Un’hotel fantastico in tutti i sensi, a partire dalla posizione che si trova proprio in centro sulla via principale chiamata 南宋御街, dove ti porta lungo la strada nei vari negozietti. Poi alla gentilezza dello staff che ti salutano ogni volta che entri nella struttura, un ringrazio speciale alla ragazza e al ragazzo che ci hanno accolto e che ci ha anche consigliato il ristorante 新周记. Se dovessimo tornare a Hangzhou sicuramente torneremo in questo hotel.

La camera 3A2036 ha finestre relativamente grandi, servizi completi ed è relativamente pulita. Anche il proprietario è molto entusiasta e l'accoglienza è molto attenta. È vicino all'ingresso del punto panoramico. C'è un ospite del tè mattutino dietro la porta. Tuttavia , Sono arrivato un po' tardi e non ho prenotato un ospite per il tè mattutino.
La sensazione generale di vivere nella zona panoramica è molto buona. È molto comodo divertirsi. Puoi entrare e uscire dalla zona panoramica un numero illimitato di volte al giorno. È anche molto comodo uscire a mangiare. È particolarmente bello prendi una barca di notte per vedere il panorama notturno.

L'esperienza complessiva ha superato di gran lunga le aspettative. Che si tratti della posizione geografica, dei dettagli del servizio o della qualità della camera, è tutto impressionante. L'hotel è situato nella zona centrale del quartiere degli affari sul lago e ci vogliono solo 5 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la West Lake Music Fountain! Il personale di servizio Yu Xiaofang è amichevole ed efficiente, facendo sentire i clienti molto a loro agio! L'arredamento interno dell'hotel è un mix di stili classico e moderno, con dettagli di pregio, come un bagno intelligente e armadietti per la disinfezione separati per tutti i tipi di tazze! La colazione offre un'ampia varietà di opzioni cinesi e occidentali e l'autentica colazione di Hangzhou è indimenticabile.

The hotel is well located, with a quiet environment and convenient transportation. The surrounding business district is also well developed. The front desk staff are very conscientious and responsible. When I checked in on the same day, there were some minor issues with the room, but the front desk dealt with them immediately and very efficiently. The cleaning ladies are also very warm and attentive. They clean very thoroughly and greet you with a smile, which makes you feel very good. Room service is delivered by robots, which is very convenient. Overall, the experience is very good. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. I recommend it to friends who need it for reference!

La camera è proprio accanto al mercato notturno di Wulin. C'è una metropolitana nelle vicinanze, quindi i trasporti sono molto comodi. Si può andare in bicicletta per visitare il Lago dell'Ovest di notte. L'auto è relativamente grande. La guida per i parcheggi, il signor Qian, è molto brava. Ha trovato un parcheggio all'esterno, il che è molto comodo. Ci sono molte varietà di colazione. Il servizio di Pepe all'ingresso è molto buono 👍Altamente raccomandato, tornerò qui la prossima volta che verrò a Hangzhou.

Ho prenotato due camere per due giorni e ho ringraziato l'hotel per aver offerto un upgrade gratuito a una camera con vista per gli anziani della famiglia.
La posizione è ottima: ci vogliono solo 5-10 minuti per raggiungere a piedi la Lakeside Pedestrian Street e il quartiere degli affari.
Ci vogliono solo 10 minuti per raggiungere a piedi il Lago dell'Ovest e 5-8 minuti per raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana.
Le stanze senza finestre sono dotate di deodoranti per ambienti e condizionatori d'aria e sono sostanzialmente le stesse delle stanze con finestre.
La stanza è grande, i dettagli sono ben curati, le tazze sono nell'armadietto di disinfezione e il personale è molto professionale.
Svantaggi: la porta scorrevole del bagno non può essere chiusa a chiave e la fibbia in alluminio deve essere messa a punto.

Questo hotel ha il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo. La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana linea 1, dalla strada principale con i centri commerciali e il lago occidentale, e dalla stazione degli autobus (una delle linee di autobus lì va direttamente al tempio di Lingyin), molto comodo per visitare la città. Siamo arrivati prima dell'orario di check-in e volevamo lasciare i bagagli, ma ci hanno permesso di fare il check-in prima. Ci hanno dato frutta di benvenuto e un regalo, il che ci ha sorpreso che tali servizi siano disponibili in un hotel in questa fascia di prezzo. La colazione a buffet è servita in un ristorante girevole all'ultimo piano. C'è molto cibo cinese, sono disponibili anche alcuni piatti occidentali e giapponesi. Torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel quando torneremo a Hangzhou.

