Hotel a 4 stelle in West Midlands, Regno Unito

With a very warm welcome at check-in at usual, we had a great weekend for 5 families booking 5 rooms together at a very reasonable early bid price; the pool, jacuzzi, steam room were all great; and the dinner was wonderful too!

Così conveniente per tutto!  Abbiamo fatto un check-in prima di quanto ci aspettavamo. Conosceva gli amici a Brindley e si è divertito un weekend con gli amici. La colazione era grande, con molte varietà, personale amichevole e opzioni per tutte le diete.  Il parcheggio era molto vicino e relativamente buono in considerazione della posizione. Le letti erano molto confortevoli e il bagno era ben progettato con le merci della White Company.  Nessun rumore dai vicini, quindi, in ogni caso, è una scelta davvero buona.

The location of the hotel is great. Walking distance to Bullring and most shops and restaurants. But the carpark is a bit of a walk through a not so nice area. Plus the closer car park is not 24 hours. So one night after a dinner that finished late, I missed the closing time of the car park and had to park at the car park that is further away. For cleanliness, the room is generally clean. But the bath towels were not clean. Out of the 6 nights I stayed there, 3 nights I had to ask for replacement towels because the new towels put in my room has various stains on them.

Un soggiorno sorprendente come sempre il personale qui va sempre sopra e oltre per voi ha bisogno di una stanza leggermente più grande a causa del mio partner sulle ruote e ci hanno anche messo in una stanza che eravamo in precedenza! Queste strutture pulite mi e il mio partner si sentono davvero comodo e felice qui rimarranno di nuovo! Piscine confortevoli, letto, bellissimo bagno doccia e bagno, bagni in parete sono molto buon odore, saremo di nuovo giovedì per rimanere! :)

La struttura è molto attraente, è molto attraente e si trova in una posizione molto confortevole. Il servizio di autobus è una buona varietà per ogni gusto. consigliere questo hotel a amici e familiari.

This hotel was perfect for an overnight stay fir work the bed was extremely comfortable room Very bright and clean reception was lovely the lady on night shift very chatty and welcoming Breakfast was perfect nice spaces and food choice of food fully recommend this hotel and credit to the manager

Overall good, the room looks a bit dated and the AC was not working so had a warm evening. The shower took about 5 mins to work but overall good for the money.

Great location – about a 5–6 minute walk from the train station, and Chinatown is right outside the hotel, so it’s very convenient for food and getting around. The room was quite spacious, which was nice since I stayed here with my partner for a Valentine’s Day trip. That said, the facilities feel a bit outdated, and the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom weren’t very stable.

L'Hyatt Rengency Hotel Birmingham è un hotel molto bello e accogliente con grandi strutture, offre cibo a sala e cibo per la preghiera, su richiesta, che ho apprezzato. In occasione del checkout, Nanini ha offerto un sostegno molto gentile per la mia prossima visita come gesto per l'inconveniente. C'è anche un problema di parcheggio, che opera in un primo arrivato prima servito. Quindi se parcheggiate la vostra auto il giorno 1 e dite che stai per 3 giorni, dovrete pagare per il parcheggio per 3 giorni, che è £27 per 24h. In questi giorni, se si accade a prendere la macchina e a tornare senza spazio di parcheggio gratuito, si perde il denaro. La tua slot non è prenota. Sarebbe meglio se ci pagassero per parcheggiare quando usciamo dal parcheggio, piuttosto che farci pagare in anticipo. In generale, un hotel confortevole con eccellenti servizi, ma informazioni più chiare sulle strutture della stanza avrebbe reso il soggiorno molto più semplice.
