Aveva il miglior soggiorno qui mentre sono in puncak!!! Innamorato di tutto, vista, camera, strutture, Letteralmente tutto. Mi hanno anche dato una fotografazione complimentare, il punto meno solo il controllo in tempo regolamentare è troppo tardi, alle 2:00.

From the moment we arrived, the resort exceeded all expectations. Nestled in a stunning natural setting with breathtaking views, this resort is the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and serenity. The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed with drinks and genuine smiles. Hasbi attended to us throughout the sty and he has been exceptional. Our room was beautifully designed with modern touches and local charm. Immaculately clean, it featured a plush bed, a spacious balcony overlooking the lush greenery, and all the amenities one could need—including a stocked minibar,a dreamy rain shower and a bathtub overlooking the scenery. What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Pak Handy also come down on the 2nd day to check on our hospitality. From the attentive housekeeping to the friendly restaurant staff, everyone made us feel like VIPs. Speaking of food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was a culinary experience, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and diverse options. Whether lounging by the pool with magnificent view and cooling weather and indulging in spa treatments, there was never a dull moment. The peaceful ambiance and pristine surroundings made it feel like we had found our own private haven. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return And recommending to our family and friends. If you're looking for a getaway that blends luxury with nature and top-notch service, this resort is it. Five stars all the way!

The staff was very polite, efficient and helpful. The bathtub is amazing ! It comes along with the bubble bath and bath ball that was provided by the hotel per day❤️ the view at the club lounge at night was breathtaking. Recommended hotel at bandung👍 not forgetting the wide array of breakfast every morning.

Hotel e servizio eccellente da personale in tutte le funzioni. Sono un turista, devo affrontare le differenze linguistiche e sistemiche, il signor Kukup e una giovane donna, la signora Nuansa (scusate se mi sbaglio il nome) hanno sbagliato i loro modi per aiutare. Apprezzo davvero questo e hanno dato a Bandung il calore e l'ospitalità.Grazie ancora. Sono stato troppo ricco di belle sceneggiate per prendere foto dell'hotel e del personale, e queste sono attaccate a Kawah Putih e il giardino del tè. Spero che incoraggino più persone a viaggiare qui e a rimanere in questo ottimo hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Bandung, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bed was cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and I genuinely looked forward to returning to the room after a long day. One of the highlights was the fantastic selection of food. Whether at breakfast, in the café, or through room service, the variety and quality of the dishes exceeded expectations, and every meal was a delight. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire team. From the warm and professional staff at the reception counter, to the friendly and attentive team in the café, and even the courteous and welcoming staff at the entrance lobby, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Hats off to the Hilton Bandung management for cultivating such a high standard of hospitality. You’ve created a hotel experience that guests won’t soon forget. Abbiamo avuto recentemente l'opportunità di rimanere nel vostro hotel e in generale, apprezzo davvero l'ospitalità e le strutture fornite, ma vorrei condividere qualche feedback costruttivo sulle piastrelle in camera. Le mutandine erano troppo ferme e, purtroppo, hanno influenzato la qualità del sonno durante il mio soggiorno. Per un hotel di standard di Pullman, credo sarebbe bello offrire agli ospiti un menu di cucchiaio o almeno una scelta tra cucchiaio soft, mediano e firme, per soddisfare le diverse preferenze. Inoltre, le toletti si sentivano piuttosto sottili e non riflettevano il lussuoso standard che si aspettava di una proprietà Pullman. Per un hotel di questo calibro, credo sarebbe utile offrire opzioni per le mutandine più morbide e per gli ospiti di asciugamani più spesso e più comodi. Spero che questa proposta possa contribuire a migliorare l'esperienza complessiva degli ospiti in futuro. Camera di colazione approssimativa.

Crowne Plaza Bandung supera certamente le nostre aspettative, dal momento in cui ci siamo iscritti fino all'ultimo giorno, l'intera squadra non ci ha mai sorpresi. Nel lobby ci sono stati accolti amici e utili concierge e campanelli, che hanno sempre prestato attenzione alle nostre esigenze, che erano là subito dopo le manifestazioni, che si sentono più sicuri. Il check-in può sentire il caldo benvenuto della squadra di front desk. Non si può mai sorridere. La stanza era così spaziosa e pulita. Jasmine, le riserve e la squadra di front desk hanno anche ricordato di organizzare una piccola sorpresa per il mio hubby bdae. La colazione è eccellente. Era li per cinque giorni e cambiamenti di menu. La cena è deliziosa e il caffè è arrivato a u ... Dopo il check-out, abbiamo lasciato dietro una borsa di capsule. Contattato l'hotel e entro 15 minuti ha fatto una girata per ritrovarla.Kudos al servizio in camera/desk/concierge/security. Erano bene coordinate per aiutarci fuori. Era davvero un bel tempo

Il servizio è stato eccellente, tutti i dipendenti sono stati amici. La pulizia non era la migliore! Nel ristorante di Verandah, durante il colazione, abbiamo visto gli uccelli mangiare dai limoni serviti e pane/pasti che erano in aperto. Anche le cianografie erano sul tappeto dove tengono limoni/forche e piastrelle. È stato disgustoso vederli!

Come hotel a cinque stelle pulito Organizzato e buona posizione hotel. Inoltre, buon servizio e strutture hanno splendide viste sulle montagne.La camera è pulita e confortevole, buon colazione varia per opzioni e gusti, il personale amichevole e disposto a aiutare.
