When I entered the room, I put a comforter from home on the bed, covered all carpet with waterproof pads, used a ”fencing” to prevent my 2 dogs from being able to even get near the bed and they slept in their crates. We were only there to sleep and nothing else as we left before 7 every morning and back at bed time. The first morning I had a shower and water got on the bathroom floor. I wiped it up with a towel and it was black. That day I went to the store and purchased Lysol wipes and cleaned the bathroom floor that night. We found two bobby pins, a hair elastic and a ball of human hair. The pillow smelled like ”sardines”. When we checked out, I made sure I mentioned it to the desk clerk so that she would make sure that it was cleaned a bit better. (Never mind no internet and TV was grainy and old but we didn't care as we weren't there much). Low and behold I get a call on the day of checkout that they are keeping my $200 deposit (I had already paid a $50 pet fee!). They sent me a picture of a couple hairs on the white sheet. Nothing else to justify these ”damages” and reason for keeping the deposit! I sent pictures of all of the stuff that I used to protect their room. Denied the refund! Read the reviews and notice that this is the experience of many people on here.

Questo resort è stato molto raccomandato dai miei amici, ma a mio parere era tutto a posto; tuttavia, il servizio clienti era eccellente! Il personale era molto professionale, cortese, utile e gentile. Il servizio in camera era veloce anche il lungo fine settimana della Familia! Il ristorante allegato al resort aveva una grande selezione di buffet e le cameriere si sono spostate per piacere e trattare tutti nella nostra famiglia! Le piscine non erano così calde come volevamo (ci pioveva mentre nelle sorgenti calde ci sentivamo freddi nonostante le piscine all'aperto riscaldate), le camere erano antiquate per un ristorante e per il prezzo per notte. Il centro di interesse è stato il pranzo e il buffet per colazione!

I spent 4 nights in the king suite with jacuzzi (2 rooms the size of an apartment, each with a fridge, coffee set up, full bathroom, TV, and fireplace). Full balcony with view of Mt. Baker was a great treat for morning coffee, and can be accessed from either room. It was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and cleaning staff were on top of everything. The included breakfast is a cafe like room with 2-3 staff to keep it running, including muffins, fruit, waffle-maker with toppings, yoghurt with parfait toppings, and hot breakfast items (scrambled eggs and sausage). I used the fitness centre, which wasn't large, but well-equipped - ball, pulley weights, treadmill, etc. Restaurant on site is large and has a nice heated balcony. There's also a Starbucks, Blenz, convenience store, and grocery very close by.

Questo hotel è in gran parte senza personale, siamo arrivati tardi alla notte dopo 36 ore di viaggio per trovare il codice di entrata di sicurezza non funziona, e nessuno risponde all'Hotel Emergency fuori servizio. Alla fine abbiamo rintracciato qualcuno dopo un'ora di stressante pensiero 1/2 che dormeremmo in strada. La stanza stessa era datata, la lana indossata dalla tavola superiore ecc, ma funzionale, e pulito ... ma leggere. Abbiamo soggiornato 7 notti e nonostante chiesto che la stanza fosse rinfrescata due volte, Les il manager non ha mai avuto problemi a organizzarlo, così abbiamo passato tutta la settimana con gli stessi asciugamani e letto, molto lazy!! È un posto ereditato da una prossima generazione che non ha le competenze o l'interesse dei loro genitori. Una nota positiva ci sono stati comodi dormire, su un buon letto. Quindi se stai cercando un bilancio di base, non rimani qui.

Stayed at the property for one night at the start of a road trip. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway. Check-in was efficient and friendly and there is ample parking in front of the hotel. We were provided with a king room on the third floor. The room was spacious, well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The bedding and pillows were high quality and soft. The room had a large fridge and ample storage space. We had dinner in the adjacent White Spot which was good. This hotel is perfect for a stop over, I would stay here again!
