Vietnam: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Lam Dong

Ho un soggiorno fantastico e buona esperienza durante il soggiorno. L'hotel è lo stesso che mostrato in foto sembra elegante e antico, ma la condizione è buona. Il servizio dal personale è fantastico, siamo ben serviti dal personale poliziotto che è sempre pronto ad aiutare. Prima del soggiorno, ho avvicinato il personale per la decorazione della stanza per la mia proposta al mio partner, il personale è responsabile e il risultato è soddisfatto. Una buona varietà di cibo per colazione e tempo di tè, anche, le esperienze globali sono fantastiche

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.

The highlight of this hotel is, without question, the warm swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Not just because it is beautiful, but because it opens at 5:30 AM. While the rest of the family is still asleep, you can enjoy one of the rarest travel luxuries: warm water, fresh morning air, sunrise light, and complete silence. That alone made this stay unforgettable. 🕠 Warm Pool Hours The warm swimming pool (3rd floor) is open from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM — and this is easily the hotel’s greatest luxury. Early opening hours make it perfect for peaceful morning swims and a quiet coffee before the day begins. 🍽 Breakfast Hours Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 3rd floor. The selection was generous and varied, with excellent soups, delicious desserts, and enough options to make every breakfast feel like a treat rather than a routine hotel buffet. ☕ Afternoon Tea Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the 3rd floor — a lovely and thoughtful touch that adds charm to the stay and makes the hotel feel more refined and welcoming. 🌅 Location & View The view is beautiful, and the location was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Being close to the cable car was a huge advantage for us and made exploring especially easy and convenient. 💛 Service The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Service felt polished, caring, and consistently helpful — the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly comfortable. 🔎 What Could Be Improved What keeps this hotel from being exceptional is not the service, but the housekeeping supervision and room maintenance. A few small details slightly affected the overall impression: • the vanity table in our room had visible stains • the shower head was leaking • in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor, there is a beautiful decorative plant, but the dust on its leaves was impossible to ignore These are small things, but details matter — especially in a hotel that otherwise feels so close to being truly outstanding. Still, this is a hotel I would happily return to — for the warm morning pool, the excellent breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere, and that rare feeling of quiet comfort.

Questo hotel ha fatto una grande differenza positiva nel nostro viaggio dalat. L'hotel era molto pulito, e il senso dell'ospitalità era costantemente sentito in tutta l'equipaggio dal desk front e portatori al personale di custodia. Tutti hanno mostrato una vera mente di servizio, che ci ha fatto sentire immediatamente comodi e benvenuti. Grazie a questo hotel, la nostra esperienza complessiva in Dalat è stata notevolmente migliorata. Usando questo hotel come base ci ha consentito di godere pienamente della città, e ha davvero migliorato la qualità del nostro viaggio. La prossima volta, mi piacerebbe prenotare una stanza un po' più grande e restare di nuovo.Posso dire con fiducia che una parte importante di ciò che ha reso così memorabile il nostro viaggio dalat era avere questo hotel come base di casa. Molto raccomandato.

Th location is definitely closer to nature. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are nice and helpful. Note that there's limited variety of food for breakfast on weekdays which is understandable.

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno di due notti al resort. Le camere erano spaziose e pulite, anche se ho trovato un po’ di anatre sul desk. La progettazione del bagno poteva essere migliorata, perché si era inclinata a diventare un po’ bagnata dopo il bagno, creando qualche inconveniente. Ogni notte, il resort ci sorprende con i dolci trattamenti locali, che sono stati un bel toccamento. Personalmente, non ero un fan del design del resort; gli alberi sopraccigliati lo facevano sentire un po’ inghiottito, e sembravano che ci fossero molti insetti e mosquiti intorno. La piscina era grande e calda, rendendola piacevole per nuotare, e la spiaggia era ben mantenuta. Il servizio per colazione si è concluso alle 10:30 e quando sono arrivato alle 9:00, c'era meno cibo che prima. Mi piaceva la crema bruciata, ma non è stato riempito dopo. Inoltre, il personale non sembrava molto attento in questo periodo; dovevo ricordargli di pulire la mia pila di piastrelle, così potevo continuare a mangiare. Inoltre, il servizio era in generale abbastanza buono. Potrei considerare di tornare se visitassi ancora Mui Ne.

I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

Non c'è ascensore, quindi se viaggiare con bagagli grandi e pesanti, devi sottolineare questo.. La notte, le luci nella zona comune della villa erano troppo scuro, soprattutto la scala. Dovremmo solo aggiungere qualche luce sensore. Una proposta amichevole per voi di mettere un contatore e un personale vicino all'ingresso. Quando arrivo, devo portare il mio bagaglio nella scala al lobby per controllare l'entrata. Dopo di che, portarono il mio bagaglio al bug e lasciarono dietro il mio bagaglio al lobby. Inoltre, sarebbe più bello se qualcuno ci salutasse all'arrivo, ma non c'è nessuno. Fortunatamente il profumo di lilie al lobby lo fa. La colazione era buona. L'ambiente era bella. Le letti e le mutande sono comodi. Rispondere alla norma internazionale della catena. Il cibo al ristorante cinese vicino all'hotel è decente ma non molto autentico.
