Turchia: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Provincia di Adalia

Non molto soddisfatto delle dimensioni della camera e degli altri servizi. Ho prenotato la mia camera comprensiva di colazione e cena. Colazione fissa con scarto minimo. Anche la cena è stata fissata con solo tre opzioni tra cui scegliere.

Great hotel, very clean & had everything needed. Love the design and the interior of the rooms, so good to have multiple mirrors! The sea view balcony with the outdoor bed was amazing. Stunning views and a good enough location. Not sure where the private beach was though?!

Soprattutto i lavoratori stranieri hanno una qualità relativamente bassa dei servizi ai clienti, hanno difficoltà a capire cosa diciamo e cosa vogliamo.Il personale insufficiente nei servizi alimentari e la loro energia è scarsa.Non aspettare molto, soprattutto nella musica nelle animazioni. Non ha avuto un'influenza di prezzo cosi' alta.

Concorde is absolutely stunning, but it’s the people who make it truly special. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with genuine warmth, and every member of staff was friendly, attentive and professional without being stuffy.A delicious food and drinks , top Turkish coffee . I wanna say special Thank You to Mrs Tulay Basdemir she made are stay even more special her with recommendations and care.We can’t wait to return 🙂

Disappointing stay at this resort. I and my family recently suffered a lot. They literally cheated us by giving us corner room and the room wasn’t the same as we booked. It was totally a different room. We requested them couple of times. They ignored our request and were banging all the time by saying their rooms are fully booked. Thanks to trip.com who were there for us all the time. Trip.com went beyond their noms to help us out.

The hotel was amazing. We stayed for 3 days and took the all inclusive. The food options were decent but were repeated. The drinks were unlimited and available for majority of the day. The indoor pool, sauna and hamam were really good and well maintained. There were events in the evening as well which can be attended to. Overall had a really good stay and would recommend.

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek and overall the hotel was truly beautiful. The resort itself was impressive — the architecture, landscaping, and overall atmosphere were stunning. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The food quality was also very good with a wide variety of options, which we really enjoyed. However, there were a couple of points that I believe the hotel management should pay attention to. Before our arrival, our confirmed reservation was attempted to be cancelled twice due to what was described as a “local market / nationality agreement.” As guests, this was quite concerning and stressful since it happened very close to our check-in date. Fortunately, the issue was eventually resolved and we were able to keep the reservation, but situations like this can affect guests’ confidence when planning their stay. During our stay, we noticed that the service in the buffet restaurant could have been more attentive. On one evening, the waiters passed by our table several times without offering drinks or asking if we needed anything. At one point I asked for a fork, but unfortunately it never arrived before the restaurant was closing. The staff did not appear very attentive or welcoming in this area. On a more positive note, the service at Piazzetta Italiana was very good — professional, attentive, and a clear highlight of our dining experience. There was also a small incident in the lobby area that felt disappointing. While a staff member was refilling welcome snacks and drinks (presumably for arriving guests), I approached to take a juice and was told quite abruptly “not for you.” While I understand there may be rules, the way it was communicated felt impolite and not in line with the level of hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard. Aside from these points, the hotel itself was excellent and offered a very beautiful environment for a holiday. With more consistency in service and guest interaction, the overall experience could easily match the high standard that the resort represents.

Hotel moderno, pulito, ampia piscina esterna, piscina interna, sauna, bagno turco, tutto incluso nel prezzo. Abbiamo scelto la formula all-inclusive: colazione dalle 7:00 alle 10:00, poi colazione tardiva dalle 10:00 alle 11:00. Il pranzo veniva servito dalle 12:30 alle 14:30 con ampia scelta di croissant, toast, cereali, tutti i tipi di carne, prosciutto, pollo, frittata, salsicce fresche, persino i tradizionali lokum. L'hotel offriva una vasta scelta di pietanze. La cena prevedeva postazioni di cottura con piatti diversi ogni giorno: pollo arrosto, agnello, doner, pasta, spiedini di pollo, pollo alla griglia, polpette, patatine fritte, zuppe, ampia scelta e una vasta gamma di dessert: cheesecake, panini svizzeri, frutta, mele, banane, arance, mousse al cioccolato. Anche la cena comprendeva una varietà di zuppe con pane, pancake e l'elenco potrebbe continuare. C'era un menù dietetico con insalate. Inoltre, caffè e torta sono disponibili dalle 15:00 alle 16:00 nella zona bar. Il bar offre bevande gratuite dalle 10:00 alle 23:00, servizio eccellente, cocktail inclusi, anche se servono solo mezze pinte. L'ho trovato strano. Le bevande servite al tavolo venivano sempre riempite, non c'era bisogno di fare la fila al bar, erano molto cordiali e il personale era fantastico. Il personale del ristorante portava l'acqua al tavolo. La reception è aperta 24 ore su 24, la sicurezza ai cancelli è consentita solo agli ospiti dell'hotel. Offrono una spa in loco, molto costosa, ma ce ne sono molte altre con un rapporto qualità-prezzo migliore. C'è un negozio in loco. Inoltre, la stazione dei taxi è all'esterno e costa 18 sterline dall'aeroporto all'hotel e 12 sterline per il ritorno. Ci sono molti bar, ristoranti, centri commerciali nella zona e dentisti se cercate lavoro. Splendide viste sul mare e sulle montagne.

I left the hotel with mixed feelings. Positive: the territory is very nicely maintained. The scenery is beautiful, the pools are cleaned on a daily basis. The beach is also clean and pleasant. Lots of coolers with drinking water, many other drinks are included, so you never stay dehydrated. The idea with the animals is brilliant. Rabbits and birds walking around really make the place special. Negative: There are many reviews praising the food in this hotel. Initially I was also impressed with the variety and lots of salads. However, I soon found that it was very salty, spicy or very sour. And when I say ”very”, I really mean it. I stayed in the hotel for 11 nights and by the end of our stay I got a stomach ache and heartburn, although I had no digestive illness before. I suppose the hotel will say that they have a diet table. Yes, they do, but this is just 2-3 dishes very plain in taste. For someone who had no prior digestive problems It would be strange to avoid the general table. It would make sense to moderate spices and salt in most of the dishes, and I assure you they would still be flavourful. We were leaving the hotel at 11 am and therefore could not have our dinner. As the airport food is overpriced and unreliable, I asked at the reception if we could come for the late breakfast and take something with us. Not only the man at the reception refused, he also added: ”I think it is gross”. Normally I am not inclined to argue over every penny, but in this case I just can't stay silent. The voucher from the hotel clearly says that guests are entitled to breakfast and dinner on the day of the departure. Your guests are going to have a hard day in travel, they are leaving before dinner and are asking politely if they could have some takeaway and you say it's gross?That's as far from hospitality as it could be and really wiped out any wish to come back to this hotel ever again.
