還行。 正餐的話可以去附近的農家樂吃。 總的來説體驗感還是很不錯，非常適合一家老小來度假遊玩。

I was searching for hotels serving dinner buffet and breakfast with a reasonable room rate near 从化. I have two little girls, 2 and 4 years old. On the previous day, we stayed at Regal resort. Of course, compared to Regal resort, this hotel is not that good condition. It is old and located in old town (it seemed like that. I’m not sure tho) we even waited almost 1 hr to get check-in cuz most of rooms are not cleaned and ready. However, my daughters enjoyed so much water slides and kids pools. Pools are small and cozy also these seem local. There are various menus of dinner buffet but the restaurant was crowded. Yet, the room rate is so cheap! I shouldn’t complain anything 😝

La mia camera è stata una suite di lusso con bagno privato (circa 3000 hkd per due notti, compreso il colazione). L'hardware è certamente eccezionale. Tuttavia, quando si tratta di servizio è sotto standard: 1) il servizio front desk era povero senza saluti come il ragazzo della campana. I funzionari front desk erano infelice senza contatto oculare quando parlano con voi. Non c'era ospitalità in alcun modo; 2) colazione - la qualità del cibo e del servizio non erano fino a 4 o 5 stelle. La tavola non era pulita, il personale era quasi inamici, tranne una donna manager e un personale, tutti i dipendenti stava sbrigando il loro compito e non si salutava. Credo che la gestione dell'hotel debba motivare il proprio personale, altrimenti la gente non tornerà. 3) Amnezie - camera è una suite di lusso con bagno privato, sedia da massaggio, cucina, tavolo da pranzo e letto regina.Il tubo non era molto pulito, con acqua divisa. Uno spreco come il loro servizio non soddisfava lo standard di ciò che si prevede di essere Un resort 5 stelle. (L'ambiente, il giardino erano ben decorati in realtà) La piscina calda di primavera è ben nota, ma ho provato così non posso commentare. Non tornerò a questo resort, se il servizio dell'hotel non è migliorato. E non consiglierei i viaggiatori con bambini che cercano un resort familiare e buon servizio. P.S. : Parcheggio spazioso e gratuito
