Breakfast was decent but a bit repetitive, so it would’ve been nice to have some different options on different days. The location was great and really convenient, but cleanliness could definitely be improved — the bathroom and cups weren’t properly cleaned. There’s no on-site hotel parking, and the alternatives were quite expensive. The most cost-effective option was Victoria Street parking, about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel charged $59 per night for Wilson Parking, but it came with limitations, which made things quite difficult. On the plus side, complimentary dental kits were provided, which was a nice touch.

Very modern room, spacious and nice decor. Coffee machine provided. Big fluffy towels and robe. Friendly reception and concierge staff. SkyDrive station is directly across the street. Very convenient to/from airport for just NZD20.

Beautiful hotel location, with great rooms overlooking the water. Fantastic Le Labo toiletries in the room, and a nice pool + spa. Hotel has a nice bar too. Could just do with some nicer design touches - the design feels a bit forgettable.

Sky tower locates in the CBD, where you get access to any tourism sites. No need to take bus or train to shopping area. The car parking service is great which saves us a lot of budget.

The rooms are chic and comfortable, with contemporary design and great views. The staff are attentive and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience. Ideal for both business and leisure travelers, it stands out for its excellent service and convenient location in the heart of Auckland.

A great stay as always. Our fav place to stay in Auckland. Lovely staff, great facilities and location. Parking is $40 a night, nice and secure. Vic St car park is cheaper on weekends but not as safe.

L'hotel ha un soggiorno fantastico, le strutture erano eccellenti, offrendo tutto quello che mi serviva per una comoda e rilassante esperienza. Il personale è stato anche amichevole e attento, assicurando un piacevole soggiorno dall'ingresso all'uscita. Molto consigliato per chiunque cerca un hotel a posto, ben attrezzato. A poco lontano dall'aeroporto, ma c'è un autobus giallo che collega l'aeroporto e gli hotel ogni intervallo specifico.

很有趣，竟然可以為酒店撰寫首則評論。由於這間是新酒店，各酒店平台都找不到這間酒店的評價，加上以往在歐洲及澳洲均有令人失望的的住宿體驗，訂房的時候只能以碰運氣的心態試試看，幸運地這次住宿非常滿意。 酒店的正門在教堂背後的小路進入（注意並不是面向馬路的那邊門口），酒店設施新淨，地下大堂有咖啡機，早上有麵包及瓶裝果汁提供。酒店員工熱情主動有禮，check-in時主動幫忙即時將行李送到房間，check out時也有問我們是否需要幫忙call Taxi，得知我們自己有安排Super shuttle，亦有主動幫我們與司機溝通，指引司機把車駛到酒店正門口（原來酒店地底有另一個車位入口）。酒店房間很乾淨，空間足夠打開兩個大行李箱，窗外景色非常漂亮！房間內所有零食飲品均免費供住客食用。洗手間很寬敞，洗護用品亦都很香很好用，惟洗手間枱面略嫌空間不足。我們在這裏住了三個晚上，隔天整理房間表現也令人滿意。整體上有不錯的住宿體驗，在經歷長途飛機抵達紐西蘭後可作休息充電的好地方。

I am travelling with family with kids and elderly. The grand is probably the best central location that you can find in Auckland if you are taking public transport. The pickup and dropoff for Skybus to Auckland airport is a 5 min walk away. The surrounding has plenty of restaurants including japanese & Chinese food. Facilities wise it has a gym and a heated swimming pool which the kids enjoy. Room is clean & spacious. Hotel price wise is on a high but weighing all the plus points, I will book it again for all the reasons above.
