Grazie per il piacevole soggiorno! È stata una cosi' incredibile esperienza e ci siamo davvero divertiti. In primo luogo, il personale era molto gentile, amichevole e utile. Terribile servizio clienti! La stanza era molto pulita, temperata e perfetta per una vista fantastica! Ma ci sono anche alcune questioni che voglio sollevare: in primo luogo, abbiamo ordinato la cena in camera, ma non c'era nessun tavolo da pranzo. Sono andato in diversi hotel e ho ordinato di cena in camera e forniranno sempre una tavola / tavolo da troll per almeno lasciarci cenare in camera. Ma questa è la prima volta che ho avuto questa esperienza. Il cameriere ha lasciato i cibi sul desk. Ma non possiamo cenare dove il dipartimento di studio era perché c'era solo una sedia disponibile. Ecco perché abbiamo dovuto spostare la tavola pesante per essere chiusi al divano enorme. Ho chiesto la tavola del troll, ma, a quanto pare, non possono permetterci di usarla. In secondo luogo, la zuppa era fredda. Questo era molto deludente :( Ho finito con un paio di spalle e non posso più prenderla. Beh, credo che fosse la parte meno della mia permanenza, ma, in generale, ci siamo divertiti la nostra permanenza. Ah, un'altra cosa! Il succo di bistecca di angolo balsami era il piatto migliore! Molto vale la pena provare!

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Hotel Pullman e ho davvero goduto di ogni momento della mia visita. Dalla mia arrivo, il personale mi ha fatto sentire caldamente benvenuto con il loro professionalismo, amicizia e attenzione ai dettagli. La stanza era spaziosa, moderna e impecabilmente pulita, con letti molto confortevoli che assicuravano un grande sonno notturno. Ho apprezzato in particolare le attrazioni e il bel design interno, che riflette il stile di lusso contemporaneo di Pullman. La colazione è stata eccellente e offre una vasta gamma di piatti internazionali e locali di alta qualità, tutti freschi e deliziosi. Le strutture come il centro fitness, la piscina e le aree di incontro sono state ben mantenute e hanno aggiunto un grande valore al soggiorno. In generale, Pullman offre un servizio eccezionale, comfort e qualità. Raccomando fortemente questo hotel sia ai viaggiatori di business che di svago e attendo con ansia di rimanere di nuovo in futuro.🥰

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Crowne Plaza Bandung. La posizione è eccellente molto strategico e vicino a Braga Street, ristoranti e molte attrazioni popolari, rendendo facile esplorare la città. Il servizio era eccellente, tutti i membri del personale erano caldi, amichevoli e sempre pronti ad aiutare con un sorriso, rendendoci davvero benvenuti durante il nostro soggiorno. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e molto comoda, perfetta per un soggiorno di famiglia rilassante. Uno dei punti di vista era certamente il cibo. Il colazione ha offerto una grande varietà di opzioni deliziose, e ci è davvero divertito ogni pasto. Grazie speciali alla squadra per le tazze di torta complimentari per celebrare il nostro anniversario. È stata una sorpresa così pensativa, e apprezziamo davvero il gentil gesto. In generale, abbiamo avuto una fantastica esperienza e sicuramente scegliere Crowne Plaza Bandung di nuovo per la nostra prossima visita. Molto consigliato!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Mason Pine Hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Even before our arrival, the communication with the hotel team was excellent. They responded promptly to our requests and made us feel truly welcomed. Upon check-in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful pool view. The room was also thoughtfully prepared with a personalized welcome message on the mirror, a delicious cake, and adorable elephant towel decorations. These small touches made our family feel very special. The facilities are outstanding, especially for families with children. Our little one had so much fun enjoying the swimming pool, trampoline, arcade games, and the various kids’ activities available throughout the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to find pickleball facilities, which added another enjoyable activity during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the genuine hospitality of every staff member. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They even kindly granted us a complimentary late check-out until 1 PM, which we truly appreciated. Thank you, Mason Pine Hotel, for creating such a memorable stay for our family. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and family-friendly getaway near Bandung. This is not just a hotel stay—it was a memorable family experience that we will always cherish. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was how runner-friendly the location is. I started my morning with a 5K run from the hotel to the Bumi Hejo and IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan area before returning to the hotel. The route was enjoyable, the morning atmosphere was fresh, and it was a perfect way to begin the day. This is definitely an added bonus for guests who enjoy running or morning walks. We’ve stayed at several hotels before, including a beachfront resort in Bali, but Mason Pine Hotel has become our favorite family staycation destination. It wasn’t just because of the facilities—it was the genuine hospitality, thoughtful attention to detail, and the complete family-friendly experience that truly made the difference. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at Gaia Bandung was truly exceptional, and the team deserves every bit of praise. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Whoever selected and trained the staff clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Everyone we encountered was warm, kind, genuinely welcoming and incredibly helpful. There was something particularly special about the smiles from the staff — they never felt routine or forced, but genuinely warm and sincere. We honestly felt like celebrities throughout our stay! 😊 The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish and very chic, while still managing to feel warm and welcoming. The food was excellent, with a wonderful variety of choices, so there was something for everyone. We also had a fantastic massage, which was another highlight of our stay. And then there was MonoMono. The restaurant was absolutely amazing, both in terms of the food and the experience. We received wonderful service from Ramdan, Roma, Hali and the entire team. They were knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely caring, while also knowing exactly when to be present and when to give us space. It made the whole dining experience feel very special. But what impressed us most was what happened when our stay unexpectedly took a difficult turn. When my husband ended up in hospital, the care and concern from the Gaia team went far beyond anything we could have expected from a hotel. The concierge team and the entire crew were incredibly helpful, and the duty manager and staff were checking on his condition every couple of hours. They genuinely cared about how he was doing and whether there was anything they could do to help. That kind of care cannot be taught from a service manual. It comes from people who genuinely care about their guests. Gaia gave us a beautiful stay, wonderful food, excellent service and an absolutely lovely environment — but most importantly, it gave us a team of people who made us feel looked after when we really needed it. A huge thank you to everyone at Gaia and MonoMono. Ramdan, Roma, Hali, the concierge team, the duty manager and every member of the staff who took care of us: you made a lasting impression on our family, and you deserve all the praise. ❤️ We would happily return to Gaia, and we will remember the people here long after we leave.

We recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway. Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills. The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups: • 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids. • Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone. • 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed. Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds. One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C). The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views. Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space. The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all. The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions. If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate. We’ll definitely be back! Rating suggestion: 5/5 stars Would stay again? Absolutely!

L'hotel offre un servizio eccellente in ogni aspetto.Tutto il personale è molto gentile, amichevole e utile dall'inizio che siamo arrivati fino a quando non siamo andati dall'hotel. Inoltre, quando ho preso un colazione, mi ha fatto notare l'acqua, il giorno dopo il rappresentante mi ha avvicinato e mi ha mostrato un po' di gratitudine per il riempimento dell'indagine e mi ha dato un dolce complimento. E' la torta che amo che ho menzionato prima. Grazie al signor Lucky e a tutti i dipendenti della F&B per il buon gesto. E per l'hotel stesso, l'atmosfera, la posizione, il cibo - tutto è stato grande! Sicuramente tornerà un altro giorno. Mantenete il buon lavoro! 😊

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Botanica Sanctuary. Nestled in the refreshing mountain air, it provided the perfect, peaceful escape from the city. My room was beautifully designed and spotless, but the real highlight was the exceptional hospitality from the staff, who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Between the stunning rooftop pool and the delicious breakfast spread, it was a truly luxurious getaway that I highly recommend

We had a wonderful family stay at Novotel Bogor! The 32m² room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for traveling with kids. The AC was nice and cold, making the room extra cozy after a day of activities. The hotel is truly family-oriented, with plenty to keep the kids entertained—movie room, PS4 game room, playground, free horse riding, and even animal feeding. Our kids never ran out of things to do! Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of Indonesian and Western dishes, all fresh and delicious. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway!

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Hilton Bandung. The property is well maintained, the facilities are excellent, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere, and the pool, gym, and kids’ facilities make it a great choice for families. The service is good overall, but there is still room to elevate it to a true five-star luxury experience. Greater attention to detail, more proactive service, and warmer, more personalized interactions would make guests feel even more valued. Small touches—especially for families with children, such as anticipating guests’ needs and offering extra care—can make a lasting impression. The F&B experience was very good, with a nice selection and quality of food. Breakfast offered a wide variety of local and international options, and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel’s location is another major advantage, being just a few minutes from Bandung Train Station and conveniently close to many of the city’s attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. Overall, Hilton Bandung offers excellent value, quality facilities, and a comfortable stay. With a few refinements to the service experience and attention to detail, it has all the ingredients to deliver a truly outstanding five-star hospitality experience. I would happily recommend it, especially for families visiting Bandung.
