Situazione ideale rispetto al centro di Beaune. Abbiamo ereditato una camera al riva di chaussée che dà sulla strada principale. Come il giorno dopo era «giorno di mercato» ci siamo trovati con un camion davanti alla finestra che ci impediva completamente di aprire finestre e particelle con odori di gas di scarico (diesel) nella stanza. Nessun avvertimento della direzione o parola d’escusa sulla situazione. Dammi e delusi! Data del soggiorno: 7-8 aprile 2023

As other reviewers have commented, this hotel provides an extremely convenient and quiet stop from the motorway. The hotel building is charming and authentic as are the grounds, but other aspects are severely lacking. We first stayed in May 2022 and on this occasion the light immediately outside the room wasn’t working. We asked the owner if it could be fixed as it was impossible to unlock the door without resorting to the torch on our iPhones, but he just shrugged and declared it not possible because it was a Sunday(?). The second time, we stayed in a duplex suite. Upon arrival we tried to switch on the A/C which didn’t work, so asked the owner if it could be fixed. He explained that we could either have heating or A/C, as it wasn’t possible to have both working at the same time. We confirmed that we would like the A/C as the bed was in the eaves and it was very stuffy. He told us not to worry and that it would be sorted. Of course it was no surprise to us to find that he hadn’t fixed it, and after the light incident the previous year, it just didn’t seem worth the hassle to ask again. To compound the issue, the skylight would open, but then not close again properly. This property has potential, but is poorly maintained with an owner who doesn’t seem to care about his guests’ needs The decor is tired and breakfast is adequate, but not great for the €18 per head. We won’t return.

Abbiamo cercato un Hotel al centro di Beaune ed abbiamo trovato quello perfetto; pulito,con parcheggio,con tutti i confort vicino ai posti principali raggiungibili a piedi. Anche se abbiamo trovato dei lavori di ristrutturazione in corso,non hanno intralciato con il nostro soggiorno. Il letto comodo,nel bagno molto pulito una bellissima doccia grande! Mi è piaciuto sulla scrivania la numerazione della guida tv dei canali di ogni nazione. Caffè The bollitore,l’unico difetto che ho trovato è stato il piumone nel letto,nel mese di luglio era un po’eccessivo. All’entrata si potevano assaggiare dei piccoli croissant al cioccolato.. siamo stati bene,lo consiglio!

My friend and I enjoyed a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very light and airy (I enjoyed a window that I could open with a view of the valley). Lovely bathroom, spacious tub with a shower (request a tub rug so you don't slip on the surface), soft towels and robes (although they're made for thin guests - I recommend to the hotel they stock some robes that are roomier). The hotel offers a warm and inviting area for drinks from the well-stocked bar and the staff, from the front desk, the concierge, and the bartender are all very friendly and at all times, helpful. Upon my departure, the concierge explained to the cab driver that I would need help getting my luggage up to the platform at the Beaune train station. The drive from the hotel to the train station is approximately ten minutes. The restaurant offers a wonderful array of breakfast items. Hot and cold, including delicious croissants and homemade breads to toast. Regarding the adjacent spa, it pains me to write, I was terribly disappointed in the massage I received upon my arrival. If you are accustomed to a spa that with showers and all the amenities that a five star hotel would normally offer, do not book this spa. My masseuse did not speak English. It took ten minutes for her to understand that I didn't want the table heated. Other than this disappointing experience, the hotel was excellent and I would return. The Michelin star restaurant, Clos du Cedre, also adjacent to the hotel was amazing. Highly recommend this excellent restaurant.

Questo è un ottimo hotel. È molto ben situato vicino all'autostrada ma lontano abbastanza da essere tranquillo. Ha una buona piscina e ristorante. La posizione è ideale per fermarsi sul sentiero verso sud o per tornare al Regno Unito. Sempre occupato ma non aveva mai avuto problemi di ottenere una tavola per il cibo o utilizzando la piscina. Le camere sono pulite e ben attrezzate. Ha un parco auto sicuro che è un bonus. Il personale parla carichi di lingue. La stazione di benzina Carrefour vicino è ideale per riempire prima di viaggiare. Molto consiglio questo hotel. Ho intenzione di tornare a visitare la zona locale ma non ancora.
