Poor service throughout! Most disappointing. We requested a double bed, the room had 2 singles. We asked for them to be put together, impossible! We asked for tea/ coffee facilities in the room , impossible. We asked to have our light lunch on the patio, impossible. The swimming pool area has zero service, no tea, coffee, drinks etc. The pool area is poorly maintained. You have to ask for a code at reception to use the ground floor toilet. These people have zero concept of ”service”

Trovo la stanza molto pulita e con una buona vista

Sono molto insoddisfatto che l'assistenza alberghiera sia industriale e scarsamente umanizzata, e questo hotel, alla fine, è profondamente inumana. In pochi giorni, entro la stessa settimana, ho soggiornato 3 giorni all'Hotel Infanta Cristina e ho apprezzato il suo compartimento e il trattamento shumano. Ho dovuto stampare 2 pagine di un tipo di scrittura MANIFESTA a favore della Città di JAEN davanti all'UNESCO e mi hanno avvertito della possibile cattiva qualità della stampa e, nonostante ciò, del prelievo di 10 milioni di euro per ogni pagina, Un messaggio chiaramente contrario alla necessità del cliente; ovviamente non ho fatto l'impressione, sono andato in un hotel alternativo (dove non ero nemmeno ospite e mi hanno fatto l'impressione gratuita e sulla marcia. La prenotazione è stata effettuata anche per 2 persone, ma la seconda non ha potuto viaggiare e ospitare**** per la morte di un familiare diretto, chiedendo un indennizzo per il pagamento superiore effettuato, con una colazione non contratta, La risposta è che ”non è possibile, perché la prenotazione del grossista non permette modifiche”. Cercherò di tenere conto del trattamento ricevuto per future prenotazioni.

Booked this hotel as a base to visit Baeza/Ubeda/Jaen and it was perfect for what we wanted. Clean, modern hotel close to the motorways (which you don't hear) to the 3 cities mentioned before. But also only a bit more than an hour to Granada and Cordoba. Massive free parking lot available. Probably because this hotel seems very popular to host wedding parties. And unlike the motorway. These can be heard from your room even with the sliding door closed. As it was April and the weather not that great it didn't bother me though. 2 big positives were the mattresses and pillows. Where normally in Spain I utterly hate the pillows. These were marvelous. The memoryfoam provides good support while one of the others provides height. Combined with lovely mattresses gave me the best sleep in ages. Better than my own bed. The breakfast is a good buffet style, in (again) a modern designed room. However the accoustics are not that great. So if I had to come up with a downside it would be the echo chamber that is the breakfast room. If I'd ever return to visit Jaen I would without a doubt come back here

Das Hotel Europa verfügt über sehr saubere Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Flachbild-TV. An der Sauberkeit der sanitären Anlagen gab es nichts zu meckern. Es war alles sehr sauber. Pflegeprodukte waren auch vorhanden. Das Bett war auch sehr sauber. Die Zimmer können nur mit einer Schlüsselkarte betreten werden und sind somit sehr sicher. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich; jedoch sprechen nur einige Mitarbeiter englisch. 24Stunden Rezeption. Kreditkartenzahlung ist auch möglich. Es sind sogar zwei Computer für Gäste vorhanden. Das Hotel ist behindertengerecht eingerichtet, da ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden ist. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich zusätzlich eine Rampe für Rollstuhlfahrer. Parkplätze sind nicht vorhanden. Man kann aber sein Auto im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus abstellen. Das Parkhaus hat rund um die Uhr geöffnet. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen, Kirchen, Restaurants und Cafe können zu Fuss erreicht werden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gibt es auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Leider gab es bei diesem Hotel auch ein paar Mängel. Das im Zimmer befindliche Bett war für meine Körpergrösse von 196 Zentimeter etwas zu kurz. Ausserdem gab es technische Probleme mit der Klimaanlage. Am laufenden Band fiel die Klimaanlage aus. Die Mitarbeiter konnten dieses Problem auch nicht beheben. Sehr enttäuscht war ich über das Frühstück. Ich hatte das Hotel mit Frühstück gebucht. Im Hotel wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, das es erst um 7.30 Uhr Frühstück gibt. Das ist für mich leider zu spät gewesen. Auf meine Bitte sahen sich die Mitarbeiter nicht in der Lage, bereits um 6.30 Uhr ein Frühstück anzubieten. Es gab lediglich eine Tasse Kaffee. Das ist sehr enttäuschend, da ich früh abreisen musste.

Hotel deludente nel centro di Jaen. Molto difficile da trovare anche con sat nav, poiché la maggior parte del centro è un sistema monostrada con numerose restrizioni di traffico. Il parcheggio è in un garage sotterraneo a circa 50 metri dall'hotel e è a pagamento. La nostra piccola stanza aveva bisogno di un sacco di TLC. mobili datati, fori nella parete, una cassaforte che non funzionava, socket senza energia e patetico aria condizionata. Ci rimase solo una notte, altrimenti avremmo chiesto un cambiamento. La colazione ha un menu molto limitato e si deve ottenere caffè, tè ecc da una macchina di vendita (non è un costo), in tutto una esperienza di sottostandard e una che non vorremmo ripetere.
