Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

We stayed in one of the Family Lofts, and the layout was just perfect—it felt spacious, modern, and really well-designed for a family. We especially appreciated how well the space was utilized. Beyond the room, the staff and service truly stood out. Everyone was incredibly nice, attentive, and professional throughout our entire stay. They genuinely went the extra mile, which really elevates the experience. A huge highlight was the lovely little birthday surprise they arranged for us. It was so thoughtful and made the day feel extra special. The mirror art decoration was such a creative and beautiful touch, and the delicious slice of cake was the perfect way to celebrate. All the little details showed how much the team cares. If you're looking for a beautiful, relaxing place with excellent service, this is it!

Nice hotel and service is excellent from staff across of all duties. Being a tourist, I have to grapple with language and system differences, counter staff Mr Kukup and a young female counter staff Ms Nuansa (sorry if I get the name wrong) went out of their ways to help. I really appreciate that and they all gave Bandung warmth and hospitality. Thank you again. I was too engrossed with the beautiful sceneries to take photos of the hotel and staff and these attached are Kawah Putih and the tea garden. Hope it would inspire more people to travel here and stay in this excellent hotel.

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere a Hilton Bandung e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza eccezionale dall'inizio al termine. La camera era incredibilmente confortevole, spaziosa e ben mantenuta, offrendo tutto ciò che era necessario per un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. Il letto era confortevole, le strutture erano di prima vista, e io mi aspettavo di tornare in camera dopo un lungo giorno. Una delle principali priorità è stata la fantastica selezione di cibo: a colazione, al caffè o attraverso il servizio in camera, la varietà e la qualità dei piatti superavano le aspettative, e ogni pasto era un piacere. Ma ciò che è stato davvero scoperto è stato il servizio eccellente di tutta l'equipaggio. We recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and overall, I truly appreciate the hospitality and facilities provided. However, I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the pillows in the room. The pillows were too firm and unfortunately affected the quality of sleep during my stay. For a hotel of Pullman’s standard, I believe it would be wonderful to provide guests with a pillow menu or at least a choice between soft, medium, and firm pillows, to cater to different preferences. In addition, the towels felt rather thin and did not reflect the luxurious standard expected of a Pullman property. For a hotel of this caliber, I believe it would be beneficial to provide options for softer pillows as well as thicker, more comfortable towels for guests. I hope this suggestion can help enhance the overall guest experience in the future. Breakfast ok..

The location of the hotel is near to tourist spot which is Braga Street. The room so spacious and i got connected room as per request. The breakfast menu is good, have so many choices from appertisers to desserts. Good job to the staff who gave really nice services to make sure we have comfortable stays. Will choose this hotel if we come again.

Il servizio è stato eccellente, tutti i dipendenti sono stati amici. La pulizia non era la migliore! Nel ristorante di Verandah, durante il colazione, abbiamo visto gli uccelli mangiare dai limoni serviti e pane/pasti che erano in aperto. Anche le cianografie erano sul tappeto dove tengono limoni/forche e piastrelle. È stato disgustoso vederli!
