A newly opened hotel perched high on the hill — just 4 or 5 months old — where you can proudly say you were among its very first guests. Communication can be quite a challenge here, but the lovely lady at the front desk makes everything easier with her kindness and warm smile. She’s truly a gem. Not to forget the resourceful concierge lady as well. So sorry I never got your name! On the less pleasant side — I was charged for something I didn’t have. The hotel insists they didn’t, but my credit card statement clearly says otherwise. Hopefully, my money is being put to good use somewhere! :) Now, if you’re seeking an unforgettable experience — of the not-so-relaxing kind — head to the front desk and look for the younger guy with curly hair. If he tells you, “I got you a good room,” don’t believe it. And if it gets noisy outside and you can hear people talking, just close the window… except it’s already closed! :) Should you dare to raise an issue, you might be met with this gem of customer service wisdom: “This is a 5-star hotel. Do you know? You don’t know what 5-star hotels are like.” The outdoor pool opens to a beautiful sky and ocean view, though it’s partially blocked by wires and glass panels. Still, it’s a peaceful spot to unwind with 18 degree water - cold plunge truly! Thankfully, the Spa saves the story — it’s genuinely fantastic. The indoor pool is heated and beautifully designed, the private sauna and hamam are divine, and the massages are absolutely worth it. “Hassan” at the spa is wonderful and sweet. So yes, the hamam is five-star. The design and interior of the hotel, I get where it’s going too. The rest… I guess I haven’t been to too many 5 stars to speak.

We had a wonderful stay at Avangarde Ilayda! Everything was perfect—the location, service, and especially our room, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and truly amazing. It felt luxurious and comfortable in every way. However, the only downside was that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser. I requested it from the reception multiple times, but unfortunately, they kept forgetting to bring it, which was a bit disappointing. 🥲 Aside from that small hiccup, everything else exceeded our expectations. Would still recommend the hotel and would love to come back!

In primo luogo, il personale è amichevole e attento. La posizione è facile da trovare all'ingresso della grotta Zeus, e ha un dolmus (minibus) che va a kusadasi ever 30-40mins (costo 46tl (2024)). La selezione del torto è anche buona, possono avere qualcuno che si specializza in dessert sul sito. I negativi - Le dimensioni del drink sono piccole, molto piccole tazze di plastica che capisco è ridurre i rifiuti, ma come ospite non voglio visitare la zona del bar 2-3 volte per spruzzare la mia sete. Nota le dimensioni della birra sembrano decente, quindi se non bevi alcol non ti dispiace qui. - il desiderio di cibo a tutti i piatti sono lo stesso giorno in giorno, mi piace un paio di ma la varietà mantiene i clienti felici. - il divertimento è concentrato su coppie e la stessa cosa su e su, quindi anche qui manca la diversità. In generale, ho avuto più aspettative, l'hotel probabilmente ha bisogno di una migliore gestione, poiché il personale sembra voluto aiutare.

One of the best hotels that we have stayed in. I really wished I had booked the sea facing room as the property has great balcony space for people to enjoy. The lounge is awesome and they have happy hours twice in a day. It's also close to first part of the markets with many restaurants easily accessible by foot. There is also an awesome Gym with a beautiful Hamam. We enjoyed the Hamam space that is so beautifully done. The breakfast spread is humongous and they have multiple fresh hot counters. They also have Starbucks onsite. I would come back for sure

Room was very comfortable and the marina view is perfect for enjoying both sunrise and sunset. The staff were amazing – extremely polite and helpful. We didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast, but other guests mentioned it was very good. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the beach, taxi stand, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, and coffee shops. The only downside was the WiFi, which was quite poor. However, we shared our feedback and the team received it positively. Thank you so much, DoubleTree – we look forward to staying again next time!

Отличное расположение, до Ladies beach пешком минут 15, сбоку от шумного центра города. Отель красивый и чистый, все как на фото, вкусные завтраки. Нам все очень понравилось, единственное - было бы хорошо, если к завтракам добавили побольше напитков, а то там только чай и вода

Grande luogo. Un po 'distante dal centro di Kushadasa, nella zona Yavans, ma è più vantaggioso di una carenza. Una zona verde ben pianificata, il lavoro del giardiniere è rispettoso e merita il complimento. Oasi reale sulla costa! Viviamo nell'edificio di base e non ci sono state denunce sulle camere, sulle loro dimensioni, sulla loro condizione e sulla loro qualità di pulizia. Tutto è qualitativo e conveniente. Una piscina chic per bambini e adulti, un piccolo giardino, un comodo club spiaggia e la sua via d'acqua chiusa. Se uno dei vostri amici o conoscenti si riuniscono a Kushadasa, lo consiglio! P.S. Ci sono diversi punti che sono estremamente ragionevoli in termini di business, ma non super conveniente per gli ospiti che vivono più di 2 notti - alle 18:00 la zona di spiaggia è chiusa, le tavole di ristorante sono fissate, e nei discoteche di fine settimana fino all'ora per la notte, il suono di cui si udisce nelle stanze.

Мы останавливались в этом отеле дважды, но есть важное уточнение: 4 этаж сейчас находится на ремонте и номера морально устарели . Мы останавливались в первый раз на 1 этаже и были в восторге от номера, в этот раз нас заселили на 4 этаж и там старая мебель, в некоторых местах отсутствует плинтус например и есть проблема с горячей водой, идет теплая, а нам хотелось принять ванну (кстати, кнопки джакузи тоже не работают). Из забавного, сахар положили, а чай забыли, но на следующий день после уборки - принесли. Я ставлю высокую оценку , потому что останавливается не в первый раз и персонал отеля потрясающий , завтраки хорошие. Просто вот так вот в этот раз не повезло попасть в немного уставший номер

First, I must mention the lack of cleanliness at the hotel.  My bed, in room 301 was infested with bed bugs, and could not sleep most nights due to being bitten all night long.  The carpet in the corridors, which wasn’t even gotten properly, was filthy.

La prima posizione dell'hotel era perfetta. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Tutti i cibi sono anche buona qualità e deliziosi. ristorante, bar bar personale molto amichevole e buono. Abbiamo tutto con il mio gf e lasciava l'hotel con belle memorie.
