Appartamenti, piscina e giardini, senza scena puliti, 2 bellissime piscina da scegliere. I proprietari erano utili e amichevoli, auto una buona idea, anche se come 4 abbiamo usato taxi, eccellente valore e ristoranti e negozi meno di 5 euro. Supermercato camminare in 30 minuti ma molto occupato strada così essere attento. Godetevi il nostro soggiorno. Solo negativo è stata la mancanza di un cambiamento di tovagliolo a mezza settimana come promesso nel lavoro di carta/ la vasca da bagno poteva essere anche vuota. Questo non ha influenzato il nostro soggiorno, saremo tornati, bellissimo luogo di soggiorno.

we had booked here for 6 nights - we ended up leaving on the 3rd night! place is out the way of everything, we had to use ubers everyday to go anywhere, there and back and then there and back going out for dinner again. nothing about the place, 5/10 min walk to nearest shop. We arrived at reception to be told we had to pay 200 euros deposit, either by cash or credit card.( no debit allowed!) we had to take 200 euros out our holiday cash leaving us short for the week. this wasn't stated anywhere before coming. The apartment room was full of ants, we arrived later on the first night so went straight to bed, woke up to ants all over our beds, floor, wardrobes and on the kitchen worktops. tried sweeping all these out the patio, but no they just multiplied as the night went on! Went to reception to tell them of the situation, lady just shrugged her shoulders and said ' nature is a wonderful thing' , as if deal with it, she said she would note down for a cleaner to come in the morning, no cleaner appeared the next day! Went for a shower for the first time after feeling so dirty in this apartment, 5 minute shower managed to flood the entire apartment, poured all out the shower seals and into bedroom living room etc, entire place was up to our ankles in water , drainage obviously does not work. we had to put on our shoes to walk about, use all our towels to try and soak this up. there was a mop in the bathroom, so we spent half the day trying to mop this up and sweeping ants, lovley holiday doing the cleaners job! no cleaner arrived the full time we were there, no new towels provided, no toilet roll, no soaps, had to go get our own. I started to get a rash, either from the ants or the dirty water we were walking in! We had enough i felt ill, we asked reception to move us room, she said i have no rooms it is fully booked i cant do anything. contacted our holiday provider who was also no help. we ended up packing up and leaving, finding another hotel , having to spend yet more money, didnt get any refund off the hotel for the nights we didnt stay, and missed out on our transfers as they wouldnt come to our new hotel. albuferia is such a lovley place but this hotel just ruined our holiday for us! stay elsewhere!
