Tutto è stato eccellente qui! La camera, il colazione e l'impianto sono tutti superb ❤️❤️❤️ questa è la seconda volta che mi fermo qui, e ho sempre un bel tempo. Mantenete il buon lavoro! 😎

This is the most worth it Hotel in Puncak Area, even it is near from Jakarta (like you stay in Bogor City). The service is best, eventhough there were some misunderstandings, they always be responsible to give customer satisfaction. My room was also upgraded for free and it was an amazing room. The facility is perfect for family with 3 pools, games room, as well as free photoshoot. One thing that I feel not satisfied was the breakfast system, it was not buffet caused by the occupancy that low. The gap price between room with BF nd non BF is big, however if the buffet is ala carte it was not too worth it tho.

La Crowne Plaza Bandung era un piacevole soggiorno per poche notti. La stanza era buona, ma si sentiva piuttosto rumorosa con i muffler a moto rumorosi ubiquitou filtrando nella stanza tutta la notte. Il vetro doppio vetro/riduzione del rumore sembra mancare. Le finestre hanno bisogno di una pulizia completa e di tessere di stanza che sembrano piuttosto sporche in parti. Su una nota positiva, il letto è comodo, la posizione è favorevole e tutte le interazioni del personale dell'hotel sono state amichevole, utile e gentile. Menzione speciale al manager del ristorante che ha aiutato graziosamente a offrire e consegnare un succo sano speciale delizioso al mio tavolo al colazione per diversi giorni. Il colazione del ristorante ha una varietà di piatti locali deliziosi indonesiani, nonché le solite staple occidentali. La nostra camera si trovava convenientemente sul piano Executive Lounge, che era spazioso e relativamente tranquillo per godere di canapene e bevande serali. Un'altra menzione speciale per la sua assistenza con i nostri biglietti per treno e con tutti i dipendenti obbligatori del salone che soddisfano le mie molteplici richieste di caffè e bevande. La piscina al livello 5 invitava a nuotare con una vista piacevole sulla città e verso le montagne. Tutti i concierge e i portatori sono stati molto utili, così come è stato apprezzato il servizio speciale che aiuta a attraversare la strada occupata fuori dall'hotel.

The hotel room, staffs, and its service were very outstanding. We were lucky to move into an updgraded room for free, mason executive. The room was very clean and had wonderful ambience. After check in at 3 PM we got complimentary buffet such as tea, coffee and snacks in the restaurant. Thank you Pak Bani for the complimentary breakfast for our kids. We’ll come back for sure, in syaAllah 😇

We recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway. Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills. The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups: • 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids. • Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone. • 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed. Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds. One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C). The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views. Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space. The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all. The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions. If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate. We’ll definitely be back! Rating suggestion: 5/5 stars Would stay again? Absolutely!

The hotel provides excellent service in every aspect. All the staff are being very nice, friendly, and helpful from the very start we came until we left the hotel. In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake. It was the cake I love that I mentioned before. Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture. And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food - everything was great! Will definitely come back another day. Keep up the good work! 😊

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Botanica Sanctuary. Nestled in the refreshing mountain air, it provided the perfect, peaceful escape from the city. My room was beautifully designed and spotless, but the real highlight was the exceptional hospitality from the staff, who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Between the stunning rooftop pool and the delicious breakfast spread, it was a truly luxurious getaway that I highly recommend

Il personale non è molto amichevole come altri gruppi di acro, ma è ancora fino a standard ospite. Situazione a pochi passi dal centro della città. Non ci sono asciugamani a mano e asciugamani facciali nel bagno, ma non è necessario. In generale, si risponde alle aspettative.

Il nostro soggiorno a Bandung è stato in generale una piacevole esperienza. La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente molto vicino a Pascal 23 e convenientemente vicino al ferroviario ad alta velocità di Whoosh, che ha reso molto facile andare intorno. L'hotel è tranquillo, pulito e confortevole. Ciò detto, c'è spazio per migliorare la diffusione del colazione. Confrontato ad altri hotel a Bandung, la varietà si sentiva limitata. Speravo di una selezione più ampia, tra cui opzioni occidentali, indonesiane e cinesi. Anche in Indonesia mi aspetto sempre una buona selezione di jamu, ma purtroppo i jamu e i succhi sono stati piuttosto diluiti. Il servizio durante il colazione potrebbe essere anche più attento dovevamo ricordare al personale poche volte il nostro latte, perché è stato perso due volte. Nonostante questi punti minori, il servizio e l'esperienza complessivi sono stati comunque molto buoni. Vorrei citare in particolare la signora Ayu, che è stata eccezionalmente amichevole, utile e ha fatto un passo in avanti. Ci ha aiutato con le riserve di spa per due giorni e anche personalmente ha seguito il messaggio per ricordarci e controllare se tutto andava bene dopo i nostri trattamenti. Come qualcuno che lavora in banca, apprezzo davvero questo livello di servizio personalizzato, che crea veramente un’esperienza “wow” per il cliente.

Il colazione è piuttosto deludente, il caffè di birra ( americani o lunghi neri non hanno uno che immagino) è acquatico,, nessun aroma di caffè cattivo gusto. Poche varietà di cibo ( nessuna cantina cinese, giapponese, indiana, sundanese?). Non vale la pena per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato 250k per pach. Top (solo adatto per l'aperto, quando la sua festa di pioggia è finita. Ci dovrebbero essere modi per fornire parte interna.. La pioggia era appena sconvolto quando ero avere un bicchiere di vino. Eveeythibg è bagnato. Ezeot Alto Sede nel bar. E non c'è musica. La musica dal vivo o DJ è solo sabato. Le buone dipinte del tetto superiore sono la vista di montagna e città a 360 gradi Lobby di design enorme, spazioso e moderno minimalista. Ma, nessun Toccamento di parahyangan o atmosfera sundanese. Esclusi angklung ornamenti al piano M . Questo potrebbe essere in jakrta o qualsiasi altra città metropolitana. Nessuna cultura locale e Toccamento storico. Esecuzione del lungo corridoio al piano G collegato al Pelataran Resto La camera deluxe con letto di dimensione re e vista sulla montagna è grande. Wifi e TV sono anche grandi. Tuttavia la struttura del bagno (doccia) con troppe pareti di separazione in legno dà piuttosto un po 'di spazio. La piscina è troppo piccola per due hotel adjacenti Tower (Pullman e Ibis Style) . Solo buono per i bambini. Lo spazio di fitness è buono in termini di spazio. B
