Beautiful hotel with fantastic service and great on-site restaurants. Shout out to the cafe as well, which serves amazing single origin pour-over coffee from all across Indonesia. Great rooms and amenities too. The parks and gardens are very nice to walk around, and the greenhouse overlook is a good place to sit for an hour to enjoy cold tea and a cool breeze.
That said, if you struggle with noise, the poor soundproofing in the rooms means you will likely be woken up by the sounds of activity in the corridors, and loud environmental noises around the hotel. Also, depending on the day, you might be able to smell the smog / haze of neighbouring Bandung City

Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area.
Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible.
Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Indigo Bandung in una suite King, che era spaziosa, comoda, e ha lavorato molto bene per un soggiorno di famiglia.
L'hotel dispone di meno strutture rispetto ad alcuni grandi centri e la piscina è relativamente piccola, ma l'ambiente è stato tranquillo e piacevole. Il colazione è stato un normale colazione alberghiera senza numerosi articoli di stand-out, ma è stato sufficiente per una mattina rilassata.
In generale, la grande suite e la comoda struttura hanno reso una buona opzione per una vacanza familiare.

Situato strategicamente, vista grande, soprattutto dopo la nuova estensione dei pedaggi aperta qualche anno fa.
Abbiamo chiesto che fosse stato effettuato un check-in precoce, che poteva essere concesso, ma non abbastanza presto, anche se abbiamo visto un numero considerevole di ospiti già effettuati; abbiamo chiesto anche un check-out un po' tardivo e anche concesso per un periodo molto breve. Il controllo in tempo di 3 ore e il controllo in tempo di 12 ore non è adatto per un hotel di resort ...
L'altro è che la cortesia e il servizio sono buoni.

Pullman Bandung Grand Central è uno di quei luoghi che vi ricorda tranquillamente che buona ospitalità si sente.Dal momento che sono arrivato, c'era un senso di professionalismo calmo che ha reso tutto facile.
Il lobby era luminoso ed elegante, senza sentirsi lontano, il personale era attento e caldo, non in modo scritto ma in realta' presente, questo tipo di energia impone il tono per tutto il soggiorno.
La camera era spaziosa, moderna e tranquilla, il letto era incredibilmente confortevole, la vista si aperta alla città e alle colline, e la notte le luci di Bandung si sentono quasi poetiche. Dopo un lungo giorno di incontri e movimenti, era lo spazio perfetto per rallentare.
Il colazione era eccellente con una vasta selezione e un toccante sapore locale, e seduto vicino alla finestra con caffè in mano, guardando Bandung venire lentamente vivo, divenne uno dei miei momenti preferiti ogni mattina.

Name under different name , no room sandals provided. Call house keeping 2 times and finally coming after 15 minutes .
Shower water not properly running , water discharge very hot ,either set to hot or cold position .no cold water discharge .
Conclusion :
Hospitality services and hotel facilities not operate properly , no intention to serve customer as 5 star hotel services , even though , room occupancy is low .

We had a truly outstanding experience at this hotel, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we were made to feel welcome right away.
The room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail—from the lighting to the amenities—made the stay feel both luxurious and relaxing.

WWalk n SeeWe recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway.
Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills.
The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups:
• 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids.
• Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone.
• 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed.
Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds.
One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C).
The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views.
Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space.
The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all.
The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions.
If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate.
We’ll definitely be back!

It looks like they renovated their room. The room is clean, but for some reason, they don't have rug outside the washroom. This occurred in all rooms that we booked (3 rooms).
When we called and asked for a rug, it took so long for them to bring one to our room. It seems that they were understaffed.
Novus is just perfect for a family getaway. They have a kids club, golf court for kids, horse riding, and art activity, and you can bring your kid to feed the rabits.
