Hotel a 5 stelle in Giava Occidentale, Indonesia

If you have luggage, drop off first at lobby since there is no concierge in the basement. Overall check in and check out smooth and fast. Hotel open the buffet for “sahur” even the choices not too many. The room was clean, have nice view and balcony. To get to fish pond, green house need quite effort, a bit challenging if you’re fasting. The staff very helpful and nice. Overall was pleasant experience

Actually, I've been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time, it's really my dream, in the end I ended up staying with a friend, there was a little story that wasn't good, my friend's bed sheets and pillows a bit dirty, maybe they weren't changed or they weren't properly check. I recommended this hotel to her ,which wasn't good, I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, in the morning I had to leave immediately at the time I booked the hotel, not including breakfast because I was in a hurry, the photo below then went upstairs I think 5 minutes take the photo above for a moment, I wanted to see the view, there was an employee said that to take photos, you have to wait for breakfast to finish, namely 10 o'clock, hmmmhmmmm, the story is in a hurry, long story short, for the overall experience, the cleanliness is 4/5 for the view nice , but better you have time to a relaxing stay

The physical property itself is excellent; my room was well-maintained, spotless, and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day. The hotel atmosphere is pleasant, and the facilities were exactly what I needed. However, the highlight of this hotel is unquestionably the nice staff. Every member of the team I interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel valued as a guest. Their dedication to service truly elevated the entire experience. The hotel provides excellent service in every aspect. All the staff are being very nice, friendly, and helpful from the very start we came until we left the hotel. In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake. It was the cake I love that I mentioned before. Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture. And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food - everything was great! Noi amo Pullman Bandung Abbiamo soggiornato per qualche giorno con la famiglia. Prima di partire chiediamo una stanza allo stesso livello. Il colazione al 17° piano era meraviglioso. Il personale di manutenzione è eccellente. Una volta abbiamo lasciato il nostro posto in un casino la sera e uno dei membri del personale ha offerto di pulire la nostra stanza che ci rende molto felici dopo un lungo giorno di lavoro. Non avere la possibilità di provare la palestra, la piscina era troppo fredda quando siamo arrivati. Ho anche una buona esperienza con il mio ufficio di fronte che mi ha aiutato a magazzinare il mio latte materno, rendere la mia vita meno preoccupata quando viaggi con il bambino. Il fatto che sia vicino a un edificio governativo, qualsiasi evento di grande entità influenzerà l'hotel in modo buono o cattivo. Il giardino rosa è magnifico.

Our stay in Bandung was overall a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent—very close to Pascal 23 and conveniently near the Whoosh High-Speed Rail, which made getting around very easy. The hotel itself is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were especially cozy, making it easy to rest after a full day out. That said, there is room for improvement in the breakfast spread. Compared to other hotels in Bandung, the variety felt limited. I was hoping for a wider selection including Western, Indonesian, and Chinese options. I also always look forward to a good jamu selection when in Indonesia, but unfortunately the jamu and juices here were quite diluted. Service during breakfast could also be more attentive—we had to remind staff a few times about our latte, as it was missed on two occasions. However, despite these minor points, the overall service and experience were still very good. I would like to specially mention Ms. Ayu from the guest relations team. She was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and truly went the extra mile. She assisted us with spa reservations for two days and even personally followed up via message to remind us and check if everything went well after our treatments. As someone working in banking, I genuinely appreciate this level of personalized service—it truly creates a “wow” experience for the customer.

This is not the first time we have stayed in Novus. We love the design of their lobby. It's very cozy and elegant. It looks like they renovated their room. The room is clean, but for some reason, they don't have rug outside the washroom. This occurred in all rooms that we booked (3 rooms). When we called and asked for a rug, it took so long for them to bring one to our room. It seems that they were understaffed. Novus is just perfect for a family getaway. They have a kids club, golf court for kids, horse riding, and art activity, and you can bring your kid to feed the rabits.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Eminence Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and meals was of a high standard. The location of the hotel provides wonderful views of the mountains, especially from the sky lounge. The hotel room was of a good size and it was great to relax on the balcony with amazing views of the hotels garden / grounds and the surrounding mountainside. It was also nice to have a morning stroll through the grounds

Da quando arrivarono al check-out, il soggiorno si sentiva caldo e benvenuto, e il personale ci salutava gentilmente e si accontentava di essere cortesi, che si sentono bene dall’inizio. La stanza era molto spaziosa, e essendo al diciotto piano, avevamo una bella vista su Bandung. Il letto era eccellente super comodo con grandi mutandine. Mi sono addormentato quasi immediatamente, che dice molto. Le strutture erano in generale solide e funzionavano bene. Il mobilio è un po' vecchio, ma si sente ancora classico e ben mantenuto piuttosto che scendere. L'unico vero sfondo è il bagno, la testa del bagno è vecchia e il flusso d'acqua è stato squilibrato, che ha preso un po' di distanza dall'esperienza. Le tolette erano pure e perfettamente belle. La colazione era un'enfasi. Un'ampia diffusione di opzioni locali, tra cui la jamu e il rebusan. Era divertente campionare diversi gusti tradizionali, e la varietà ha fatto qualcosa per la colazione per guardare in attesa piuttosto che semplicemente routine. L'hotel si trova a pochi passi da Braga City Walk, rendendo molto conveniente per esplorare la zona, mangiare fuori, o fare una passeggiata serale. In generale, un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole con un servizio eccellente, un grande letto e una forte colazione offerta.
