Check-in was smooth and we received great tips for Zion National Park. The room was good and spacious with a microwave and a coffee maker. Waking up in the lodge and grabbing a to go breakfast surrounded by Zion was amazing. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

È un hotel che mi dispiace di essere arrivato tardi e di aver soggiornato per poco tempo. Le camere sono suddivise in diversi edifici e penso che anche solo dare un'occhiata all'hotel possa essere un buon viaggio. Certo, è stato bello vedere il tramonto e l'alba perché era molto vicino in termini di distanza.

Dopo aver visitato il Valle di Brice, ho trovato un hotel, e non ho pensato che fosse tutto molto buono.In particolare, la salute è la più soddisfacente, la colazione è anche buona. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto americano, vale la pena raccomandare.

Frustrante. In qualche modo questo hotel è stato ignorato per la colazione gratuita e la piscina. Non ha né l'uno né l'altro. La nostra prima camera aveva solo metà della serratura di sicurezza sulla porta e il telefono era morto. Abbiamo cambiato camera. Carta da parati scrostata, viti allentate sulla serratura di sicurezza, macchie nere sui muri, solo una delle due lampade funzionava, lavandino che scaricava lentamente, malta mancante nella doccia, possibile muffa nella doccia, maniglia della doccia senza viti e allentata... I letti erano puliti, il frigorifero, il microonde e l'aria condizionata funzionavano. Alle 9 del mattino hanno iniziato a martellare la stanza sotto la nostra. Ho chiesto di parlare con il direttore, ma era impossibile. Mi è stata inviata un'e-mail ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta.

La sostanza di acqua minerale dell'imperatore è molto più leggera del carta! Deve essere un po'consapevole della coscienza aziendale nazionale!!! Una bottiglia di acqua 3💲... dolore al cuore... solo per la carta d'argento, la carta di diamante è gratuita Anche se alla fine beveva senza alcuna tassa. Un grande scatolone d'acqua può essere comprato per un supermercato di dollari. Non è meglio scrivere gratis 🆓 (Naturalmente, questo è un suggerimento) L'hotel è il Holiday Inn, l'ambiente circostante è pulito e pulito, molto comodo.L'hotel è vicino all'aeroporto!

The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures.

Struttura complessivamente buona e molto comoda grazie alla posizione centrale nel paese. Camere funzionali, di dimensioni adeguate e confortevoli, anche se una sedia in più avrebbe reso il soggiorno più comodo, soprattutto per appoggiare effetti personali. La colazione è buona e soddisfacente. Nota negativa invece per la piscina, che è in comune con più hotel: risulta molto affollata, poco rilassante e non particolarmente adatta a coppie. Segnalo inoltre che sto attendendo chiarimenti su un addebito di 5 dollari, di cui al momento non sono chiare le motivazioni. Nel complesso una buona struttura, pratica per la posizione e i servizi, con alcuni aspetti migliorabili.

Volenti a tornare la prossima volta Oh, e lo shampoo, lavanderia e lozione vogliono tutti sentire l'odore di legno e erba.
