Marocco: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Souss-Massa

An experience that exceeded expectations! If you're looking for a safe, worry-free, great-value seaside staycation just steps from the beach, I would recommend this place to everyone. 1. Service: Absolutely Fantastic I have to say the service at this hotel is truly impressive. All the staff are well-trained, almost everyone greets you with a warm, friendly smile and frequently asks if you need any help. You never feel neglected here. Any request you make is promptly attended to. In the restaurant, table-clearing is extremely efficient, and our table was always kept spotless. I was amazed by the quality and efficiency of their service — this is the best service I’ve experienced at an all-inclusive hotel in this price range. 2. Room: Clean and Comfortable The room is well-equipped, with air conditioning, a hairdryer, toiletries, a fridge (with complimentary soft drinks), and a safe. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard, offering a lovely view. The mattress was very comfortable, and daily housekeeping was thorough and spotless. The only minor flaw was that the bath towels were a little worn, though they were clean. 3. Hotel Facilities: Great, with Plenty of Pools The hotel sits on an elevated platform with sweeping views overlooking the beach. There’s direct access to the beach, guarded by security staff, which made us feel very safe. There are so many pools! Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas are available, and the poolside bar serves drinks and cocktails. Activities like water polo are organized daily — something that will make water lovers very happy. 4. Dining: Very Rich Selection, Mostly Western Cuisine The hotel has three restaurants — an international restaurant, an Italian restaurant, and Azha, a Moroccan speciality restaurant. The bakery bar is almost open 24 hours, so even if you're jet-lagged and wake up at 11 pm, you won’t go hungry. Food preferences are, of course, personal. For us, although there weren’t many dishes tailored to an Asian palate, we were still able to find things we really enjoyed. A special highlight — we were lucky to book the Moroccan restaurant with help from the staff. There was live oud music, very distinctive starters (Moroccan soup, appetizers), a main course (tagine), desserts, and an amazing flaming coffee (which was seriously cool). The staff introduced each dish in detail, and we had a wonderful dining experience. The only small drawback was that the portions were a bit too generous for two Asian women; we felt sorry we had to leave some food behind because we were simply too full. 5. Activities: A Few Options, Though More Could Be Added The hotel’s activities mainly revolve around daytime pool parties and evening shows at the sports club. The dancers in the evening show were incredibly engaging, and they invited guests to dance at the end — my mum and I really loved the atmosphere. Unfortunately, due to limited time, I couldn’t try out more activities, which was a bit of a shame. Overall, this was an incredibly relaxing staycation, perfect for travellers who value safety, comfort, and great value. Once again, heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff — your warm smiles and friendliness made my mum and I feel so at home during our four wonderful days here. We truly felt the warmth and comfort of home.

Penso che molte persone dimentichino che tipo di sistemazione troverebbero nel Regno Unito per il prezzo pagato per una settimana o giù di lì al mare, con bel tempo costante e una bella piscina a portata di mano. I nostri standard sono eccezionalmente elevati, ma dimentichiamo che la cultura in Marocco è diversa. Per quanto mi riguarda, finché ho un letto pulito, bagni puliti e una versione di tutto ciò che mi aspettavo di avere/a cui avrei accesso, allora posso sopportare un pavimento scheggiato, pavimenti polverosi e un arredamento vecchio. Un'accoglienza amichevole e disponibile è sicuramente più adatta a una bella esperienza? La piscina è immacolata e viene pulita a fondo ogni mattina. L'unica nota negativa è la musica techno, trance, ******* (C) rap che il tizio suona a tutto volume per tutto il pomeriggio. Non si riesce nemmeno a conversare con la persona accanto. È stata DAVVERO una rottura di scatole ogni pomeriggio. Il cibo al ristorante lascia molto a desiderare. Ringrazio il Signore di aver fatto solo colazione. Il cibo cucinato è semplice e la scelta del pane è scarsa. NIENTE FRUTTA! Ma tanta insalata???? 🤔🤔 Un solo tostapane a disposizione degli ospiti. Omelette TUTTI i giorni, sicuramente un cambio con pancake/crêpe non li metterebbe a dura prova, no? Il bar a bordo piscina è pessimo. Una selezione molto scarsa. Il personale è lento come la melassa al Polo Nord!! Non c'erano palestra o spa disponibili al momento della mia visita. Nel complesso, ho trovato il rapporto qualità-prezzo buono. La maggior parte del personale lavora sodo ed è cordiale ed educato.

Highly recommend this excellent hotel and facilities, on the beach and delicious food with plenty of variety. Special mention to all the staff from reception, breakfast, housekeeping to pool/ lobby bar who were all very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Reception team advised on navigating souk el had with kids and kindly phoned nearby restaurant to move our reservation as we were running late. And Maha was very helpful with late check out as we had a night flight. Hanane at breakfast was so lovely and remembered our preferences, always greeting us with a smile. iskander at the pool bar also very helpful and patient with kids during lunch time! Room upgrade for our stay was a bonus; extra room space, quiet with garden view was very much appreciated. Shukran jazilan!

