Anche se la stanza non è grande, ma è molto pulita, la piazza del tetto è molto buona e il servizio è molto attento. La testa del caricatore del cellulare è sbagliata. Il cameriere ha preso in prestito tutta la notte per ringraziarlo!

Five star experience Torre Mar is truly a 5 star experience if you are looking to travel to Galapagos. From the moment I sent a note to inquire about costs, the owners were extremely responsive and helpful. One of the great things they do is set up some zoom calls to get to know you, your interests and your “must dos” while based on Santa Cruz Island. We stayed in a two bedroom suite, which was perfect and absolutely lovely. It was nice to be able to relax in the living room in the evenings or on the fourth floor terrace. The room was spotless, furniture comfortable, and price unbeatable. You can walk quickly to a wide variety of restaurants throughout Santa Cruz. Donna and John helped us arrange our excursions six months in advance, and created an itinerary to be envied. We were able to see plazas, North Seymour, Bartolome and the highlands. On a free day, when we struggled to make our way back from Tortuga Bay, John was right there to help. He made sure we felt at home in Puerto Ayora. Also - they help arrange your transfer from Baltra island when you land and when you depart. Bolivar was amazing! I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Torre Mar is and how they go above and beyond for their guests.

We (me, my wife and our 5Y old daughter) stayed in Capitan Max B&B for five nights and it was literally perfect - best lodging experience in Ecuador hands down. After booking the room one of the hosts (Lourdes) contacted me and shared all the information I needed when arriving in Galapagos and she also offered a selection of tours we could take once on the islands. We booked two day tours and one tour on the island through them (incl. pick-up from the airport) and with her suggestions, we were able to see exactly what we came there for. The tours were done by respectable companies, everything went very smoothly and the pricing was fair. So I would definitely suggest organizing your day trips through them as well, no need to waste your time searching online or on the main street, you probably won't get a better offer. When we arrived, we were greeted and taken care of by the friendliest guy you ever meet - mr Pedro. He had some very good tips on the Santa Cruz island hotspots and how to get around town, he made a delicious breakfast, helped us with all the questions and even let us use his personal computer so we could participate on our parliamentary elections! Thank you so much! The room was clean and very nice, the hammock in a room was of course the instant favorite of our girl. The cleaning lady was placing her dolls in different places every day after she cleaned the room so every time we arrived from our day trip or a hike, our daughter could not wait to see where her dolls are this time. It was a nice game and it showed that all of the staff added something extra to our experience. B&B is situated just a few blocks (minutes) from marina and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby so you could not find a better spot to stay in Puerto Ayora. And you should also check out a little lagoon that is just around the corner - we were able to see sea turtles, seals and a lot of fish swimming there and the birdlife was also nice. So all of this review is a big praise to Capitan Max B&B and I feel it is justified. My regular reviews are not that exuberant but this time there literally was nothing they could have done better. They exceeded our expectations in many ways and made our Galapagos trip very memorable. When we talk about our trip then besides all the fantastic highlights of the nature that the archipelago offers, we always mention our lodging. So if you are going to stay in Puerto Ayora for some nights, then the only excuse why you should not stay in Capitan Max B&B is that they are fully booked on these dates.

Cucuve è una piccola stanza, non molto spazio per niente oltre il letto. Per quanto riguarda i coni, ci sono molti, che probabilmente mi avrebbe fermato a scegliere questo posto rispetto a tutto il resto. 1. Prezzi decepzionali - Ho prenotato online attraverso il loro sito web fornito Nuvolous Beds, e è stato citato 74 dollari a notte. Quando arrivo, trovo che ”accettino” carte di credito, ma si prega di pagare un'ulteriore commissione di 10 dollari per notte, portandomi a 84 dollari per notte. Questo è completamente sconosciuto fino a quando non ci arrivate. 2. Mancanza di acqua - Dopo aver pagato 84 per notte, si è fornito circa 1 litro di acqua in una caffetteria, ma si prevede di andare a prendere il proprio. Posso capire se questo è un ostello di bilancio, ma ancora una volta. 3. Non c'è colazione inclusa nonostante la pubblicità chiara - ho prenotato attraverso loro Il sito web di nuvola, che chiaramente indica il free American breakfast, mi disse, tuttavia, all’arrivo, che il colazione non era incluso e che io pagava un prezzo più basso e non ricevevo il colazione come risultato. Ho avuto un soggiorno per 2 notti in questa villa, con una bella vista, è un bellissimo posto, con la prima stanza, sono andato a celebrare il mio compleanno di matrimonio, il jacuzzi, la piscina e il mare si uniscono in una forma magistral, tutto perfetto. E ancora più importante per la gente dell'hotel, il personale è meraviglioso, ho avuto un incidente il primo giorno e mi hanno messo un gatto, quindi i miei piani sono stati cambiati per questa emergenza. Sono arrivato prima del check-in autorizzato, ma per le condizioni, hanno accettato di ricevermi prima e hanno preso tutto per potermi ospitare dal primo giorno, da lì in più mi hanno offerto solo aiuto le volte che avevo bisogno di lui, Non importa quanta e ora, la verità è un servizio straordinario, lo consiglio mille volte.

Il bellissimo hotel di famiglia! Tutti vanno di sopra e di là per farti sentire comodo e a casa. La bellissimo famiglia che guida l'hotel è così utile! Il padre mi ha aiutato a prenotare tutte le tour e il trasporto nelle isole Galapagos. La mamma è e stupenda cuoca e mi ha fornito i migliori pasti che abbia mai avuto nelle isole! Come una sola donna che non posso raccomandare questo posto abbastanza, mi sono sentito completamente sicuro e confortevole! La posizione è un po ' fuori dal centro della città, ma rende perfetto per iniziare o completare la tua tour delle isole Galapagos, un hotel molto tranquillo e tranquillo in una bella posizione!