Ho soggiornato al Kaison Pusham Hotel a Yiwu e ho avuto un'esperienza fantastica. Le camere erano pulite e confortevoli. La colazione è stata il punto forte: opzioni gustose e varie ogni mattina. Il personale cordiale e il buon servizio lo rendono una scelta solida per i visitatori.

Non appena sono entrato nella hall, sono stato attratto dallo stile decorativo antico. Ciò che è stato ancora più sorprendente è stato il fatto che fossero forniti dei bellissimi costumi antichi. Zhang Mingyu ha detto che avrei potuto scattare foto e registrarmi gratuitamente, il che ha realizzato il mio sogno di indossare costumi antichi. Ha anche preso l'iniziativa di aiutarmi a scattare foto e i risultati sono stati sorprendenti!
Anche al momento del check-in, il servizio offerto da Xiao Zhang alla reception è stato molto premuroso. Non solo mi hanno preparato rapidamente una stanza, ma hanno anche preso l'iniziativa di chiedere al cameriere di mettere gli articoli monouso che avevo portato con me e di pulirli con cura con salviette disinfettanti. Questa operazione meticolosa mi ha fatto sentire subito al sicuro e al caldo.
La stanza era calda e confortevole, con tutti i comfort necessari. L'ambiente tranquillo mi ha permesso di dormire bene. Inoltre, mi ha aiutato a chiamare un taxi quando sono andato al tempio di Linyin la mattina. Questa esperienza di soggiorno è stata fantastica. SStanley The Travel ManThis are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.
I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat. The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure.
I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.
The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up. The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.
There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.
The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.
One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting ) , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.
I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).
I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:
1. Attentive and caring service
2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione dell'hotel non ha nulla da dire. Ci vogliono solo sette o otto minuti a piedi per raggiungere il Lago dell'Ovest. Ci sono molte fermate dell'autobus davanti alla porta. È molto comodo per andare al Lago dell'Ovest e al molo di Wulinmen buona scelta per viaggiare gratis.
Accanto al Kerry Center e al mercato notturno di Wulin, mangiare non è un problema.
L'arredamento dell'hotel è un po' vecchiotto, ma è pulito e ordinato e il servizio è cordiale. Anche se si trova lungo la strada, non è rumoroso e le camere sono insonorizzate. La colazione dell'hotel è all'altezza del suo prezzo e offre un'ampia varietà di scelta. Se fosse rinnovato, non potrei prenotare allo stesso prezzo, sceglierei di nuovo qui la prossima volta.

YYYFUNThe hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport.
There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance.
It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room.
The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee.
The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service.
The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request.

美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

Prima di uscire, abbiamo detto che non c'era bisogno di essere troppo inquietante per la spazzatura. Tornate alla stanza e pulire il pulizia, proprio come quando abbiamo appena spinto la porta. Il colazione è auto-aiuto. Questo gioiello e yogurt sono molto OK. Ho mangiato una barbecue vicino. E' davvero profumo 😭 Sono ancora in mancanza di lasciare Xiaozhou. Il metro è anche conveniente per il lago occidentale. È anche conveniente per la piazza Wulin.Voglio vedere questa sabbia!Centinaia di metri vicino c'è un cinema!

Secondo: la posizione e l'ambiente sono molto buoni, vicino al Lago dell'Ovest, e l'ambiente della camera degli ospiti è pulito e bello.
Terzo: la stanza è insonorizzata, sono disponibili caffè, acqua e bevande e gli articoli da toeletta sono completi.
Di seguito le carenze:
1: Nella stanza ci sono solo pantofole di cotone per uso interno e non ci sono pantofole speciali per il bagno.
2: La porta inferiore del bagno ha un ampio spazio e non è possibile chiuderla completamente. Dopo aver fatto la doccia, si verificano infiltrazioni d'acqua nella stanza.

LLingHo avuto un soggiorno sorprendente in questo hotel a Hangzhouit’s, di gran lunga il miglior hotel che abbia mai visto! Da quando sono arrivato, il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e accogliente, sempre pronto a aiutare con tutto quello che avevo bisogno. L'ambiente era eccezionalmente confortevole, con camere ben progettate che mi facevano sentire a casa.
Uno dei punti di vista della mia stazione è stato la posizione strategica, che si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana, rendendo estremamente conveniente esplorare la città. L'hotel offre anche strutture di topnotch, e mi ha colpito particolarmente la cassa da bagno intelligente, che ha aggiunto un ulteriore toccaggio di lusso al soggiorno.
In generale, tutto ha superato le mie aspettative, e consiglio molto questo hotel a chiunque visiti Hangzhou.
