Mio marito e io siamo stati a Fairfield, a casa nostra dalla Florida. L'hotel è stato rinnovato. Il lobby e la stanza usata per il colazione complementare sono molto bello e moderno. Il colazione stesso era molto buono - molte scelte e tutto era fresco. La stanza che avevamo era piccola ma molto comoda. La stanza sembra essere stata recentemente rinnovata e molto bello. Il mobilio in camera era confortevole e conciso. Il letto era molto confortevole. In futuro saremmo sicuramente tornati a questo hotel.

The hotel staff was amazing! Every question was answered & every ask was met with kindness. The people here are true problem solvers & so helpful. Special shoutout to Tom who dealt with many crazy requests as we were dealing with logistical challenges & a lost wallet. Very thankful we stayed here!!

Immediately upon checking in I was overcharged by $300 for my already booked stay. Staff tried to explain the days rates and said I was being only charged for $75 cleaning fee, but swiping my debit card I wasn't given an option to type in my pin and was immediately charged $851. The staff were very combative with myself and another guest who was checking out and they were also overcharged for their stay. They explained they had a system error and thats why we were overcharged. I was already upset because I was to be in town for a full week and this overcharged stay took most of the money I was going to use for that. I checked in and went to my room. The room was dirty with smudges and dirty fingerprints on the windows, tv, and bathroom light switch was caked in dirt. The bathroom shower had mold in the tile and the baseboards has hair and dirt build up from obviously not cleaning. The duvet had multiple areas of dried blood and hair on the mattress. For a Delta Marriott I expected way higher standards and was not given that with my stay. After discovering the blood I decided to check out the same day, staff couldn'tv give me a receipt and told me they would call me first thing the next morning to confirm I would be getting my full refund but could not tell me when I would get my overcharged stay back. They never called and when I called them the staff were extremely rude and told me in they already explained the day prior I would get my money back and I would just have to wait. I ended up having to contact my bank and report this for fraud considering it had been multiple days of the charge pending on my account with the money gone. I would highly recommend anyone avoid this hotel, lest you want to get scammed and harassed by staff.

We checked in and went to our room. Our room was very clean and nice. We were told to use the parking garage that the hotel shares with Target. Parking garage was very well lit. We had no worries. We left for the evening, came back and as we were pulling into the garage, a lady told us to not go up there as there have been 9-10 cars broken into. Then we were told by another lady to definitely not go up any farther. We turned around and exited the parking garage. There was a police officer sitting at a near by gas station, we pulled up to her and let her know there had been car break ins in the garage. She told us there is a 50/50 chance that will happen there and that since they had already been there once that night, they probably wouldn’t be back. We found a place to park along the road and went inside the hotel. We informed the worker at the front desk that there had been break-in’s in the parking garage and he said he had been notified, but we could tell he was not concerned about it at all!!! We went up and grabbed our stuff and left! Terrible experience. Not a safe area to leave your car!

I used to stay frequently and then stopped coming for a while because the service wasn't as good but glad I decided o stay again. They have new staff and management and you can tell the difference. Everyone was so kind and friendly and the place was amazingly clean and refreshing. Breakfast was awesome and I will definitely be coming back in the future.