I membri del personale sono stati così carini e di grande aiuto. Grazie speciali a Azedine, che mi ha aiutato a organizzare lezioni di surf o anche viaggi a Marrakech o trovare l'opportunità di partecipare a cucinare lezioni. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta per le persone che vogliono rimanere solo all'hotel, come si è direttamente sulla spiaggia. La maggior parte degli ospiti erano famiglie o persone anziane. Se si vuole camminare a Taghazout è possibile, ma ci vogliono circa 45 minuti. Le piscine non sono riscaldate, il che li rende meno piacevoli che l'acqua si raffredda. Il colazione ha molte varietà da offrire, ma è molto ricco e in qualche momento il cibo non è riempito. Le camere erano spaziose e pulite. Quello che non mi piaceva tanto è che la musica in diretta, che viene offerta ogni notte, gioca sia la musica spagnola che la musica latina americana. Non mi sembra autentico venire in Marocco per questo. Mi piacerebbe ascoltare la musica marocchina lì. Ma in generale l'hotel è bello con un buon personale.

L'hotel è ottimo. Il personale è molto gentile e attento, sempre pronto a servirvi e a rispondere alle vostre richieste con un sorriso. Il personale della reception è fantastico. Era il nostro anniversario di matrimonio e ci hanno offerto una camera di categoria superiore con vista mare e piscina, decorata a tema! Davvero apprezzato. Il cibo era ottimo in tutti i ristoranti. L'unica nota ”meno positiva” (non una critica) che potrei fare riguarda il ristorante BLU, che dovrebbe essere specializzato in frutti di mare, ma la sera in cui eravamo lì non offriva frutti di mare (almeno non quelli che noi intendiamo per frutti di mare in Portogallo) ed era principalmente a base di pesce, che comunque era tutto cucinato alla perfezione e abbiamo gradito molto il cibo. I servizi intorno alla piscina sono ottimi. C'è un bar a bordo piscina che serve pizza e snack caldi tutto il giorno! Area bambini e un bar che serve bevande tutto il giorno. Caffetteria aperta 24 ore su 24 nella hall dell'hotel. Pasticcini e bevande in abbondanza e di alta qualità. Sinceramente, non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Se dovessimo mai tornare ad Agadir, questo sarebbe senza dubbio il posto in cui alloggeremmo! Accesso diretto alla spiaggia

Great stay at Radisson Blu Resort. Staff and service was excellent. We were really grateful to the reception team for upgrading us to a bigger 2 floor hut free of charge! We also really liked the activities at the hotel (especially Pilates) and breakfast - which was plentiful and delicious! Location is right on the beach with sun loungers available and everything is right on your doorstop for guests. Taghazout is a 15 mins walk away (along pedestrian path) and there are many eating spots and another beach there too. Only downsides for us was the accommodation itself which was bordering on average for us - we had a few issues with our hut e.g. not very clean, water leaking from shower in the bathroom and roof felt being loose. We feel rooms could be lot cosier and better furnished. But overall we would return again if they had a special offer on.hh

Nei pressi della spiaggia, solo la pecora animale viene spezzata fuori dalla sala colazione e si ferma quando il tempo raggiunge dieci è come devono pulire e preparare

La posizione dell'hotel e il cibo erano assolutamente fantastici. Lo consiglierei e ci tornerei. Purtroppo, però, il bar era separato dal ristorante, e persino andare a prendere una tazza di tè era difficile. Essendo in sedia a rotelle, la situazione era complicata. Sono andato alla reception per chiedere una sedia a rotelle, ma mi hanno mandato all'ufficio informazioni. Lì avevano solo due sedie a rotelle disponibili nei tre hotel. Una era occupata, la seconda era libera. Il cerchione era montato, ma la ruota era smontata e mancava il poggiapiedi. Purtroppo, per motivi di sicurezza, non l'ho presa. Ho aspettato sette giorni che venisse riparata, ma niente. Poi mi hanno proposto di noleggiarne una, ma costava decisamente troppo per un giorno!

Questa volta mi ha davvero fatto un grande interrogativo. Non posso dire che non posso vivere, ma non posso parlare dell'ultima esperienza di vacanza comoda. L'ambiente stesso è buono, il paesaggio è buono, e vede molti alberi africani strani ma caratterizzati.Il personale sulla spiaggia è anche molto amichevole, è facile con loro, e hanno sempre sottolineato che non appartengono all'hotel. Il servizio dell'hotel stesso può essere detto in generale, non è un cattivo atteggiamento, ma non fa sentire la gente come bene trattata o curata. Il più deludente è il cibo. E'davvero difficile mangiare. Non importa quale ristorante, il cibo sembra buono, ma il sapore del cibo non è completamente in rapporto all'aspetto, alcuni hanno anche dubbi sul fatto che sia un problema di condimento. Più insensato, ci sono diversi ristoranti che sono molto difficili da prenotare. Ci sono pochi ospiti al giorno. Non abbiamo fatto un appuntamento nel ristorante che voleva andare per cinque giorni, e alla fine abbiamo rinunciato. La prima volta che è stato più facile uscire da un biff, e poi è stato detto che non potevamo entrare nel ristorante perché abbiamo cambiato la stanza. Questa ragione è davvero scioccante e difficile da capire. L'unica cosa che mi fa sentire bene a mangiare è la buona salsa in ristorante, che è davvero deliziosa. In generale, il prezzo non è costoso, ma l'esperienza rimane a questo prezzo.Ci sono vantaggi e molti luoghi confusi e persino senza parole.Se si aspettano ristoranti e servizi, possono essere delusi; se il cibo è economico e guarda il paesaggio, può essere accettato.
