Sono venuto a festeggiare il mio compleanno e ho avuto un bel tempo.Tutti sorridono di te. Anche loro hanno un torto. Pro: -Il servizio è super veloce e si sente come il lusso. - La piscina interna era grande e molto pulita. - La giornata ha avuto dei formatori. - La colazione era enorme con veg e non veg. -centro della città ancora così tranquillo - Il letto è enorme e le camere sono spaziose - iPad con molta alta tecnologia - Espresso doveva farlo, ma vi daranno aiuto. - buon Wi-Fi - parcheggio falso Con: Chiesto di pulire la stanza tardi la sera, ma non l'ha fatto. I controlli TV in iPad per altre applicazioni di intrattenimento sono duri . (può fornire anche un controllo TV normale extra

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. It's a government hotel and not a private property. Don't trust the pictures. Room are very shady and not clean at all The room was poorly maintained with worn-out fittings and uncomfortable beds. Few lights won't work, taps and all don't function, the ***ager are unethical and not well ***nered, GENERAL ***AGER is still a decent guy (but always bzy and a guest safety and concern is not his priority) To make things worse, I had cash stolen from my wallet and beer bottles stolen from my fridge during my stay. When i asked them that this has happened ...they bluntly and rudely said ...we are also government employee u go and do police complaint , we will ***age the police ....i was shocked to know this To worsen the situation, as soon as we went to the reception to checkout, they made us sir ...i thought they will talk about this and we will close the issue, instead i see cops and both the GM and ***ager went off and made me sit with police all the time during checkout. They only called police and forced me to give my written complain now, giving complaint was my choice and they can't put guests into this trouble... However my only ask esk to make sure that the safety of future guests is taken care was the safety of guests (that's it) , but instead they called cops and put customer into such a trouble during a holiday who would want this trouble , police inquired us more than the staff ...only we were question and not the hotel staff , other hotels would have given comfort to guest and resolved things professionally , this ***ager (***ager MURUGAN was too rude and very unprofessional) instead called police and made scene out of such a petty issue of few thousand bucks and a beer bottle and The ***agement was unhelpful and unprofessional, displaying rude behavior and a complete lack of concern for my safety and well-being. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel and suggest the ***agement take immediate steps to improve their security measures and staff training. Also, please note on below There are too ***y rules at the property, the food is pathetic , pool is not clean and worst part the beach is allowed to be accessed only till 6.30 pm (the sunset starts at 5.30 and than u r asked to rush back to the property before 6.30) Rooms are very shady, they are not maintained. You will be scared to speak to the ***agers during your stay, all your asks would be rudely answered . I had seen reaction of so ***y guests talking about rude ***agers and staff Don't buy this beach view and all....apart from beach everything else is bad and the property is very far from city centre and ***ior tourist spots almost 21 kms (takes around 40 mints by car)

The stay was great, my son enjoyed the stay. He enojyed the Hospitality of staff. The restaurant was good and he liked the food. He slept well as the bedding was fine. He also had a swim in the pool. Over all great place to spend time. The only problem was the ventilation. There was no way you could get fresh air.

Il mio arrivo ha dimostrato che il vostro hotel si sforza di eccellenza in tutti gli aspetti. Il livello di comfort che ho vissuto durante il mio soggiorno è stato davvero notevole. L'attenzione ai dettagli della decorazione della stanza, la pulizia e l'atmosfera generale hanno contribuito a un ambiente incredibilmente rilassante e piacevole. Ogni membro della squadra che incontrai andava oltre e sopra per assicurarmi che le mie esigenze fossero soddisfatte e che il mio soggiorno fosse memorabile. Il loro professionalismo, amicizia e volontà di aiutare creavano un ambiente caldo e accogliente che mi faceva sentire a casa. Inoltre, sono stato profondamente impressionato dalla gamma di servizi e servizi offerti dal vostro hotel. Sia che si tratti delle piacevoli opzioni alimentari, del centro fitness ben attrezzato, o delle strutture spa rigiovane, tutto è stato progettato con la massima considerazione e qualità. Mi ha davvero migliorato l'esperienza generale e mi ha aggiunto il livello di comfort che mi sentivo durante il mio soggiorno.

Salve! Questo è Sarangabani, Io darò il rating a tutte le persone in questo hotel. Reception = 10/10 Pulizia (Beatness) = 10/10 Acqua calda = 10/10 Sicurezza = 10/10 Lavanderia = 9/10 Servizio = 9/10 Parcheggio = 8/10 Wifi = 9/10 NOTA : Se si visita la pulizia, può scegliere questo hotel.Questo hotel vi soddisfa (10/10). Se hai bisogno di qualsiasi tipo di cibo, chiedi solo alla reception che ti suggeriranno.Se sei un turista di questo pudding, chiedi alla reception che ti guideranno, senza perdere tempo. Quando lascio questo hotel, Sono molto grato al proprietario di questo Signature Inn. Per aggiungere, la posizione dell'hotel è molto adatta per andare in qualsiasi posto in pondicherry e a pochi passi dalla stazione Main Bus. Sono così soddisfatto del soggiorno e sicuramente consigliere i miei amici e la mia famiglia.Infine;Grazie Signature Inn ...:-)
