Hotel a 5 stelle in Giava Occidentale, Indonesia

We stayed in a Club King room and were very impressed with the breakfast and afternoon tea. You can truly feel the attention to detail and effort put into the food and service. The hotel facilities are excellent, and combined with the beautiful mountain views, the overall experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. The only downside was the soundproofing of the room, as noise from the neighboring room was quite noticeable at night.

Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

Abbiamo trascorso un giorno intero all'hotel e goduto il suo interno ristorante Kardon sul tetto con il vento freddo di Bandung. I caffè quasi tutti hanno il miglior nasi goreng e mie goreng indonesia. Per gli amanti del golf, c'è questa gamma di guida e il campo da golf solo 5 minuti di distanza. Più importante, amo la bottiglia d'acqua illimitata, come io stesso bevo un sacco di acqua al giorno. Il giro in città richiede circa 30-45 min dipende da dove vai. Amo questo posto.

Da quando arrivarono al check-out, il soggiorno si sentiva caldo e benvenuto, e il personale ci salutava gentilmente e si accontentava di essere cortesi, che si sentono bene dall’inizio. La stanza era molto spaziosa, e essendo al diciotto piano, avevamo una bella vista su Bandung. Il letto era eccellente super comodo con grandi mutandine. Mi sono addormentato quasi immediatamente, che dice molto. Le strutture erano in generale solide e funzionavano bene. Il mobilio è un po' vecchio, ma si sente ancora classico e ben mantenuto piuttosto che scendere. L'unico vero sfondo è il bagno, la testa del bagno è vecchia e il flusso d'acqua è stato squilibrato, che ha preso un po' di distanza dall'esperienza. Le tolette erano pure e perfettamente belle. La colazione era un'enfasi. Un'ampia diffusione di opzioni locali, tra cui la jamu e il rebusan. Era divertente campionare diversi gusti tradizionali, e la varietà ha fatto qualcosa per la colazione per guardare in attesa piuttosto che semplicemente routine. L'hotel si trova a pochi passi da Braga City Walk, rendendo molto conveniente per esplorare la zona, mangiare fuori, o fare una passeggiata serale. In generale, un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole con un servizio eccellente, un grande letto e una forte colazione offerta.

Situato strategicamente, vista grande, soprattutto dopo la nuova estensione dei pedaggi aperta qualche anno fa. Abbiamo chiesto che fosse stato effettuato un check-in precoce, che poteva essere concesso, ma non abbastanza presto, anche se abbiamo visto un numero considerevole di ospiti già effettuati; abbiamo chiesto anche un check-out un po' tardivo e anche concesso per un periodo molto breve. Il controllo in tempo di 3 ore e il controllo in tempo di 12 ore non è adatto per un hotel di resort ... L'altro è che la cortesia e il servizio sono buoni.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to relax. The location was also very convenient yet surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to rest. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would consider returning in the future.

“Hotel bintang 5 dengan rasa kaki lima “ When checkin  ,3 may 25 , no concierge service , no bell boy  available . While waiting check in , luggage and stuffs just laid down un attended . Assigned room was very far and entering the room , founded AC not properly set , hot room , tv monitor set guest Name under different name , no room sandals provided. Call house keeping 2 times and finally coming after 15 minutes . Shower water not properly running , water discharge very hot ,either set to hot or cold position .no cold water discharge . Conclusion : Hospitality services and hotel facilities not operate properly , no intention to serve customer as 5 star hotel services , even though , room occupancy is low . HOTEL BUILDING & FACILITIES APPEARANCE GOOD & LUXURY

È facile accedere al centro commerciale e all'hotel. La sicurezza dell'hotel deve essere migliorata. Molte persone possono entrare facilmente, anche se forse non sono ospiti. Forse sono persone che arrivano al centro commerciale ma vogliono entrare all'hotel. La guardia deve insegnarli a entrare attraverso l'apparecchiatura di scansione.Grazie.

Pullman Vimala Hills is the ideal place to unwind. We booked a deluxe room and were very pleased with the cleanliness, comfort, and view. Breakfast offered plenty of choices and everything tasted fresh. The ambiance was calm, making it great for couples or families. Special mention to the front desk team who made our check-in seamless. Will definitely return and a turtle pic bonus!
