They gave us a cake for our anniversary and the staff are very accommodating Gym is superb Pool is clean Location is perfect

NO WIFI! NO WIFI! Great value for money. Beach is a little dirty but nice and calm for swimming. Nice big room and bed and everything you need. There is very little going on around and very few restaurants are open. I guess this hotel was very cheap because this area apparently only gets busy on public holidays. One big problem; no wi-fi in the red doors rooms, despite the fact that it's clearly statedthat there is WiFi, on Trip.com. this might seem like a minor thing for holidaymakers, but for digital nomads, this is a really big issue. I wouldn't have gone here if i had known that i wouldn't be able to work on my laptop in my room.

Ho la stessa camera (Room 125) fornita per le mie ultime 2 prenotazioni in trip.com. Ho notato che la camera odore molda per mybtwo (2) prenotazioni e non ci sono slippers forniti anche se ci sono sapone, kit dentali e tessuto. Durante la mia prima prenotazione, la TV non era usata dal momento che la loro manutenzione era in corso. Il wifi in hotel era lento e la connessione è persa anche circa 9:40am in avanti, quindi devo usare i miei dati. Ho potuto accedere prima delle solite 2pm.

Had an amazing stay. The location was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Hotel is 💯. The starr are very accomodating. Complete amenities, very comfortable stay, their food is also great! The room is clean and very relaxing.

We had a great stay! Our room was clean, beautiful and spacious. We super enjoyed the bath tub in the balcony. The staff are all very friendly, quick and accommodating. The gym is also surprisingly nice. And oh, we totally love the Japanese toilet! We just have a few comments for improvement. The welcome drink should have an option to be delivered to the room. We were not able to get it, since the rain was pouring until the evening, and going out to the bar is not very convenient. Also, the elevator to the pool/gym smells funky. The basement parking is not giving 5 star hotel vibes. Lastly, it was not clear that the breakfast buffet is a semi-buffet only. Overall, we definitley had an amazing stay.

I booked a deluxe room for two nights. I was charged for early check-in for two hours, which I found fair. However, my room had a terrible smell—bad toilet odour that gave me a headache. When I complained, I was told to move to another room, which was not of deluxe standard. I accepted it as I could not bear the smell any longer. The second room's refrigerator was not working, the kettle couldn't be plugged in, and the toilet wasn't flushing. I was told they were fully booked and no other rooms were available. I ended up leaving after one night, even though I had booked for two. I was not offered any discount as compensation.

Hotel is located at the beach with two swimming pools, one on the ground floor while the other is on the rooftop.  The pools are open at different times and not together so check out the hours as soon as you arrive or you you may miss using one of them due to their schedule. The staff are courteous and plenty but are not attentive to customers needs. They never follow up or monitor their customers.

Siamo arrivati a Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar e non è stato difficile trovare. Tuttavia, l'esperienza di check-in non è stata molto buona. Siamo arrivati esattamente alle 3:00 (ora di check-in), ma abbiamo dovuto ancora aspettare circa 15 minuti perché la stanza non era pronta. Ok, lo capisco, ma la jeep ride in camera e roaming era molto lenta, haha, quindi abbiamo deciso di camminare a posto. La vista era bella, e il cibo al ristorante italiano era buono. Tuttavia, il servizio era un po’ lento e poteva servire un po’ di miglioramento. La stanza era semplicemente buona, e non c’era nessun condizionatore, quindi è meglio portare la tua. Il colazione era così, solo un tipico colazione filipino. Abbiamo anche guidato una kalesa (carro da cavallo), che era un bel modo di andare in giro, e abbiamo provato la balsa, che costava circa 700 pesos e era una buona esperienza.

Awesome establishment friendly staff they're currently undergoing renovations for some of the rooms but it was a very pleasant day very good location.
