If you have luggage, drop off first at lobby since there is no concierge in the basement. Overall check in and check out smooth and fast. Hotel open the buffet for “sahur” even the choices not too many. The room was clean, have nice view and balcony. To get to fish pond, green house need quite effort, a bit challenging if you’re fasting. The staff very helpful and nice. Overall was pleasant experience

Bella atmosfera, piuttosto affollato per la colazione. Ma per il cibo era abbastanza completo. Ottimo per un soggiorno in famiglia e hanno anche un cinema per bambini. Lo adoro.

Exceptional Stay with Truly Wonderful Staff! I recently completed a stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. Everything about my visit, from the moment I checked in until I departed, was good and comfortable. The physical property itself is excellent; my room was well-maintained, spotless, and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day. The hotel atmosphere is pleasant, and the facilities were exactly what I needed. However, the highlight of this hotel is unquestionably the nice staff. Every member of the team I interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel valued as a guest. Their dedication to service truly elevated the entire experience. If you are looking for a hotel that offers great quality and is staffed by people who clearly take pride in their hospitality, look no further. Highly recommended!

The hotel provides excellent service in every aspect. All the staff are being very nice, friendly, and helpful from the very start we came until we left the hotel. In addition, I took a note about the water when having a breakfast, the next day the representative approached me and showed some gratitude for filling the survey and gave me complimentary cake. It was the cake I love that I mentioned before. Thank you to Mr. Lucky & all the F&B staff for the nice gesture. And for the hotel itself, the atmosphere, location, food - everything was great! Will definitely come back another day. Keep up the good work! 😊

Breakfast is rather disappointing, brewed Coffee ( americano or long black-doesnt have one I guess) is watery,,No Coffee aroma bad taste. Few variety of food ( no chinese, japanese, indian, sundanese corner?). Not worthed for the Price we paid 250k per pax. Roof Top (only suitable for outdoor, when its raining Party is over. There should be ways to provide indoor part.. Rain was was just atopped When I was Having a glass of wine. Eveeythibg is wet. Ezeot high Chair in the Bar. And There is no music. Live music or DJ is only on saturday. The good thins of the Roof Top, is the 360 degree Mountain and City view Huge, spacious, and modern minimalistic design lobby lounge. But, no Touch of parahyangan or Sundanese atmosphere. Exept angklung ornamen at M floor . This could be in jakrta or Any other metropolitan citie. No local culture and historical Touch. Exeot the long corridor at G floor connected to Pelataran Resto Deluxe room with King size bed and Mountain view is great. Wifi and TV are also great. However the structure of bathroom (shower) with too many wooden seperation walls give rather Tiny space feeling. The pool is too small for two adjacent hotel Tower (Pullman and Ibis Style) . Just good for Kids. Gym space is fine in termos of space. B

Ho sempre scelto questo hotel per ogni mia visita a Bandung. La posizione è la migliore, proprio nel cuore della città. L'alloggio era comodo e largo. Le galleggianti erano comodi. Il personale era eccellente. Abbiamo bisogno di una torta per un amico che sta a casa dell'hotel per festeggiare il suo compleanno e l'hotel ha creato una torta molto complimentare.

Non è la prima volta che siamo rimasti a Novus. Amiamo il design del loro lobby. E' molto gentile ed elegante. Sembra che abbiano ristrutturato la camera. La stanza è pulita, ma per qualche motivo non hanno ruggine fuori dal lavandino. Questo è avvenuto in tutte le camere che abbiamo prenotato (3 camere). Quando chiamiamo e chiediamo un'aquila, ci è voluto tanto tempo per portare una nella nostra stanza, e sembra che fossero sottoscritti. Novus è perfetto per una casa di famiglia, hanno un club per bambini, un campo da golf per bambini, cavalli e attività artistica, e si può portare il bambino per nutrire i conigli.

Molto consigliato! Tutti i membri del personale sono amichevoli e accogliere ogni richiesta è stato ascoltato con un sorriso pieno. La colazione è diffusa oltre le nostre aspettative. Sicuramente ritornerà!

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Eminence Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and meals was of a high standard. The location of the hotel provides wonderful views of the mountains, especially from the sky lounge. The hotel room was of a good size and it was great to relax on the balcony with amazing views of the hotels garden / grounds and the surrounding mountainside. It was also nice to have a morning stroll through the grounds

Da quando arrivarono al check-out, il soggiorno si sentiva caldo e benvenuto, e il personale ci salutava gentilmente e si accontentava di essere cortesi, che si sentono bene dall’inizio. La stanza era molto spaziosa, e essendo al diciotto piano, avevamo una bella vista su Bandung. Il letto era eccellente super comodo con grandi mutandine. Mi sono addormentato quasi immediatamente, che dice molto. Le strutture erano in generale solide e funzionavano bene. Il mobilio è un po' vecchio, ma si sente ancora classico e ben mantenuto piuttosto che scendere. L'unico vero sfondo è il bagno, la testa del bagno è vecchia e il flusso d'acqua è stato squilibrato, che ha preso un po' di distanza dall'esperienza. Le tolette erano pure e perfettamente belle. La colazione era un'enfasi. Un'ampia diffusione di opzioni locali, tra cui la jamu e il rebusan. Era divertente campionare diversi gusti tradizionali, e la varietà ha fatto qualcosa per la colazione per guardare in attesa piuttosto che semplicemente routine. L'hotel si trova a pochi passi da Braga City Walk, rendendo molto conveniente per esplorare la zona, mangiare fuori, o fare una passeggiata serale. In generale, un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole con un servizio eccellente, un grande letto e una forte colazione offerta.
